Abstract

Industri perbankan merupakan industri yang sangat berpengaruh di Indonesia terutama bank BUMN. Bank BUMN merupakan bank yang sebagian besar modal kepemilikannya dimiliki oleh pemerintah dan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian di suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank BUMN yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu asosiatif. Metode yang digunakanadalah analisis regresi linear berganda data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews10.Populasi penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah empat perusahaan.Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu laporankeuangan Bank BUMN (BRI, BNI, BTN, dan Mandiri) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Capital Adequancy Ratio, Non Performing Loan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the development of human resources partially on the performance of employees at the Office of Drug and Food Supervisor of Medan City. For the influence of the development of human resources and human relations simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Office of Drug and Food Supervisor of Medan City. The population in this study were 115 employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control of Medan City, using a sample of 89 permanent employees. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses the instrument; documentation study and interview (interview), and questionnaire (questionnaire). In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a significant influence on employee performance. Human relations has a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it can be concluded that the variables of human resource development and human relations together have a significant effect on employee performance. The R-Square value obtained is 0.981 indicating that around 98.1% of the Y variable (employee performance) can be explained by human resource development variables (X1) and human relations variables (X2). The remaining 1.9% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Human Relations and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine "the influence of product and location innovation on consumer purchasing decisions at Roemah Bata Café Resto Medan". This type of research is an associative study, which is a study that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were 100 consumers who made transactions at Roemah Bata Café Resto Medan using the Slovin formula so as to obtain a sample of 80 consumers. Based on the results of the research, partially, the product innovation variable, the tcount value was 3,468, where the t-table value at α 5% was 1,664 and the p-value in the sig column was 0.001 0.005, which means that the product innovation variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decision variables. Based on the results of the research, partially the location variable, the tcount value was 5.285 where the ttable value at α 5% was 1.664 and the p-value in the sig column 0.000 0.005 means that the location variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decision variables. Based on the results of the study, simultaneously the value of fcount ftable is 39.228 3.12 and the p-value is obtained in the sig column 0.000 0.05, which means that the product innovation and location variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Share Ownership (X1) and Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is secondary data, by collecting financial statements of Manufacturing Companies in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2013 up to 2017 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 10 samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange can increase share ownership thereby increasing the value of the company so that the profits obtained by the company are high and also affect dividend payments because the market considers that high dividend payments reflect good corporate performance and provide good prospects in the future.

