Abstract

Ekstraksi tepi pada foto daun merupakan langkah penting dalam pemeriksaan daun terkomputerisasi. Sangat penting untuk mendeteksi tepi dan menyimpan informasi tekstur rinci tentang daun, seperti urat dan warna. Sebuah kamera digital menangkap gambar daun asli. Fungsi keanggotaan digunakan untuk memproses daun yang diperoleh. Tepi tersebut kemudian dideteksi menggunakan pendekatan morfologi fuzzy matematis. Membandingkan hasil teknik deteksi tepi yang ada seperti morfologi biner dan Sobel di bawah berbagai pengaturan menunjukkan efisiensi deteksi tepi berdasarkan morfologi matematika fuzzy.

Abstract

Generally, plant maintenance can be done in two ways: manual (using humans with makeshift tools) and mechanical (using machine technology or robots). Plant maintenance done manually is watering and eradicating pests and diseases that do not necessarily do it and can harm humans themselves. Mechanically doing the same job has advantages, namely being faster, routine, and reducing workplace accidents. In the plant maintenance process at this time, there are still essential aspects for research, especially for the design of tools. The manual maintenance process's weakness is that performing sensory tasks in a large capacity takes a very long time. To overcome these limitations, a mechanical approach with automation technology is used to make it more effective and efficient. Therefore, the design of a watering device or plant maintenance is expected to overcome these problems. The use of human labor (manual) is not harmful but has drawbacks, including inconsistency with time and very time-consuming work. In the existing maintenance machine design research, there are various types. In this research, the design of the tool that will be carried out is to try to combine plant maintenance with a microcontroller automatic control system which is arranged using a servo motor motion system and several other motors which are expected to have an effective working system and excellent quality of maintenance results, for the cottage industry industrial enterprise.

Abstract

Automation is one of the technological developments and is an alternative to obtaining a working system that is more practical, efficient and has a low accident rate to get a high level of accuracy as well. The process of transporting and packing goods can be done by using tools to make it easier and lighten the work of humans. At this time, PLC has played an essential role in the industrial world, various applications have been developed using a PLC control system, so it is critical for us electrical engineering students to learn and understand PLC as a provision for us when we enter the industrial world. Therefore Automation This racking system can be a learning tool for electrical engineering students, especially in the PLC field. The results of research and discussion have been stated. The use of limit switches is essential in this system. To determine which motor will be active and which engine will be off. And as a determinant of the direction of the pallet will be brought. With HMI, you can monitor which components are active and count the number of pallets that go in and out. The system has been able to run properly and correctly even though the mechanical problem is not yet perfect. Before making a miniature, we must prepare the concept in advance, so it is easy to design. Understand the process and workings of the tools we make. Understand the specifications of the components that we will use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Trainer HMI WEINVIEW dan PLC OMRON CPM1A. Dengan adanya trainer ini, mahasiswa Teknik Elektro Universitas Nusa Putra dapat belajar dan memahami lebih dalam tentang PLC. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi di industri, mahasiswa dituntut untuk mengetahui dan memahami HMI (Human Machine Interface) dan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) karena di industri, semua mesin produksi sudah menggunakan sistem kontrol HMI untuk antarmuka atau monitor kondisi di lapangan dan program PLC untuk mesin, penggunaan PLC lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sistem kendali konvensional atau disebut juga sistem manual

Abstract

Faults in three-phase electric motors often occur in power plants. Unfortunately, the disturbances are unpredictable and reduce unit performance. This paper presents an Internet of Things (IoT) based intrusion handling system for secure and economic data communication in industrial fields. The build system can monitor and control with FLM (First Line Maintenance). FLM is a minor corrective maintenance activity carried out while the unit operates with the provision of simple equipment. Device design and testing using the ESP8266 microcontroller module to obtain motor vibration, current, and temperature information for motor conditions and supported by the application as a user interface. The result is to prevent further damage to the electric motor by adding an external fan and a grease pump to cool the engine. This research contributes to improving the performance of the generator at PT. Indonesia Power UJP West Java II Palafruitratu is one of the steam power plants in West Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan classifier jaringan saraf tiruan berbasis fusi struktur kernel untuk meningkatkan kinerja jaringan BP dan RBF tunggal. Solusi yang diusulkan tidak bergantung pada kerangka kerja jaringan RBF dan BP tunggal. Jaringan yang menyatu dapat secara efektif mengekstrak karakteristik lokal dari distribusi spasial sampel dan pembelajaran dan klasifikasi non-linier dalam ruang kernel Gaussian dengan membangun mekanisme koneksi yang efektif antara kernel Gaussian dengan parameter berbeda dan kernel sigmoid di lapisan tersembunyi yang berbeda. Kelebihan jaringan RBF dan BP digabungkan dalam bentuk jaringan yang menyatu. Dalam jaringan RBF dan BP tunggal, ini secara efektif menurunkan ketergantungan pada pemilihan parameter node tersembunyi. Eksperimen pada dua set data simulasi dan tiga set data benchmark menunjukkan bahwa topologi jaringan yang diusulkan lebih disukai.

