Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa and Spa. This study employs quantitative research methods in conjunction with a descriptive approach. The sampling method was carried out with specific objectives and considerations with the criteria of customers who had transacted with Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa. The sample size is 80 people, and the data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis, validity and reliability testing, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 5.424 + 0.228X1 + 0.166X2. The results of this study show that service quality (X1) has a positive influence, and the most influential variable on customer satisfaction (Y) is shown in the regression coefficient b1X1, which has a positive value of 0.228. The regression coefficient b2X2 has a positive value of 0.166, indicating that promotion (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Suggestions for Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa include the need to maintain the quality of service and promotions provided if they need to be improved again in order to achieve customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems raised in this study are whether testimonials affect the purchasing decisions of Ms Glow products in Badung Regency, whether word of mouth affects the purchasing decisions of Ms Glow products in Badung Regency and which variables have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow products. Glow in Badung Regency. The population in this study amounted to 112 people with purposive sampling technique, namely Ms Glow consumers who are at least 17 years old. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed using google form to the respondents. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test. The results of the analysis show the Y regression model, which means that testimonials have a positive and significant effect on Ms Glow's Product Purchase Decisions in Badung Regency, with a value of 0.000. This means that if the testimonials are getting better, the Purchase Decision will increase. word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow in Badung Regency with a value of 0.030. This means that if the word of mouth is getting better, then the Purchase Decision will increase. Testimonials have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's products in Badung Regency. Ms Glow in Badung Regency is expected to pay close attention to company testimonials such as attention given to consumers, consumer buying interest, consumer needs or desires, as well as consumer confidence and actions in buying Ms Glow products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. This study is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali. The population used was 45 employees who were also used as research samples, namely 45 respondents. The test of this research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, T test and F test and standardized coefficient beta. The results show that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of 0.535 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, (2) communication has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a value of of 0.450 with a significance of 0.003 < 0.05, (3) leadership and communication simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a calculated F value of 22.365 > F table of 3.22 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 , (4) leadership has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at J4 Hotel Legian Kuta Bali with a standardized coefficient beta value of 0.454 > standardized coefficient beta communication of 0.380.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance and the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung Regency. In this study using a sample of 86 employees, the sampling technique was to take all civil servants in the field in order to get accurate results for research purposes. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung with a value of 19.7%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 50.4%. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work discipline on the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung is 19.3%, while the remaining 80.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The world of industrial business is now increasingly widespread, one of which is the aviation industry. The aviation industry is one of the means of transportation that can make it easier for us to travel long distances but with a faster time. To analyze the effect of tangibles/physical evidence on customer satisfaction using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. This study aims to analyze the effect of reliability/reliability variable, responsiveness/responsiveness variable, assurance/guarantee, empathy/caring, on customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. This research uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were customers who visited the Garuda Indonesia office in Denpasar, with a total sample of 95 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. The guarantee has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Concern has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Physical evidence has a beta value of 0.224. Reliability has a beta value of 0.128. Responsiveness has a beta value of 0.248. The guarantee has a beta value of 0.177. Concern has a beta value of 0.248. Beta Concern and Responsiveness have the same beta value, but seen from the tcount value of the concern variable has a higher value, this means that caring has a dominant influence on increasing or decreasing customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar.

This study aims to examine work safety, work supervision, and work discipline of employees who conduct case studies on employees at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta, Bali. determine the sample using certain considerations. The number of respondents used in this study were 65 people. The results of the study stated that Health and Safety had a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.022 < (0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Work supervision has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.020 < (0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the t-statistical test also state that Work Supervision (X2) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of = 0.020 < (0.05). This shows that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the t-statistical test also state that Work Discipline (X3) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom) Kuta. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using SPSS 22.00 application software. In this study, respondents' answers were classified in the form of answers using an interval scale with the Likert scale method.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the emergency of a desire to quit or leave a job. Turnover is one of the problems that arise related to human resources. Generally, employees who do turnover are caused by the distribution of workloads that are not appropriate and evenly distributed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention, and examine the mediating role of work stress on the effect of workload on employee turnover intention at J4 Legian Bali Hotels. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees, with saturated sampling method, the type of research is quantitative research with causality associative approach. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires (google form) and then data was analyzed by SEM-PLS. the results show that there is a positive and significant effect of workload on turnover intention, there is a positive and significant influence of workload on work stress, there is a positive and significant influence of work stress on turnover intention, and work stress partially mediates the effect of workload on turnover intention in J4 Legian Bali Hotels.

Abstract

In addition to work motivation, the work environment must be also be considered, a good and conducive work environment will create a comfaortabel working atmosphere. The purposes of this study is to determine the independent variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of Civil Servants at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung. The sampling technique used is the cencus technique. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with application (SPSS) version 16.0.the regression equation of this study is Y = 4.107 + 0.568X1 + 1.125X2. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung can be seen from the R square value of 0.453. this means that 45,3% of employee performance variables can be explained by work motivation and work environment variables, while the remaining 54,7% is explained by other variables outside this study, 4). The variables that has the most dominant influence is work motivation variables. Judging from the value of the work motivation beta coefficient which is worth 0.405, it is greater than the work environment beta coefficient which is worth 0.404.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion on consumer ticket purchasing decisions at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar Branch. Respondents in this study were all passengers who came to transact at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar Branch. Total respondents in this research amounted to 94 people. In this study using statistical analysis through a computer program SPSS (Statistical For Social Science). The results of the instrument test in this study showed valid and reliable data. The results of this study indicate that product, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer ticket purchasing decisions at the Garuda Indonesia sales office, Puputan Denpasar branch

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction, and contributes to the economy. Job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment can affect employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. Case study of Arena Pub & Restaurant employees. This research was conducted at Arena Pub & Restaurant Sanur. Determination of the sample using certain considerations. The number of respondents used in this study were 70 people. The research method used is quantitative research and for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Arena Pub & Restaurant with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Arena Pub & Restaurant with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Arena Pub & Restaurant with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05.
