Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of board diversity and corporate governance on corporate social responsibility in consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a purposive sampling method in the consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which generated 80 companies or 259 company-year observations during 2019-2021. Testing the research hypothesis in this study using panel data regression model analysis. The analysis techniques carried out in this study are descriptive statistical tests (heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the three preliminary tests in determining the panel data regression model, this study uses a fixed effect regression model to test the relationship between variables in the regression model. The analysis results prove that gender diversity of directors and audit committees has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, the educational background of directors and independent commissioners has no effect on corporate social responsibility. In addition, the nationality diversity of directors has a negative effect on corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of content marketing and influencer marketing on the purchase intention of Somethinc products among TikTok Gen Z users in Surabaya. The research employs quantitative methodology and smart PLS software, with 105 respondents from TikTok Indonesia users, aged 17–26, who saw product content featuring Sisca Kohl as an influencer on TikTok. The results show that content marketing has a positive influence and is significant against purchase intention, while influencer marketing has a positive influence and is significant against purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Marketing on Interest in Visiting Atlantis Land East Surabaya and the effect of E-WOM on Interest in Visiting Atlantis Land Surabaya. The population in this study are visitors to Atlantis Land who are over 18 years old. The sample in this study used the Ghozali formula and found 112 respondents. The method used in this study uses the GForm form. The analysis technique in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the Digital Marketing indicator variable that has the highest percentage is video content that displays all the attractions and rides of Atlantis Land Surabaya which are very interesting (X1).

This study aims to determine the influence of work-life balance, work motivation and conflict between multiple roles on the work performance of female employees at CV. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and k3(occupational health and safety) on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya. This research method uses quantitative research where the dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variables in this study are workload, work disciplinel and and k3(keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja). The number of samples taken was 50 people. Sampling used saturated sampling method. The analysis technique uses the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results of this research analysis show that: 1) workload has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya, 2) work discipline has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya, 3) occupational safety and health affect the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya.

Abstract

In the current era, people no longer spend a lot of time waiting for the manufacturing process, but prefer consume instant beverage products because they are save time but can still increase productivity. This study is anticipated to be able to examine how brand perception and product quality affect consumer buying behavior for Nescafe coffee in ready-to-drink packages. Purposive sampling is used in this quantitative data collection procedure using 104 responders as the sample size. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used in this study's data analysis method. According to the study's findings, it can be concluded that the product quality and the brand image have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset in a business entity so it is very necessary to manage and develop professionalism to be able to produce superior and maximum performance. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management and self efficacy on employee performance at PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital). The population taken in the study were employees at PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital) in the non-health section, totaling 112 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling and used the slovin technique so that the sample used amounted to 53 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. This research analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusion in the results of this study shows that knowledge management has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital) and self efficacy has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Cipta Nirmala (Semen Gresik Hospital).

Abstract

Employee performance is a measure used to assess individual achievement because it includes various indicators to measure the quality and amount of work completed, as well as the behavior and actions of employees in carrying out their duties. Evaluation of human resource performance has an important role because it can affect the company's quality in the future. This study aims to understand the influence of Self-Efficacy, Competence, and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach by taking samples from the production employees of PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. The sampling technique used is a Saturated Sample involving 50 respondents. The data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square), by conducting validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The findings from this study indicate that Self-Efficacy, Competence, and Training have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara Gresik. This confirms that these factors influence employee performance in the company environment.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effect of price perception and electronic word of mouth on the purchase intention of Spotify Premium services in Surabaya City. This research employed a quantitative method and involved a sample of 90 respondents, determined using Ghozali's sampling guidelines. The population for this study comprised Spotify users in Surabaya City, while the sample was selected through purposive sampling, consisting of respondents who had previously seen offers for Spotify Premium packages. Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. The data analysis technique employed for this research was Partial Least Squares (PLS) with validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The findings of this study revealed a significant and positive effect of price perception on purchase intention. Additionally, the second research result indicated that electronic word of mouth also had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the number of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) cannot be avoided because the main role in determining the course of IKM is Human Resources (HR). Human resources are the main capital that determines the course of IKM because the success of a business is determined by the individuals involved in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organization and self-efficacy on the performance of small and medium-sized dry culinary industries in Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples taken was 48 IKM actors in the dry culinary field at the Bojonegoro Creative Economy Center (CEC) Community. The research method used for this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). According to the findings of the study, self-efficacy and learning organization have a significant positive impact on the performance of Bojonegoro's small and medium-sized industries in the dry culinary industry.