Abstract

Distribution basically is the activity of delivering products from the hands of producers to the hands of consumers or customers in good condition, on time and in accordance with the wishes of the buyer. The distribution process can be done either directly or through a chain of distributors or intermediaries. In distribution activities, there must be distribution costs and distribution channels. Distribution costs and distribution channels must be managed properly in order to have a positive impact on sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of distribution costs and distribution channels on sales of PT. Pasha Jaya Medan. The population in this study amounted to 9 companies that bought PT. Pasha Jaya Medan. Each of these companies, taken 5 respondents so that the total sample amounted to 45 respondents. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. (significant effect on the sales of PT. Pasha Jaya Medan, Distribution Channel (  no significant effect on the sales of PT. Pasha Jaya Medan, and Distribution Costs and Distribution Fees simultaneously affect the sales of PT. Pasha Jaya Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intention to Use  and Perceived Usefulness on Actual System Use through Intention to Use  as an intervening variable in the LinkAja application in GraPARI Telkom Group Medan.The population in this study were all consumers average in one day, amounting to 150 people using a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable Perceived Ease of Use obtained tcount 4.748 t table 2.048 and significant 0.000 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Perceived Usefulness. The variable Perceived Ease of Use is obtained tcount 4.433 t table 2.051 and significant 0.049 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Intention to Use . The Perceived Usefulness variable is obtained tcount 5,089 ttable 2,051 and significant 0,046 0,05, then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Usefulness has a partially significant effect on Intention to Use . The Intention to Use  variable was obtained tcount 3.140 t table 2.055 and significant 0.040 0.05, then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which stated Intention to Use  partially significant effect on Actual System Use.Based on the intervening test, the results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a correlation with Intention to Use as an intervening variable because it has a value of Pvalue α, namely 0.105 0.05. The Perceived Usefulness variable has a value of 0.264 0.05, which means that it has a positive regression coefficient direction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the company's financial performance at PT.Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the use of financial  ratio analysis for the period 2013-2017. Financial ratios used are Liquidity, Solvability, Activity, Profitability. This study aims to examine and analyze how the financial performance of PT.Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk in 2013-2017 based on Analysis of Liquidity, Solvability, Activity, Profitability Ratios. This study was conducted at PT.Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk, which was listed on the  IDX. The object of this study consists of the Financial Position Report and the Comprehensive Income Statement 2013-2017. This research data was obtained through documentation techniques in the collection and recording of financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is descriptive method.The results showed that 1) The financial performance of PT.Austindo Nusatara Jaya, Tbk in terms of Liquidity in the Current Ratio of 2013-2017 was 3.74, 1.22, 0.92, 1.43, 1.45 . Liquidityin the Quick Ratio is 3.20, 0.98, 0.76, 1.25, 1.31 that the condition of the liquid company. 2) Financial performance in terms of solvency in the debt ratio (Debt Ratio) of the results of 2013- 2017 amounting to 0.08, 0.15, 0.27, 0.32, 0.30 and Debt To Equity Ratio amounting to 0.03, 0.03, 0.21, 0.35, 0.30 that the condition of the company is good. 3) Financial performance in terms of activities in the ratio of Total Asset Turnover results in 2013-2017 amounted to 0.03, 0.34, 0.26, 0.25, 0.28. And Fixed Asset Turnover ratio is 1.52, 1.21, 0.77, 0.75, 0.92 that the condition of the company is good because it is able to make sales and earn profits. 4) Financial performance in terms of profitability at the ratio of gross profit margin in 2013-2017 of 0.24%, 0.22%, 0.04%, 0.14%, 0.45%, Net Profit Margin of 0.16%, 0.12%, 0.06%, 0.06%, 0.29% and Return On Equity at0.05%, 0.04%, 0.02%, 0.02%, 0.12% that the level of presentation the net profit obtained by the company is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leverage ratio on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the relationship between existing variables. The method used is multiple panel linear regression analysis with the help of the program eviews 10. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 25 companies. The sample in this study were  4 companies. The results showed that based on the F test, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio had a probability value of 0.145266 0.05 and the Ftable value of 3.86 and the Fcount value of 2.306206, which means that Fcount Ftable simultaneous debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long term debt to equity ratio have no effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.2462, so it can be concluded that 24.62% of stock returns are influenced by the debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, and long term debt to equity ratio and the remaining 75.38% is influenced by other variables that are not in the this research.

Abstract

This study aims to learn about "The Effect of Services and Promotions on Customer Satisfaction in Interventions as Variables in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. This type of research is associative research that is research that discusses the relationship between two variables. The population in this study is the entire research of BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. The technique used in this study uses probability sampling or random sampling with representatives, so the number of this study was 100 respondents taken from part of the funds at BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that service and promotion variables are positive and significant to Customer Satisfaction in Trustworthiness as an Intervening Variable in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal.

Abstract

Pertambangan adalah sebagian atau seluruh kegiatan dalam rangka penelitian, pengelolaan dan pengusahaan mineral atau batubara yang meliputi penyelidikan umum, eksplorasi, studi kelayakan, konstruksi, penambangan, pengolahan dan pemurnian, pengangkutan dan penjualan, serta kegiatan pascatambang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Internet Financial Reporting dan Tingkat Pengungkapan Informasi Website terhadap Frekuensi Perdagangan Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 41 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2018 yang diambil dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internet Financial Reporting dan Tingkat Pengungkapan Informasi Website berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap frekuensi perdagangan saham.
