Abstract

This study aims to produce a Brand Loyalty Improvement Model Based on Brand Satisfaction and Self Congruity for iPhone Users in Semarang City. The population in this study were iPhone users in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, while the sample was set at 125 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Actual Self affected Brand Satisfaction, Actual Self had an effect on Brand Loyalty, Ideal Self had an effect on Brand Satisfaction, Ideal Self affected Brand Loyalty, Brand Satisfaction affected Brand Loyalty. Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Actual Self on Brand Loyalty, and Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Ideal Self on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics on employee job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of work ethics and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample; thus, the sample in this study was 60 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed a positive and significant effect of work ethics on job satisfaction, there was a negative and significant effect of job stress on job satisfaction, and there was an influence of work ethics and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence dual role conflict, burnout, and organizational justice on job satisfaction of the auditor employees in Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) representatives of Central Java Province. Data were collected from questionnaires completed by 110 participants and analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with AMOS 25.0 version. The findings reveal that dual role conflict had a psotive impact on job satisfaction. Further, burnout had a negative and significant on job satisfaction. Then organizational justice had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of Auditors at Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) is most quickly achieved by reducing their burnout, followed by creating dual role conflict (functional), and creating organizational justice for them.

Abstract

Consumer loyalty is an indication of the performance appraisal of the management of a company or business actor. This also applies to business actors who use internet technology as their marketing base. The proliferation of businesses that use the internet as a marketing method has also penetrated the transportation business. One of these online transportation service companies is Gojek, where GoRide is one type of service. The problem faced by GoRide is that there are several complaints from consumers that must be considered because it will affect the sustainability of using the product and of course it becomes a tendency for customers to be loyal to a certain object. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variables of trust, consumer satisfaction and promotion on GoRide consumer loyalty in Semarang municipality. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained are the variables of trust, customer satisfaction and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty GoRide in Semarang Municipality.

Abstract

Career development, motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated in influencing the performance of an employee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at BKPP Semarang City. The sample in this study took the entire population of employees at BKPP Semarang City as many as 70 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not significantly affect employee performance and job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. Simultaneously (together), the variables of Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a contribution of 61.2% in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of celebrity endorser on brand equity with self brand connection as a variable that intervened Honda Vario users in Semarang. The population in this study is the Honda Vario user. The number of samples in this study were 150 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the provisions that at least respondents collected 17 years, consumers had used a Honda Vario and lived in Semarang City. Data analysis method used is structural equation modeling. The direct test results between celebrity endorser and brand equity show that there is a significant and positive influence. The direct test results between celebrity endorser on self brand connection showed positive and significant significance. The direct test results between self brand connection and brand equity show that there is a significant and positive influence.

Abstract

Purchasing decision are the decision of consumers to buy a product that previously thought about worthy or not to buy the product by considering the information that is known by the reality of the product after seeing it. There are several factors that affect the purchasing decision, namely the product quality, price, brand trust and brand image. The object of the research is Canon digital cameras which are on Top Brand Index in 2014-2018, where the Canon digital cameras always ranked at the top. But here the Canon digital cameras has proved that when many competitors are surrounded, Canon digital cameras has always ranked first on the TBI and the digital camera Canon's product is superior to other products. The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of the product quality, price, brand trust and brand image on purchasing decision. The population of the research was that consumers who ever and wear the camera Canon digital, a company based in Semarang and aged over 17 years. The numbers are unknown and sample taken 100 respondents. Sample technique by using purposive sampling. The type of data used is. primary data, method of data collection using the questionnaire and analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed: product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision, price proved to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision, brand trust significant has a positive and influence on purchasing decision, brand image proved to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how many InfoBank15 index stocks are included in the optimal portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic, and what is the optimal percentage of funds. The data processing method in this study uses the Markowitz model to determine InfoBank15 index stocks that are included as candidates for the optimal stock portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic. The calculation results show that from 15 samples, there are only 5 (five) banking stocks that are members of the optimal portfolio, namely BBCA (Bank Central Asia Tbk), BBRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk), BMRI (Bank Mandiri Tbk), BBNI (Bank Mandiri Tbk). Negara Indonesia Tbk), BBNI (Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk) and BBTN (State Savings Bank). Investments in the optimal portfolio provide a total portfolio expected return of 4.877 percent with a portfolio risk/variance deviation rate of 0.255 percent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's performance is assessed based on the analysis of financial ratios. This study uses a descriptive type of research. The ratios used in this research are Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity, Fixed Assets Turnover, Total Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Assets. The results showed that the financial performance of the three companies assessed from the level of liquidity showed that they were in good condition. The solvency level shows that 2 out of 3 companies are in fairly good condition and 1 company is in a bad condition. The level of activity that the three companies show is not good. The level of activity shows that the company has not carried out the company's operations efficiently so that it is in an unfavorable condition. The level of profitability shows that the three companies are in a bad condition because they are still not able to make a profit.

Abstract

Attendance is an important thing for an agency or company. because it is used in calculating the amount of an employee's salary or wages and from attendance it can also see the discipline of employee attendance. Therefore, in its implementation, the attendance process requires accuracy in its implementation so as not to hinder company performance.This final project is designing an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA which is useful for providing good attendance information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in doing attendance. Employee attendance system design at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to accommodate the data needed to streamline the information system.With this system, it is expected that the data processing process will be more effective and efficient.
