Abstract

This article is the result of a case study research regarding the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Hotel Management Contract business (hotel operator business) at Puri Signatures located in Bali, Indonesia. Research finds that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected companies from management to operational levels. At the management level, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the ownership structure, organizational structure, and the change of brand from Puri Villas Indonesia to Puri Signatures. At the operational level, there have been major changes in terms of the cooperative relationship between management and clients, employment, marketing, partnership, and finance. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has provided an opportunity for companies to explore the performance of companies that are experiencing downsizing through new partnerships with a profit sharing system, and improve strategies towards digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of trust on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, 2) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace, 3) the effect of trust and product quality simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis model is multiple regression analysis, partial test (t test statistic), and simultaneous significance test. The results showed that the value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y partially is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count is 7.503 > t table 1.998, then there is a positive and significant influence of X1 on Y. Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y partially is 0.118 <0.05 and the t value is -1.586 > t table 1.998, then there is a negative and significant effect of X2 on Y. The significance value for the simultaneous effects of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 215.6 > F table 3.13 so that H3 is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence X1 and X2 on Y

Abstract

Batur Geopark is a geological tourism area located in Bangli Regency, Bali. This area is famous for its natural beauty, including Mount Batur which is the icon of the area. Another thing that attracts destinations in this area is the Batur Geopark Museum. Batur Geopark has long been a popular tourist destination. With this popularity, the visits to this destination area are quite high. Likewise, with the Batur Geopark Museum. With the high intention of tourists to visit, it is necessary to make efforts to maintain tourist loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digital marketing, e-word of mouth, product innovation on the loyalty of Batur Geopark museum tourists. The location of this research is the Batur Kintamani Geopark Museum located on Jalan Raya Penelokan, Kintamani, Bangli, Bali Province. The method of determining the sample using random sampling with the slovin formula, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a scale likert (5 scale). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. The role of e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Tourism product innovation has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Digital marketing, the role of e-WOM and tourism product innovation have a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether workload, incentives, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have an impact on the performance of PT. Beautiful Permai Depot Denpasar. Samples were collected using the saturated sampling technique with the slovin formula, amounting to 67 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) there is a significant and negative effect between workload and employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.878 and a significance value of 0.383 , (b) there is a significant and positive effect between fatigue and employee performance with a coefficient value of 3.605 and a significance value of 0.001, and (c) there is a significant and positive influence between the behavior of organizational members (ocb) and employee performance with a coefficient value of 5.842 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Compared to other tourism villages, marketing through digital media in Bakas Tourism Village is still very minimal. This can be seen from several problems found by researchers related to digital marketing indicators that have not been fulfilled, including Accessibility, Interactivity, Entertainment, Credibility, Irritation and Informativenes. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing including Accessibility, Interactivity, Entertainment, Credibility, Irritation and Informativenes in an effort to increase the competitiveness of Kubu Bakas Klungkung Tourism Village. The method used in this research is quantitative research method. The results of the analysis found that Accessibility, Interactivity, Entertainment, Credibility, Irritation and Informativeness partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Competitiveness of Kubu Bakas Tourism Village. Related to the results of this study are the manager can further improve digital marketing management as an effort to increase the competitiveness of the Kubu Bakas Tourism Village.

Abstract

High competence and the right organizational culture are the keys to high employee performance. Employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Branch is an important factor so that the company can run normally. The purpose of this study was to determine competence and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Branch with a total population of 469 employees. Determination of the number of samples was carried out using the slovin formula so that the number of samples was determined to be 82 employees. The number of samples taken was 82 respondents. Primary data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) competence and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Jaya Bali Manufacturing company is one of the companies in the field of producing wood-based handicrafts in Bali. This company implements a target-oriented system, so that employees are required to be active in order to win the market. Employees are assets and capital for the company for the short and long term, so it is important for companies to be able to maintain and maintain a quality workforce. A fair reward system that guarantees the welfare of the entire workforce is a way that must be considered and carried out by the company. In awarding PT. Jaya Bali Manufacturing has not given rewards evenly. Such as rewards in the form of financial, namely the inappropriateness of bonuses received by some employees who can achieve the target. The number of samples taken as many as 96 employees, with the census method in which all employees are used as respondents. Based on the test results using regression analysis and t test, it is known that reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result means that if the reward given is higher, the employee's performance will also increase. Based on this, the hypothesis that the reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance can be accepted, punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result means that if the employee punishment is high, the employee's performance will also increase. Based on this, the hypothesis that punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance can be accepted and the last organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result means that if the organizational culture in the company is good, then employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak faktor ergonomi (beban kerja/task, organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja) terhadap tingkat stres kerja karyawan di bagian front office hotel di Bali. Selain itu, penelitian juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh faktor ergonomi terhadap kinerja melalui stres kerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 56 responden yang merupakan karyawan di bagian front office hotel bintang empat dan lima. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 25 pernyataan, dan responden diminta untuk memberikan tanggapan menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 pilihan.Setelah pengumpulan data, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih rinci tentang karakteristik sampel dan variabel yang diteliti. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 untuk untuk variabel stres kerja dan kinerja adalah 0.093 dan 0,076. Nilai R2 0,093 dan 0,076 termasuk kategori lemah. Ini berarti 9,3% variance variabel stres kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor ergonomi (tugas/task, organisasi dan lingkungan kerja). Sedangkan variance untuk variabel kinerja sebesar 7,6% yang dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor ergonomi dan stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan manajemen hotel menjaga kinerja karyawan bagian front office dengan memperhitungkan faktor-faktor ergonomi (beban kerja, organisasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja) yang tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas kerja sehingga dapat menjadi sumber stres bagi karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove empirically the effect of capital, credit quality, liquidity and efficiency on profitability and dividend policy and their implications for market capitalization in bank groups based on core capital 4 (KBMI 4). The research period is 10 years 2013 – 2022, with the sampling technique being saturated sampling, that is, all members of the bank population included in KBMI 4 are used as samples. The results showed that the profitability of the KBMI 4 bank was influenced by credit quality, liquidity and efficiency, while the dividend policy was influenced by capital, asset quality and efficiency. Both profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on market capitalization. Profitability and dividend policy should be maintained and improved so that market capitalization growth increases and investor confidence is maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Person Organization Fit on Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable (Case Study at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Karangasem Regency). The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling method as many as 148 people. Data analysis techniques use a variance-based or component-based approach with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis found that 1) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; and 4) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital of Karangasem Regency. This result means that an increase in Person organization fit will be able to increase organizational commitment through increased job satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital of Karangasem Regency. The suggestion in this study is that hospital management is expected to pay attention to Person organization fit and job satisfaction in an effort to increase employee organizational commitment.
