Abstract

This study discusses the role of service quality in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty of The Breezes Bali. Responded in this study as many as 91 respondents by staying at The Breezes Bali hotel more than doubled, a minimum visit of 17 years. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS program. The results of the study show that: 1) Quality of service is positive and significant to customer satisfaction 2) Quality of service is positive but not significant to customer loyalty 3) Positive and significant satisfaction of customer loyalty 4 ) Consumer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) Being able to be a mediating variable shown by the results of customer loyalty analysis can increase customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction can affect loyalty. The results of this study have implications for management policies by serving guests or customers well. Increased customer satisfaction is more emphasis on improving the company's image by praising the Good Hotel Breezes Bali. Continuing customer loyalty can be done by increasing word of mouth communication to customers. With word of mouth communication, customers will provide positive information about the Bali Wind Hotel to others.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Badung Regency Government plans to build a Starred Hotel on land owned by Kutat Adat Village, on the grounds that tourism in the Kutuh Village is just developing. Desa Kutuh is expected to become an integrated Tourism Region through its natural charm and various Balinese Cultural attractions that are displayed. In connection with the plan, a feasibility study is needed for the investment in hotel construction in the village of Kutuh. There are seven aspects examined in this study, namely (1) Aspects of regional potential; (2) Legal aspects; (3) Market Aspects; (4) technical aspects; (5) Aspects of Human Resource Management; (5) Financial aspects. Data and information are collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed with descriptive and qualitative analysis techniques. The analysis shows that Kutuh Village has tourism and accommodation potential that is possible to be developed by building a Four Star hotel. Judging from the legal aspects of investment in hotel construction in the village of Kutuh, supported by the Law and Regional Government Regulation. The hotel that will be built has a market opportunity with medium competitiveness and medium category appeal, so it can be said to be feasible from the marketing aspect. The estimated investment needed is Rp161,874,034,000, - for a four-star hotel, the hotel must be managed by a professional, so that the right organizational structure is a functional organizational structure that is divided into departments. Based on the financial aspects of the construction of the Four Star Hotel, it is feasible to continue in Kutuh Village if the maximum is to use 50% debt, a 10-year tenor of 10% interest rate with a minimum hotel occupancy rate of 37% per year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether work placement, work characteristics and work environment have a significant direct effect on employee motivation and performance, whether motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and to find out whether work placement, work characteristics and work environment have a significant indirect effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. The respondents of this study were 51 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and archives, this study uses Path Analysis techniques.Keywords: job placement, job characteristics, work environment, motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is an important issue of concern for developing and developed countries. The issue of taxpayer compliance is closely related to tax revenue. Non-compliant taxpayers will cause a desire to avoid, evade, smuggle and neglect tax, which will cause tax revenues to be reduced. This research was conducted to determine tax fairness, tax knowledge, tax sanctions and the role of tax consultants on tax compliance for micro small and medium enterprises in KPP. Pratama West Denpasar. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the taxpayers of micro small and medium enterprises registered at the Tax Office. Pratama West Denpasar. The sample was determined using the Sample Random Sampling method with 120 micro and small businesses. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to taxpayers. The model used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are tax justice, tax knowledge, tax sanctions and the role of tax consultants have a significant positive effect on the level of tax compliance of micro small and medium enterprises.Keywords: tax justice, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, role of tax consultants, taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction, the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of brand image on loyalty, the influence of e-service quality on loyalty, the influence of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek application users in Tabanan. The respondents of this study were 70 people who used the Gojek application in Tabanan. The hypothesis test used is bootstrap resampling in SEM PLS. The analysis shows that: 1) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. 3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. 4) E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction. 5) E-service quality does not significantly influence the loyalty of Gojek application users in Tabanan. The study gives consideration to the leadership of PT. Karya Anak Bangsa application or called Gojek to improve brand image so that users of the Gojek application in Tabanan increase their satisfaction.Keywords: brand image, e-service quality, customer satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and leadership style on competence, organizational commitment, and personnel performance at the Bali Police Human Resources Bureau, as well as knowing the level of influence, and identifying variables that have a dominant influence on personnel performance. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach. The samples in this study were 77 people at the Bali Police HR Bureau. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

Transformational leadership style is one of the leadership styles that can make changes to the company. Changes made by the leadership must be able to improve employee performance, as well as enhance teamwork between departments. Positive changes will form a positive organizational climate so if negative changes will give the organizational climate to the company to be negative This research uses quantitative research, which was carried out at Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak. The author conducted research by observation, interviews and questionnaires with a sample size of 100 respondents. This research was conducted to find out how big the implications of the transformational leadership style, organizational climate and teamwork on employee performance. The results of the research on hypothesis testing, the transformational style variables and teamwork have positive and significant implications for employee performance, whereas the organizational climate variable does not have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resournce development can be done in various ways, one of them is job promotion. With the existence of promotional targets, employees will feel valued, cared for, needed and recognized by their employer's ability so that they will produce high output. Job promotion aims to regenerate the human resources that the organization has for the continuity of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Job Performance Assessment and Employee Competence simultaneously on Job Promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar The sample in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, amounting to 62 people. Determination of samples by using population techniques or census. The analytical test was used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study shows the significance of t-count for work performance variables is 0,000 <0,05, its means that H0 is rejected, or there is a significant effect, work performance assessment on job promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, and hypothesis is proven. The significance of the employee competency variable is 0,000 <0,05, its means that H0 is rejected, its meaning there is a significant effect of the competence of employees on job promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, and hypothesis is proven. Significance value of F = 0,000 <0,05 its means that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, this means that simultaneously there is a significant effect between work performance assestmen, employee competency on job promotion(Y) at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community participation in Pentingsari Village Tourism management Yogyakarta. There aremany activities involve the local communities, such as cooking class, traditional dancing, painting, out bond and local activities likes planting rice and fishing. The level of local people participation is based on the theory of public participation Level (Tosun, 1999), that is categorized into spontaneous, induced and coercive.This study measured the level of participation by Tosun Theory (1999), the same as previous research of Agustini and Suarthana (2016), then analyzed its impact on the economy to local communities. Methodology used in this research are qualitative and qualitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). In depth interview conducted to 8 key informants in managing Pentingsari Village Tourism and 40 respondens whom involved in tourism village activities. The finding of this research is that community participation in tourism activities impact 29,2% to economy. It was generate income, providing employment, increase the amount of production, marketing network and promote the Pentingsari Village Tourism to the world. The implications of this study are to raise the level of community participation in various tourism activities. Thus the local community's economy will improve, the standard of living and welfare of the people is also increasing. Limitations of this study only focus on the economic, social and environment aspects; in fact, many other aspects that rose up as the impact of community participation in tourism activities need to be further analyzed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the moderating effect of work discipline on the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Higher Education Institution (LLDIKTI) Region VIII. This research was conducted at the Office of the Higher Education Service Institution VIII Denpasar with a total sample of 59 people. The data obtained from the survey results were then analyzed using a variance based or component based approach with Warp Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This result means that an increase in providing motivation will be able to improve the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees; 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This result means that an increase in work discipline will be able to improve the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees; and 3) work discipline is not capable as a mediator variable in the relationship between motivation and performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This is because work discipline is a moderator predictor. Where work discipline is only as an independent variable, it cannot be a moderating variable. Overall research findings indicate that motivation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. on the other hand, work discipline is not able to be a moderating variable in the relationship between motivation and employee performance.
