Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

Working in Islam is an effort to meet the needs of life; the main goal is to achieve mashlahah. However, if someone works in a conventional bank, is the law still permissible because bank interest is clearly forbidden in Islam? This study discusses the law of working in conventional banks from the perspective of Maqshid Syariah. This study uses qualitative methods with library research data collection techniques. The data used is secondary data in the form of data regarding the law of working in conventional banks from the perspective of Maqshid Syariah, obtained through journals, official documents, books, and articles related to the object of research. The study's findings concluded that, while working in a traditional bank is prohibited by law, when circumstances force people to fulfill their needs for the benefit of preserving life so that it is not threatened, the law is makruh on the condition that they continue to seek other jobs that are permitted by Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the indicators of sakinah family formation according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and its relevance to the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This qualitative research, in the form of a literature study, uses philosophical norms. The main data source, namely the book Dhau' al-Mishbah fi Bayani Ahkam an-Nikah by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. Several articles on the KHI are the theory of analysis in this research. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between indicators for the formation of a sakinah family, according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari with the construction of legal provisions in Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). First, the indicators of compliance with the legal principles, requirements, and pillars of marriage relevant to KHI Articles 4, 16, 20, and 27. It is just that the view of KH. In the first indicator, Hasyim tends to be textual. This is in contrast to the KHI, which is more contextual. Second, the recommendation indicator in choosing a life partner is relevant to KHI Articles 15, 16, 17, and 61. In this case, the criteria for the recommendation to choose a partner by the KH. Hasyim covers various aspects including religion, physical, lineage, economy, psychological, and social status. Third, the indicator understands the principles of the purpose and benefits of marriage relevant to Articles 2 and 3. Third, the indicator is to build a good partnership in carrying out the rights and obligations of husbands and wives that are relevant to KHI Article 80. However, regarding the duties or obligations of the wife, KH. Hasyim is more detailed than the KHI. The theoretical implications of this research show indicators of the formation of a sakinah family from the viewpoint of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is relevant and can be the basis for formulas in the development and renewal of Islamic marriage laws in Indonesia. The limitation of this research is that it has not studied in depth the heurmenetic aspects of the construction of the views of KH. Hasyim is related to four indicators of sakinah family formation.

Abstract

Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution that has been established since ancient times in Indonesia. In facing the challenges of modern times, pesantren play an important role in maintaining the identity and sustainability of Islamic values. However, with the advent of the digital era, pesantren are faced with various changes and new challenges.. The method used in this study is library research through a qualitative research approach. Theoretically, this study traces various literature, books and scientific articles in accordance with the theme of the study, then interpreted with existing conditions. The result of this study is that the role of pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions in the digital era contains challenges and opportunities. By blending traditional values and technological advancements, pesantren can continue to contribute effectively in teaching and maintaining Islamic values in modern life. The wise use of technology will have a positive impact on Islamic education in pesantren and ensure the continuity of this institution in spreading pure Islamic values in the increasingly advanced digital era

Abstract

Inheritance is the process of transferring assets owned by someone who has died to the recipient (wara>thah) in which the number and size of the portion (nas}i>b) received has been determined in a will mechanism, or if there is no will, then the recipient party determines the number and size of its parts (haz{z{) are determined in the inheritance mechanism. The main priority in this matter lies in the will, that is, sometimes the heir has determined the will before he dies with all his wealth to his close relatives after he dies, this is based on the text of Allah that requires or the enactment of inheritance laws occurs after the will is carried out and the debt is paid. Sometimes he does not write any will, so Allah takes over this distribution by including it in the inheritance law mechanism and determines all parties receiving the inheritance as well as the share of the assets each of them receives. From this it is very necessary to review the law of inheritance to be studied and analyzed so that it will be more understandable and wise to take attitudes and decisions based on Islamic teachings, namely the concept of inheritance law based on the texts of the Qura’an, al Sunnah, al Ijm>a', ijtihad al-s}ah}a>bah and fiqh rules. And the importance of studying the science of fara>id} is very important in the teachings of Islam as in the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah confirms "learn the science of faraidh and teach it, because it is half knowledge. the science of fara>id} will be forgotten. the science of fara>id} is the first thing that will be taken away from my ummah.” the science of fara>id} is half of science, because this knowledge is related to human life and is related to the concept of maqa>s}id al-shari>ah, one of which is guarding wealth (h}ifz}u al-ma>l). Abstract