Abstract

Energy is one of the basic human needs to support activities whose numbers continue to increase along with population and economic growth. On the other hand, most of the energy used today comes from fossil-based energy which has non-renewable properties so its reserves will run out if used continuously. Indonesia in general and the Cianjur region of West Java Province, in particular, has a wide variety of potential for new and renewable energy spread over most of its territory, including solar energy, wind energy, bioenergy, marine energy, and geothermal. This study aims to map the potential of New Renewable Energy in the Cianjur area to support the government's target of achieving the national energy mix and encourage energy diversification in the electricity system. The results of the study indicate that there is a large potential for renewable energy from various types of energy in the Cianjur area which can be utilized in the conversion process into electrical energy.

Abstract

An automatic system for hydroponic plants with a flow system with NodeMCU as the brain of the tool. The tool that has been created will work when the NodeMCU gets a WiFi connection to receive and process data. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) sensor detects the value of the dissolved solids content in the form of ppm (parts per million), and the ultrasonic sensor detects the level of nutrient liquid in the form of high and low indicators. Then the sensor will send data to the NodeMCU; after processing, the data will be sent to the Blynk application server. In the Blynk application, we can monitor the value of nutrient content and nutrient fluid levels via a smartphone. When the TDS sensor valve reads that the nutrient content is below 560 ppm, the solenoid valve will open after the nutrient content has exceeded the value of 840 ppm, and it will close again. In addition to input in the form of sensors that change the condition of the solenoid valve, we can also operate the solenoid valve through the Blynk application interface. The design of this automatic nutrition system is based on the nutritional value needs of the lettuce plant. The dietary requirements of lettuce are 560 ppm to 840 ppm. Implementing this system is hoped to help farmers monitor the condition of hydroponic plants.

Abstract

The weather has a substantial impact on the ability to live organisms to carry out everyday activities, particularly outside activities. Weather data is helpful in various fields, including marine, aviation, and agriculture. The maritime domain is beneficial for establishing the optimal navigation time for a fisherman, the aviation domain helps reduce climate-related mishaps, and the agriculture sector uses weather information to develop harvest season models for agricultural products. Indonesia is a tropical nation with heavy precipitation. Utilized for various objectives, rainfall forecasting models seek the utmost precision, particularly in specialized areas such as flood control. This study is based on two techniques: the Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) and Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) techniques using multiple training functions. The RBFNN approach yields less accurate results for predicting precipitation, but the multi-practice BPNN method yields more accurate results.

Abstract

Setiap tahun, jutaan galon minyak mengalir ke lautan. Tumpahan minyak harus ditemukan dan dikenali secepat mungkin untuk melakukan kegiatan pemulihan laut yang hemat biaya. Teknologi Pemrosesan Citra Satelit menghadirkan metode pendeteksian tumpahan minyak untuk mengatasi polusi yang melanggar hukum ini. Studi ini menyajikan pendekatan baru untuk deteksi dini tumpahan minyak yang disebabkan oleh sumber stasioner lepas pantai. Hasilnya dicapai setelah mempelajari data yang diperoleh oleh sensor optik pasif seperti Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS). Skema pemrosesan yang ditetapkan terdiri dari tiga pendekatan untuk Thresholding optimal gambar MODIS: Thresholding-By Index, By Value, dan By Function, diikuti dengan integrasi semua algoritma untuk mendeteksi potensi tumpahan minyak. Kesamaan dan karakteristik tumpahan minyak dipisahkan melalui segmentasi dalam persiapan ekstraksi tumpahan minyak. Metode empiris baru ini, Thresholding - By Index, By Value, By Function, divalidasi berdasarkan perbedaan antara warna RGB gambar dan nilai ambangnya. Menggunakan Metodologi Deteksi Tepi, juga memungkinkan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan tekstur unik antara tumpahan minyak dan fitur lainnya, yang menghasilkan penurunan positif palsu. Efektivitas algoritma yang dirancang untuk identifikasi dan pemantauan tumpahan minyak waktu nyata juga diperiksa secara eksperimental melalui pengembangan laporan dengan akurasi 93%.
