Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the development of human resources partially on the performance of employees at the Office of Drug and Food Supervisor of Medan City. For the influence of the development of human resources and human relations simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Office of Drug and Food Supervisor of Medan City. The population in this study were 115 employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control of Medan City, using a sample of 89 permanent employees. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses the instrument; documentation study and interview (interview), and questionnaire (questionnaire). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a significant influence on employee performance. Human relations has a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it can be concluded that the variables of human resource development and human relations together have a significant effect on employee performance. The R-Square value obtained is 0.981 indicating that around 98.1% of the Y variable (employee performance) can be explained by human resource development variables (X1) and human relations variables (X2). The remaining 1.9% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Human Relations and Performance

Abstract

Influence of HR Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Medan branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas, Skripsi, 2019.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Effect of HR Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch.The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the level of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch, amounting to 65 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the total population is relatively small, as many as 65 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the HR Development variable influences Employee Performance at the Medan Branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas (2) partially the Organizational Commitment variable influences Employee Performance at Medan Branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas ;; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of HR Development and Organizational Commitment affecting Employee Performance at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loyalty and in partially letting the leadership policy at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. As well as the influence of loyalty and integrity simultaneously on the leadership policies at PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Quantum Training Centre Medan as many as 78 people. To obtain the data in the preparation of this paper, the authors use the instrument; documentary studies and interviews (interview), as well as a questionnaire ( questionnaire ). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that loyalty has a significant influence on the integrity. Whereas integrity does not have a significant influence on the leadership policy. Based on F test results can be concluded that the variables of loyality and integrity is jointly significant effect on leadership policy. R-square value obtained was 0.949 showed about 94.9% variable Y ( leadership policy ) can be explained by the variable work loyalty (X1) and variable integrity (X2). The remaining 5,1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. The type of research conducted is Causal Associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how one variable affects other variables. The population in this study is all financial statements at PT. United Tractors Tbk. The sample used is a financial report at PT. United Tractors Tbk. From 2010-2017. Based on the results of t PER test has a significance value of 0.019 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of 0.099 which means that PER has a positive and significant influence on stock returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. ROA has a significance value of 0.887 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of 0.004 which means that ROA has a negative and significant effect on stock returns at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Based on the F, PER and ROA test has a significance value of 0.042 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where 6731 5.786 which means that simultaneously PER and ROA have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. The value of the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.605. So it can be concluded that 60.5% of stock returns are influenced by PER and ROA and the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Along with the development of companies in the world, the competition from every company in various fields is increasing rapidly. When every company seeks maximum profits so that it forgets the level of liquidity of the competing companies. In this study, researchers wanted to know how the level of liquidity in the loading and unloading company PT. Tao Abadi Jaya Jakarta. From this study it was found that there was a relief from the level of liquidity in the current ratio and quick ratio at PT. Tao Abadi Jaya. And also there is no difference in the level of liquidity in the cash ratio and cash turnover ratio at PT. Tao Abadi Jaya.

Abstract

The study aims to determine “The effect of Delegation of authority and Responsibility on the work effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office”.The type of data in this study is Associative,namely research that has the question of the relationship between two independent variables.The population in this study were 296 permanent employees of  the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.Based on the calculation of Slovin formula,the number of samples studied was 75 respondents.The sampling technique in this study was conducted by random sampling technique with error 0,10.The obtain data in the preparation oh this essay,the author uses instruments: Documentation studies,Intervuews and quesionnaires.Based on the results of the t test the delegation of authority variables get the value of  t _count of 2.198 t_table 1,933 and a significant value of 0,0310,05 and the Resposibility variable obtained t_count of 10,072t_table 1,933 and a significant value 0f 0,0000,05.The results of this study indicate that partially,Delegation of authority and Resposibility on the work of effectiveness of employees at the North Sumatera Provincial Health Office.The work Effectiveness is jointly influenced by delegation of authority and responsibility can be seen in the Adjusted R square value of 609 or 60,9% against the dependent variable which is the work Effectiveness simultaneously has a significant effect,while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed tn the study.

The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were 65 PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk employees. Sampling using the Jenu sample method. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 65 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the Personality variables affect the Performance of PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk; (2) the Empowerment variable partially affects the Employee Performance of PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Personality and Empowerment on Employee Performance of PT.Astra International Daihatsu Tbk

Abstract

This study uses an associative approach methods by using two or more variables to determine the relationship or influence of each other. The research objective to be achieved by the authors of this study is to determine whether the Commitment partially influences Employee Performance at the Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Aek Hayuara Sibuhuan Islamic Boarding School Foundation, does Professionalism partially affect Employee Performance at the Sheik Muhammad Dahlan Aek Hayuara Sibuhuan Islamic Boarding School Foundation, and whether Commitment and Professionalism have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Sheikh Muhammad Dahlan Aek Hayuara Sibuhuan Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The data collection technique in this study is by distributing questionnaires that have been prepared and given to the respondents. The population in this study were all teacher employees in the foundation which amounted to 64 people, with the sampling used being equal to 64 people. The data analysis techniques used are Technical data analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test namely t Test (Partial), Test f (Simultaneous) and Coefficient of Determination (R2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. The type of research conducted is Causal Associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk period 2011-2017. Based on the results of the CR t test has a significance of 0.297 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of 6.914 which means that CR has a positive effect on the stock price of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. DER has a significance value of 0.023 0.05 and has a regression coefficient of -30.009 which means that DER has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Based on the results of the F, CR and DER test has a significance value of 0.035 0.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable 8.765 6.944 which means that simultaneously CR and DER have a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.902. So it can be concluded that the dependent variable (stock price) is influenced by the independent variable (Current Ratio, Debt to equity ratio) of 81,4%. And the remaining 18,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of work morale and coordination on Employee Performance at PT.Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were employees of PT. Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai, amounting to 55 people. Saturated sample withdrawal. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 55 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the variable work morale influences the Employee Performance at PT.Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai; (2) partially the coordination variables affect the Employee Performance at PT.Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work morale and coordination on Employee Performance at PT.Welling Tapioka Jaya Serdang Bedagai
