Abstract

Banking as one of the financial institutions in Indonesia is required by its owners and shareholders to have good performance to increase company value on an ongoing basis. To improve performance, companies must be able to analyze risks that may occur by implementing risk management. The population in this study are banking companies in 6 ASEAN countries, namely, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines during the 2019-2022 period. The sample selection technique in this study was purposive sampling of 120 samples with a total of 30 companies. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS with the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The research results show that the liquidity variable measured using the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) has a significant effect on the company's performance as measured using Tobin'Q. Furthermore, the capital adequacy variable which is measured using the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as a moderating variable explains that CAR is not significant/weakens the relationship between LCR and Tobin's Q. This can be explained that liquidity and capital adequacy are two key components that determine the stability and sustainability of operations bank.

Data collection methods used observation techniques and questionnaires. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, hyphotesis test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the service quality and selling price partially had no significant effect on customer loyalty, but the marketing strategy partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the F test, the research results obtained are service quality, selling price, and marketing strategy simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

The number of respondents was 100 people, with sample criteria; realme smartphone users and Libra Cell consumers. The sample used uses a non-probability sampling technique. The method used is purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, so the samples selected are people who meet the criteria mentioned above. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the methods used include; validity and reliability analysis (smartPLS 4.0). The result is that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Realme needs to improve and develop product quality and smartphone prices so that the company can know what factors can motivate people to buy Realme smartphones. Abstract

In pandemic conditions, Indonesia's macroeconomic situation experienced very sharp changes. Inflation and BI 7 Day Repo Rate (BI7DRR) set record lows. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has also experienced a decline, which last occurred during the economic crisis in 1998. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of inflation, BI7DRR and GDP on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of conventional and sharia mutual funds as well as the influence of mutual fund types on mutual fund NAV. Panel data regression was carried out on mutual fund NAV, inflation, BI7DRR and GDP data collected quarterly during the 2013-2022 period. Dummy variables are used in regression analysis to determine whether there is a significant difference between the NAV of islamic and conventional mutual funds. The estimation results using the random effect model show that inflation and BI7DRR are not proven to have a significant effect on the NAV of sharia and conventional mutual funds, while GDP is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the NAV of sharia and conventional mutual funds. It is also not proven that there is a significant difference in the NAV of sharia and conventional mutual funds, so it is stated that the type of mutual fund has no effect on the NAV of mutual funds.
