<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the leverage ratio on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship between existing variables. The method used is multiple panel linear regression analysis with the help of the program eviews 10. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 25 companies. The sample in this study were 4 companies. The results showed that based on the F test, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio had a probability value of 0.145266 0.05 and the Ftable value of 3.86 and the Fcount value of 2.306206, which means that Fcount Ftable simultaneous debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.2462, so it can be concluded that 24.62% of stock returns are influenced by the debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, and long term debt to equity ratio and the remaining 75.38% is influenced by other variables that are not in the this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know "the influence of human resources development and competence on the performance of Hotel Niagara Parapat employees". This type of research is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study was the Hotel employee of Niagara Parapat, as many as 155 employees. And by using slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was as much as 61 respondents taken from all employees of the population. Based on the test results it can be seen that the partial test on the development of human Resources variable (X1) and the competency variable (X2) partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance variable (Y). Based on the test results F obtained the development of human Resources (X1) and competence (X2) simultaneously influence positively and significantly against the performance variables. And can be deduced from the Adjusted R Square value obtained by 0.679. To see the great effect of free variables against variables bound by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so it is obtained by 67.9%. Performance (bound variables) can be explained by the development of human Resources (X1) and competence (X2). The remaining 22.1% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data sources used are the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory.Sampling techniques used in this research are purposive sampling methods in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies, chemical sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange research period 2009 – 2018.The data analysis technique used is factor analysis with SPSS program version 25.The result of analysis of capital structure factor is Ln total assets, Earning Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT), Net sales, Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA) meet the requirements and able to explain each of the factors of the capital structure in the company.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to determine whether work training have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Lintas Aman Andalas, whether organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Lintas Aman Andalas, whether work training and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employees performance at PT. Lintas Aman Andalas. This type of research is associative research. The population is employee amounting to 190 people by using sample technique simple random sampling amounted to 129 employees at PT. Lintas Aman Andalas. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data is sourced from the primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the result of the research, the result of work training have positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is shown with value 3,380 and significant is shown with 0,001 0,05. Organizational culture has a positive significant effect on employee performance where positively indicated by value 2,393 and significant is indicated by 0,018 0,05. Work training and organizational culture have a positive significant effect on work performance where positive is indicated by the value of 9,564 and significantly indicated by 0,000 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency on profit growth in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study was taken from the years 2009-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the program Eviews 10. The results obtained after this test are simultaneous liquidity proxied by the current ratio and solvency proxied by the debt to asset ratio and the debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on profit growth. While partially the current ratio has a significant effect on profit growth, the debt to asset ratio also has a significant effect on profit growth. Meanwhile, the debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on profit growth. In this study it is also known that the liquidity proxied by the current ratio and solvency proxied by the debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio can influence or explain profit growth by 39.98% and the remaining 60.02% is influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan, to determine whether Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan and to determine whether leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Perum Perumnas Regional 1 Medan. This type of research is associative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.378 with a sig value of 0.000 smaller than the significant level of 0.05, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.194 with a sig value of 0.047. small from the significant level of 0.05, then leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Public Corporation of Perumnas 1 Medan, the value is 14.490 with a sig value of 0.001 smaller than the significant level of 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) on the financial performance of the company, to know the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of the company and to know the effect of debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the financial performance of automotive companies listed in IDX period 2015-2018. The population in this study was all Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Otomotive Sector as many as 9 companies and a sample of 9 companies with 4 years of observation amounted to 36 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation. The results showed that debt to asset ratio (DAR) has partially no effect on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially affects the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have an effect and significance on the Financial Performance of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a value of R Square of 0.694 or 69.4% which means variations in financial performance are measured by return on equity (ROE) with debt to asset ratio (DAR) And debt to equity ratio (DER) while the remaining 30.6% of other variables not studied by this study , e.g. company size, liquidity of the company and other variables.]]>

This type of research is qualitative research, namely research on descriptive research and tends to use analysis. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the price and digital marketing used by D'Scarpa Shop Medan boutique is very important and successful in increasing sales. Prices are set according to the quality of goods, capital goods and the intended market so that they can be affordable by the buyer. Digital marketing used is Instagram social media where sales of the D'Scarpa Shop Medan boutique are 70% via Instagram and sales have increased from 2013 to 2019.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine “The Influence of Price and Product Differentiation Against Buying Decision Suzuki Satria Fu Motor Cycle at Suzuki Sunindo Amplas Medan Branches”. This type of research is associative is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. And by using the technique of slovin formula, then the number of samples in this study as many as 111 the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decision variable has a positive and significant effect on buying decisionhence trust variable partially have positive and significant influence to buyng decisions. Based on F test result, it is obtained F count value of 2.908 2.694 with sig 0.013 0.05 , show Ho rejected and Ha accepted, meaning price and product differentiation simultaneously have positive and significant effect to variable buying decision. R Square value obtained of 0.834. To see the big influence of independent variable to dependent variable by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, So obtained KD= 83.40% of buying decision (dependent variable) can be explained by price and product differentiation. The remaining 16.60% is influenced by oter factors not described in this study.]]>
