<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation and pricing on purchasing decisions at Rotte Bakery Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative research with a population and sample of 100 respondents. The data sources for this research were obtained from secondary and primary data. Collection and research use observation methods and distributing questionnaires. The instrument used was a questionnaire provided by researchers to assess using rating scale guidelines. The data obtained was processed then by carrying out a linearity test. The data analysis technique uses Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0 analysis and hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation technique. The research results concluded that product innovation and pricing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rotte Bakery Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[Due to its high regional significance, Tanjung Api-api, currently the mainstay of South Sumatra Province, serves as a focal point for agro-industrial development programs. This research aims to identify the potential for liquid waste pollution in rivers from agro-industries around Tanjung Api-api. This research was carried out through four stages: (a) collecting physical data on land, forests, and rivers in the ecosystem conditions around the industrial area of the Tanjung Api-api area. (b) analyzing data on the physical and chemical parameters of the Telang River, (c) analyzing several physical and chemical parameters of Telang River water, (d) obtaining data on the physical and chemical parameters of liquid waste in the influent and effluent of several WWTP agro-industries in the Gasing area that have been operating. Water quality measurements were conducted in the Telang and Gasing rivers. The parameters measured and observed were TSS, pH, BOD, COD, and fatty oil parameters, respectively, once in the afternoon and evening during high and low tide, at three points: downstream, middle, and upstream. The results showed that the physical, organic, and inorganic chemical parameters in the Telang River were still below the BMLC threshold. The quantity and quality of industrial wastewater in Gasing are still below the BMLC standard for each industry but are almost close to the established quality standards. It is recommended to utilize the sludge into something more valuable, considering that the TSS produced from sludge dewatering is relatively high.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic higher education should ideally produce a generation proficient in religious knowledge and equipped with skills to navigate contemporary challenges. Unfortunately, the current perception of Islamic higher education is that it possesses low quality, particularly concerning graduates of Islamic studies programs who are considered less capable of keeping up with the pace of modern developments. Consequently, there is a need for a reconstruction of the education system, especially focusing on the curriculum as the foundation of learning, to ensure that educational objectives are achieved optimally. This research aims to examine the curriculum presented in two books: "Tsaqafah Daiyah" by Yusuf Qardhawy and "Fiqhud Dakwah" by Muhammad Natsir. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing observational methods, interviews, document analysis, and directed discussion forums. The research findings conclude that both books can serve as references in formulating an ideal curriculum for educating scholars in higher education. This curriculum is expected to provide the basis for preparing scholar candidates at the undergraduate level with a comprehensive understanding and reinforcement of Islamic jurisprudence. This knowledge should be integrated with a deep understanding of practical insights and relevant materials to address various challenges faced by the community and the nation.]]>

<![CDATA[The article acknowledges the current practice of accounting, standard-setting process, contributes significantly in developing accounting principles than academic research, and principles of accounting are not entirely the product of academic study. A crucial academic concern is therefore how theory of accounting and research contribute to developed accounting principles. The paper discusses normative and descriptive (contemporary positivistic). Data were mainly collected mainly from primary source through questionnaire were issue to participants of 70 Accountant staff of Ministry of Finance and other financial institutions in Sierra Leone and only 55 of the questionnaires were received and processed. The modifications are advantageous for accounting enable a range of research philosophies that will elevate the standing accounting theory and perhaps accounting research. As a method of tracking and remotely monitoring the progress of economic activity, accounting appears to be a historical relic, generating economic impacts. Since accounting ideas have roots, they are no longer neutral. In this regard, it would be more like a slowly emerging structure infused with cultural influences, social unrest, and political issues and decisions. Responses were analysed using descriptive statistics, utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS statistic 26) and values of the responses have to be analysed in all cases to facilitate further discussions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out and examine industrial relations dispute resolution models in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research using a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that there are several types of disputes, namely Rights Disputes, Interest Disputes, Termination of Employment Disputes (PHK), Disputes between Trade Unions/Labor Unions. The author took the example of the case of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk's unilateral layoff of its employees which was resolved through litigation in court. Industrial relations. With the enactment of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, there is a guarantee of protection for workers regarding the basic rights of workers/laborers and guarantees of equality, opportunity and equal treatment without discrimination on any basis.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of studying this topic is to know the implications of the tashbehs mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 1-18 related to the educational aspect. The study concluded that in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 1-18, there are methods of tashbehs, and they carry moral connotations related to the educational aspect. These indications can be extracted from methods and modalities used as a methodology for teaching. By using tashbehs in the education process, it will be better, because the education materials are easier to understand and stronger to influence. Also, the tashbeh methods enhances the emotional relationship between the teachers and the students, making the lessons more acceptable. Thus, it can be said that the use of tashbeh as an advocacy tool has a positive impact on education.]]>

<![CDATA[In providing services owned by the Open University, it is necessary to guarantee good quality services in terms of tuition fees the quality of service, and distribution of teaching materials that can reach all students. It is hoped that with more affordable education costs and fast-quality teaching material distribution services, the level of student satisfaction as customers can be maximized. This research uses a quantitative approach. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The research results found that costs had a significant influence on student satisfaction, teaching material services had a significant influence on student satisfaction, and simultaneously the variable costs and teaching material distribution services had a significant influence on student satisfaction at the UPBJJ Majene Open University.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted because the author found problems regarding weak organizational citizenship behavior of employees seen from the development of the number of employees who experienced fluctuations and the development of employee absenteeism levels which showed that every year all employees were still found to be absent from work. The purpose of this study was to ascertain and examine how organisational culture affects organisational citizenship behaviour in Mona Plaza Pekanbaru hotel workers through organisational commitment. There were two categories of data that were gathered for this study: primary and secondary data. Respondents filled out surveys in order to provide primary data. The results of the Indirect Effect test indicate that the results are significant for the organisational culture variable on organisational citizenship behaviour through organisational commitment at the Hotel Mona Plaza, Pekanbaru. The results of the Direct Effect test showed that the results were not significant on the organisational culture variable on organisational citizenship behaviour at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The results of the Significant Results test showed that the results were significant on the Organisational Culture variable on Organisational Commitment at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.]]>

<![CDATA[Acquisition is a type of business development strategy. Acquisitions affect the financial success of the company. An organization can determine the results of its operational activities through its financial results, which are presented in numerical figures. Key figures can be used to confirm financial results. This study measures and compares the financial performance from 2015-2018 and 2020-2023 before and after the acquisition of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Such research uses descriptive and comparative methods as well as quantitative methodology. Secondary data can be obtained from financial accounting (financial annual report). The current ratio and return on investment before and after the acquisition differed significantly according to the analysis and conclusions. There is no noticeable change in the ratio of debt to balance sheet volume and pre-sales to post-transaction sales.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the restorative justice paradigm as a means of solving violent crimes against people or goods. Violent crime is an act prohibited by law by a person or group of people using physical force so as to cause physical damage to the victim, helplessness of the victim, damage to the victim's property / property, even lead to death. which is a repressive approach as implemented in the Criminal Justice System. The research method used is a normative research method, using a statute approach and case approach related to the restorative justice paradigm as a means of solving violent crimes against people or goods. The statute approach is to examine matters concerning legal principles, legal views and doctrines, and laws and regulations related to Criminal Acts of Violence Against Persons or Goods and can be held accountable for their truth while the case approach is an approach that is carried out to analyze, analyze and analyze used as a guideline for legal problems to resolve legal cases.
