<![CDATA[Tutoring institutions are part of the educational path outside the school which aims to serve the community. The role of tutoring institutions is very important, especially among school students, ranging from elementary school, junior high school, final high school. As well as any factors that affect the management of learning at the Exis Kota Padang Tutoring Institute. The sub-variables are focusing on learning planning, learning organizing, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type approach. The population taken in this study is students who follow tutoring at the Exis Kota Padang tutoring institution. Sampling technique is random sampling, the sample taken is 20% of each level of education in the study institution Exis Kota Padang which amounted to 42 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Then the data collection tool used is through questionnaires and google form. In data analysis techniques use percentage formulas. The results of the research obtained, namely first, in the learning planning made by the institution proved to run well and correctly it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Second, in organizing the learning made by the institution proved to run in accordance with expectations it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Third, in the implementation of learning carried out by institutions proved to run well and there are no obstacles that can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Fourth, in the evaluation of learning conducted by the institution proved to be going well and correctly it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' skills in participating in extracurricular activities in randai skills at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. The cause of the low learning outcomes of this skill is due to the low professional competence of the instructor in learning activities. This study aims to describe the relationship between professional competence, describe student skills learning outcomes, and see the relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational technique. The population of this study were all students who took part in Randai extracurricular activities and the research sample used the Random Sampling technique. This is done through the use of a technique in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that the professional competence of instructors in Randai extracurricular activities was low, and student learning outcomes in Randai extracurricular activities were still low, and there was a significant relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting. Where in order for instructors to be able to develop professional competence in the process of randai activities so that the achievement of learning outcomes for students' skills is increased]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low interest in reading in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. This is thought to be caused by the lack of availability of reading materials based on the needs of children at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. The objectives of this study are 1) to see the description of the availability of reading materials based on the needs of children in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. 2) to see a picture of the reading interest of the residents studying at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. 3) to see the relationship between the availability of reading materials based on children's needs and their reading interest in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City.This research is a quantitative research with correlational type which aims to examine the correlation between the availability of reading materials and reading interest. The population in this study were 28 people, the sampling technique was cluster random sampling and taken as many as 60%, namely 17 people. Techniques in data collection using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the rho sperm formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the description of the availability of reading materials based on the needs of children in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang Padang City is categorized as incomplete. 2) the description of children's reading interest in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang Padang City is categorized as low. 3) there is a significant relationship between the availability of reading materials based on children's needs and their reading interest at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. It is hoped that the TBM manager will increase the number of reading materials according to the children's needs]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the good implementation of the Gada Pratama security unit training program at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa. The purposes of this study were 1) to see the participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training, 2) to see the participants' perceptions of the education and training learning activities, 3) to see the participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process.The type of research used is descriptive, with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were trainees from batches 45 to 50. While the samples were taken using the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. As for the data analysis technique used the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that the perception of participants in the Gada Pratama security unit training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa is very good. It is shown that: 1) participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. This is proven that in the implementation of the opening the instructor is able to influence the participants who take part in the training process; 2) participants' perceptions of learning and training activities at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. It is proven that the instructor is able to carry out learning activities well so that participants are able to receive the material or training provided; 3) participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process carried out at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa were categorized as good. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City caused by low learning experiences. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the learning experiences of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. (2) describes the learning participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. (3) describes the relationship between the learning experience and the participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. This research is a quantitative research with the type of correlational research which aims to examine the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. The population in this study were 28 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. The sample in this study was 21 students or the sample in this study was 75%. techniques in data collection using written statements (questionnaires) and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and data processing uses the Sperman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the learning experience of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City is categorized as low. (2) learning participation at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City is categorized as low. (3) there is a significant relationship between learning experience and participation in learning at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City.It is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine new variables so that they can complete the variables in existing research. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study is conducted on the basis of the tutors' participation in the study of package c in the SPNF SKB city of Pariaman is conducted well research is projected to have the tutor participate in the teaching aspect of the package c in the SPNF SKB city of Pariaman, (3) measuring the placement of the tutor in the facilitator aspect of the facility's study of the package c at SPNF SKB city Pariaman, (4) depicts the tutor's participation to the evaluator aspect of the package c in SPNF SKB city Pariaman. This study includes a quantitative descriptive study that describes the data as it exists in a population of 53 people and a sample of 42 people are established by the stratification sample withdrawal technique random sampling. A data-collection device using angkets and documentaries. The data analysis USES the percentage formula. Research indicates that the tutor's participation in the increased learning result of the study of the c residents of the English subject was good, this is seen and the (1) the teacher aspect, (2) the motivational aspect, (3) the facilitator aspect, (4) the evaluator aspect. The suggestion that the tutor's contribution to the learning result can be further improved during the process of study. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the residents of Nagari Sungai Nanam whose livelihoods are mostly as farmers, ranging from young people, adults to old people who work as farmers. The purpose of this study was to find out how the situation of providing formal and non-formal education in Nagari Sungai Nanam, Solok Regency, and to find out the views of youth in Nagari Sungai Nanam about work/livelihoods. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. According to Creswell (2010), the uniqueness of qualitative research in its definition is that research is carried out in natural settings, the researcher is positioned as a data collection instrument, and inductive analysis is interpreted based on the participant's perspective. Sources of data in this study were youth who graduated from SMK in Nagari Sungai Nanam as research subjects, while the informants were people who provided information about the research being carried out, namely, parents and other members of the family in Nagari Sungai Nanam. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. And the validity of the data obtained from this study was obtained by triangulation of sources. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of residents studying the Package B program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung. It is suspected that this is caused by the lack of active learning of the learning community during the process. The aims of this study were to: 1) to describe the learning activities of the residents in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung, 2) to describe the learning outcomes of citizens studying mathematics at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung, and 3) to determine the relationship between learning residents and learning outcomes at Mathematics subject package B at PKBM Tuah Agreed Nagari Tanjung. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study was the Package B learning community program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung which opened 70 people and the respondents in this study opened 30 people. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning activities of the residents in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung are still low, 2) the learning outcomes of students learning mathematics in PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung are still low, and 3) there is a significant relationship between the activeness of the citizens studying with the results studying mathematics in the Package B program at PKBM Tuah Sepakat Nagari Tanjung.]]>

<![CDATA[Emotional development is one of the important aspects of development that must be prioritized in learning through parents. This study begins with a problem that is found in the condition of students who have not been able to control their emotions when playing with their peers. This study aims to determine the emotional development of children with parents who work at Sani Ashilla Kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. To see how the emotional development of children with parents who work at TK Sani Ashilla. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. To see how the emotional development of children with parents who work at TK Sani Ashilla. The research subjects were B3 graders at Sani Ashilla Kindergarten. The research informants were classroom teachers, center teachers and school principals. Data collection techniques used interviews with classroom teachers, center teachers and school principals, observation and documentation. using interviews with classroom teachers, center teachers and school principals.The results of this study found that parents can help children's emotional development as children can control their emotions and can also share when playing with peers. <![CDATA[gross motor skills of children at the Nur Ilaahi Padang Kindergarten. By carrying out geo jumping game activities, It is hoped that it will be effective in order to improve gross motor skills in children. In this study the reseacher used a quantitative research type namely quasy experimental The research population is all children in Nur Ilaahi Padang Kindergarten, where the total number of children is 66 children. The sample taken for the experimental class is class B2 and the sample taken for the control class is class B3, where each class consists 15 children using cluster sampling research techniques, while the data collection technique uses an action tests, then the data is processed by a t-test, where previously the normality test and homogeneity test were carried out first and also the N-Gain score test was carried out. Based on the analysis of research data that has been carried out by researchers, then from the data obtained conclusions, namely the results of the study which showed the average value of the experimental class was 7,47 and that of the control class was 4,00.]]>
