Abstract

In the now era, there are various kinds of businesses. Especially the culinary business like a restaurant. The restaurant business in Siantar becomes is increasing and very competitive. Therefore, product does not become the priority for a company but consumers.. The objective of the research was to find out and analyze the influence of experiential marketing which consisted of sense, feel, think, act, and relate toward repurchase intention. The research used descriptive quantitative with explanatory research method. The population was the customers of Rumah Makan Beringin Indah which had visited it at least twice in the last 2 months. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that experiential marketing which consisted of sense, feel,think, act, and relate had a significant influence on the repurchase intention at Rumah Makan Beringin Indah.   Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi melakukan promosi produk dan jasa ya g di hasilkan menggunakan media internet melalui situs toko online. Situs Toko online yang merebak  saat ini memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen untuk berbelanja kebutuhannya sehingga tidak perlu datang secara langsung. Sama halnya seperti Mahasiswa Manajemen  Universitas Medan  Area  dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginnanya, mereka menggunakan situs  toko online untuk berbelanja seperti buku, pakaian, dan produk lainnya. Riset ini bertujuan 1) mengenali hubungan variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Tipe riset ini merupakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Populasinya merupakan mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Medan Area yang sudah melaksanakan pembelian secara online. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan accidental sampling. Tata cara pengumpulan informasi dicoba dengan wawancara, serta catatan persoalan. Tata cara analisis informasi dicoba dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil riset menampilkan bahwa Komitmen, empati, timbal balik serta keyakinan secara serempak bermakna positif serta relevan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam pembelian secara online yang di tunjukkan dengan hasil uji F hitung > F tabel  sebesar 23.318 > 2,47, siginifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil pengujian secara parsial  (uji t)  menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk masing- masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan hasil T hitung > T tabel. Variabel komitmen  -2,379 > -1,986, variabel empati 3,514 > 1,986, Variabel Umpan Balik  2,522 > 1,986,  variabel kepercayaan 4,772 > 1,986, Dan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,515.  Kata kunci : Pemasaran Relasional, Komitmen, Empati, Timbal Balik, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Industri perbankan merupakan industri yang sangat berpengaruh di Indonesia terutama bank BUMN. Bank BUMN merupakan bank yang sebagian besar modal kepemilikannya dimiliki oleh pemerintah dan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian di suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank BUMN yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu asosiatif. Metode yang digunakanadalah analisis regresi linear berganda data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews10.Populasi penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah empat perusahaan.Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu laporankeuangan Bank BUMN (BRI, BNI, BTN, dan Mandiri) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Capital Adequancy Ratio, Non Performing Loan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leverage ratio on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship between existing variables. The method used is multiple panel linear regression analysis with the help of the program eviews 10. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 25 companies. The sample in this study were  4 companies. The results showed that based on the F test, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio had a probability value of 0.145266 0.05 and the Ftable value of 3.86 and the Fcount value of 2.306206, which means that Fcount Ftable simultaneous debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.2462, so it can be concluded that 24.62% of stock returns are influenced by the debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, and long term debt to equity ratio and the remaining 75.38% is influenced by other variables that are not in the this research.

Abstract

This study aims to learn about "The Effect of Services and Promotions on Customer Satisfaction in Interventions as Variables in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. This type of research is associative research that is research that discusses the relationship between two variables. The population in this study is the entire research of BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. The technique used in this study uses probability sampling or random sampling with representatives, so the number of this study was 100 respondents taken from part of the funds at BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that service and promotion variables are positive and significant to Customer Satisfaction in Trustworthiness as an Intervening Variable in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal.

Abstract

AbstractThe food industry is a fairly large and rapidly growing group of companies in Indonesia. This industry is also one of the industries whose growth is quite good. The development of this industry is inseparable from the population of Indonesia which continues to grow each year. As the population grows, the volume of demand for consumption products also rises. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CR, DER, and EPS on Share Prices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another. The population in this study are all financial reports on PT.Indfood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2009-2018. The method of data analysis is done by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the CR, DER and EPS significantly influence stock prices

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Market Orientation on the Competitive Advantage of Digital Printing MSME in Padang Bulan Medan. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 102 digital printing businesman using the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 51 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results show that partially there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage and there is a positive and significant influence of market orientation on competitive advantage; while simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.588 or 58.8%. This value shows Competitive Advantage can be explained by the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Market Orientation variables of 58.8%. The remaining 41.2% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying of Albadar 6 gang community. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, which is a study that aims to explain an empirical phenomenon accompanied by statistical data, characteristics and relationships between variables using techniques. data collection using questionnaires and literature study. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study was the community of Gang Albadar 6, amounting to 78 respondents using the Slovin formula. The method used in data collection is purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle, affect impulse buying. The value of R Square equation of 0.595 means that the impulsive buying variable (dependent) which can be explained by the hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle (independent) variables in this study is 59.5% while 40.5% is influenced by other variables not explained by the this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data sources used are the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory.Sampling techniques used in this research are purposive sampling methods in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies, chemical sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange research period 2009 – 2018.The data analysis technique used is factor analysis with SPSS program version 25.The result of analysis of capital structure factor is Ln total assets, Earning Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT), Net sales, Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA) meet the requirements and able to explain each of the factors of the capital structure in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and morale on employee performance in the Avsec Division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu.The population in this study were employees of the Avsec Division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu using a sample of 92 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses observation data collection instruments (observations), interviews, and distributes questionnaires. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test.The result showed that: (1) partially work conflict has an effect on employee performance in the avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu. (2) morale has an effect on employee performance in the Avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu. (3) Simultaneously work conflict and morale have an effect on employee performance in the Avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu.