In line with the values of the Pancasila profile which always emphasizes student personality based on the Pancasila profile, cases of bullying have started to rise which seem to become a tradition especially in the school environment where the school environment which was originally the most comfortable place in learning has now turned into a place full of suffering for victims of bullying. in the school environment. Therefore this study aims, Knowing the form of P5 activities which include the process and stages of Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate bullying acts and also to find out the results of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Implementation through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate acts of bullying . This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type with the results of the research in the form of an elaboration of the stages of preparation, process, results and evaluation in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

Abstract: The pesantren curriculum is a curriculum adopted from the Islamic boarding school learning system so that in learning it emphasizes the religiosity side which is marked by the large portion of religious education subjects. The industrial revolution 4.0 as an era of technological progress has had various negative impacts on the younger generation such as the eroding of religious values ​​in students so that they find it difficult to distinguish good things from bad things which causes students to easily be carried away by the negative currents of digitalization. The implementation of the pesantren curriculum in formal educational institutions can help schools shape the character and morals of students in facing the challenges of the times so that schools are expected to produce intelligent generations both intellectually and spiritually. Even though it originates from the pesantren curriculum, it has a dynamic nature and can accept positive new things so that it is always able to keep up with the times and still exist in the world of Indonesian education, this is evident from the ever-increasing tension in schools that adhere to the pesantren curriculum from time to time. Abstract

Islamic education is an effort to prepare students to believe in, understand, appreciate and practice the religion of Islam through guidance, teaching and/or training activities by paying attention to the demands of respecting other religions in harmonious relations between religious communities in society to realize national unity. Character education is a concept that is instilled into a person and can shape a person to be more polite, civilized, and physically and spiritually healthy, so that they will have a better character in life. The more advanced a society is, the more important education will be for the growth and development of children. The focus of this research is on the role of Islamic education in shaping the character of students as the successors of the Indonesian nation. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This type of research includes field research which is expected to provide an overview of the research location. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation . The data sources for this research are the results of previous research and the results of observations as well as several interviews conducted with school principals and students. From the results of this research, it is concluded that the application of Islamic education in shaping students' character plays a very important role considering that nowadays there is a lot of moral decline among teenagers, therefore education related to the Islamic religion is needed, where Islamic religious education will raise awareness and understand students. students how to form a good character or personality. Apart from that, it can also be done by carrying out various activities such as congregational prayers, yasinan, clean Friday, congregational sunnah prayers, charity activities, practical exams, and applying the 4 S (smile, greeting, greeting and polite) and carrying out the birthday. Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1). Curriculum and learning management, (2).Curriculum planning in the school, (3). Organizing the curriculum in the school, (4).Implementation of the curriculum in the school. This research uses descriptivequalitative research method. Data research were collected through interviews,observations, document studies. Further data are analyzed, reduced, verified thendrawn conclusions. The results of this study show that: First, curriculum andlearning management at Sumbersari Tuban School begins with the planning, organizing,and implementation of the curriculum. Second, Curriculum Planning Sumbersari School has been running with a structured but still needs to be done alignment ofplans that have been made in order to be planned all that has been set at planningmeetings conducted routinely at the beginning of the semester. Third, the organizingof curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban School covers two things: structural and academic.Structurally a curriculum organizing system under the command of the Director(Principal). While the academic organization of the curriculum is developed in theform of an organization that is curriculum based on separate subjects (SaparatedSubject Curriculum). Fourth, the implementation of curriculum at Sumbersari Tuban Schoolis divided into two levels namely the implementation of school and class curriculum.In the implementation of school-level curricula undertaken by the principal is stillless than the maximum because of the lack of existence of the principal. While for the implementation of the class-level curriculum implemented by the teacher is maximal enough with evidence in the learning process has been following the times.Keywords: Management, Curriculum, Learning
