Abstract

This article aims to analyze how the learning model make a match to learningoutcoms in archival subjects, the basic competencies of various archival equipment. In the learning process of archiving equipment many teachers still use the direct learning model with the lecture method, this makes students bored and bored during the learning process, so that teachers need to vary the learning models that are fun and in accordance with learning so that the students are not bored and fed up. Make a match model is appropriate learning models to improve learning outcoms, because the make a match learning model can makestudents more aktive, develop student knowledge, be motivated, and interact with each other in cooperation so that it affects the student learning outcoms. This type of research is conceptual which proves that the make a match learning model can affect learningoutcoms.

Abstract

Archives are very important for an organization because as a source of organizational information relating to the development and operational activities of a business or government organization. More and more organizational work will also increase the number of records produced. From time to time the number of records will increase, requiring management. Records management is an important aspect in an organization, both business organizations and good government so that the information to be sought can be found quickly and accurately. Managing archives manually that has been done so far, has several weaknesses, including: requiring large space and storage, the risk of damage to the archive due to disaster, requires a lot of employees and a long search time. This study aims to determine the records management procedure which includes receiving incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, rediscovering records, and maintaining records. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative staff from Ponorogo Regency Social Service. Data analysis refers to the Miles and Huberman model using source triangulation and research instruments in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the results of a study entitled "Management of Archives in Supporting Information Services in the Administration Section at the Social Service Agency of Ponorogo" that records management in supporting information services has been running well because the management system is in accordance with the filing procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the process of making interactive multimedia based on Adobe Premiere Pro on Basic Competence Managing Class XI Public Relations Activities Office Administration in SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. This type of research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) research model, but the author only adopts 3 stages which include (Analysis), (Design), and (Develop). The results of the preliminary study indicate that student learning has previously used media in the learning process activities, but there are still shortcomings that will be complemented by using interactive learning media in the form of video animation based on Adobe Premiere Pro. This study shows the results that the product that has been produced is in the form of animated videos that contain material for Automation of Public Relations Governance and Basic Competence Protocol 4.1. Managing Class XII Public Relations Activities received very decent categories both in terms of material, graphic and included in the appropriate category for linguistic aspects. After going through some suggestions from experts who also stated that this media is interesting and facilitates the learning process of students in accordance with the results of media validation. With these results, the Development of Interactive Media Learning Media Based on Adobe Premiere Pro on Basic Competence in Managing Public Relations Activities in the XI Office Administration Office in SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo is feasible and can be used by students in learning Automation in Public Relations and Protocol Management.

Abstract

Aurora 3D Presentation is a software to create 3D presentation slides that can process slides by producing various images, text and video models in 3-dimensional form. Based on these, this study aims to (1) Describe the results of the development process of learning media, (2) Analyze and find out the feasibility of learning media and (3) Analyze student responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-assisted learning media in general administration subjects in class X OTP at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. In this study, researchers used the 4D media development model. Where the 4D stage consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the validation of Aurora 3D Presentation media development on the validation of the material obtained results of 95.67% with "very strong" indicator statement, while the validation of the media obtained a result of 96% with "very strong" indicator statement. Then there are average results from both aspects of 95.83%. Although there are limitations at the dissemination stage and are limited to limited trials, students' responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-based learning media conducted on 20 students get 96.33% with "very strong" indicator statement. From these results, it is known that the development of instructional media assisted by Aurora 3D Presentation was declared "very feasible".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a Scientific-based module in the subject of Automation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management for Class 11 of SMK Negeri Ngraho Bojonegoro. This study uses a 4-D (Four D) development method with designs such as roll definitions, design, development design, development, and development, and this study uses XI OTKP research at SMK Negeri Ngraho. This research uses research and development (R&D) which means "The research method used to produce certain products. This research starts at the defining stage which consists of five initial analyzes, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and goal specification. Then, the next step is the design which consists of teaching-approved materials, learning modules using science in the subject of automation of class XI facilities and infrastructure management. The results of the design produced by the module were developed using science. In this study there are limitations of the study, namely: 1) Automated Facilities and Infrastructure Management module which researchers will develop only for class XI OTKP of SMK Negeri Ngraho in the even semseter. 2) the module developed by reserchers uses the 4-D development model from Thiagarajan and is limited to the second stage, namely the design stage 3) the results of this study can only be used in class XI of SMK Negeri Ngraho, Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Education is important for preparing children to face their lives in the future. Teacher learning in schools in the delivery of material requires learning media in accordance with the development of students. In the digital era like now digital usage is more popular so learning by utilizing electronic media is more appropriate. This research aims to describe the process of developing Office Machine Virtual (OMV) applications as a 3D-based learning media on the Use of Office Technology material X OTKP 3 class subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This type of research is Research and Development. This research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The development research process carried out has gone through stages in accordance with the ADDIE development model, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. However, the stages of development, implementation, and evaluation were not carried out due to the limitations of the researchers. This research resulted in an android application that contains two menus namely the material menu and evaluation. The material menu is equipped with 3D images that can be rotated according to the wishes of students. The evaluation menu consists of three levels of question stages and a practical tutorial.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on user satisfaction at UPT library, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This research uses five independent variable components namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with one dependent variable customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using the Slovin formula obtained by respondents with a total of 180 students in the office administration education program. While the data collection techniques were carried out using, observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. This type of research is a quantitative approach. the method used. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The Results showed that there were (1) significant effect of service quality on user satisfaction; (2) there is a effect of service quality simultaneous on user satisfaction; (3) there is a effect of service quality partially on user satisfaction at UPT library, Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract

This development research is motivated by the absence of Student Activity Sheets for Filing Subjects so that the learning process in the classroom is teacher centered and triggers students to be passive and less active in class. This study aims to describe the design process of Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) based on Guided Inquiry in the Class X Archive OTKP Subjects at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. This type of research is the development of Research and Development (R&D) 4D models that are limited to 3D, namely Define, Design and Develope. Data collection instruments in the form of interview guides and LKPD evaluation questionnaires. LKPD is tailored for learning with a scientific approach and to improve student motivation and thinking ability with guided inquiry. The results showed that the design produced in the form of guided inquiry LKPD based on class X OTKP was included in the very feasible category for material and language aspects. After going through several stages of improvement, LKPD was also declared to be interesting and helpful in the learning of students based on the LKPD evaluation results. Thus, LKPD berbasis guided inquiry pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas  X  OTKP results of this design is feasible and can be continued to the dissemination  stage and is used by students in the learning of Archives.

Abstract

This research has the aim to describe of scientific methods in terms of increasing student activity. The study was classified as a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects used in this study were students of class X OTKP at Mojoagung Public Vocational School on Public Relations and Protocol. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques are used through several stages including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the learning process students tend to be bored and less interested in the learning process that takes place because the method used is merely lecture and monotonous. Therefore this research was conducted so that students are more active in the learning process. The activeness of students in the learning process also has an important role in learning outcomes. The scientific learning model is a scientific approach and consists of several stages, including observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Through these various stages students can increase their role in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) records management at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 2) obstacles in managing records at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 3) efforts to overcome archival management barriers at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative staff at the Bungah district office in Gresik regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data analysis in the Miles and Huberman field models and using source triangulation. The results obtained show that: 1) the implementation of records management in the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district is still inadequate and not systematic; 2) obstacles in managing archives at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district, among others: lack of archive storage facilities, accumulation of letters in storage, archive storage for a while still stored in cardboard boxes, and a lack of skilled personnel in managing archives; 3) efforts in overcoming archival management barriers by maximizing the storage facilities of existing equipment and equipment so that the stack of paper can be minimized as well as involving archival managers in archival training.
