Abstract

The Motive of the research being done for this paper is to increase the importance of the cashless transaction, and it should be adopted by Merchants, Riders, and Customers to make payments at different phases come during Online shopping, which starts from Booking of the order and ends at order received at location. The reason for promoting the cashless transaction through this paper is to firstly provide ease and alternative of making the payment. Then secondly, to digitize and automate the way of making payments. Finally, through digitizing of payments made, the government can able to regulate better each transaction and money transfer, which helps in minimizing the size of the undocumented economy because it mainly runs on paper cash.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the influence of environmental knowledge, place attachment and ecoliteracy on the pro-environmental behavior of class X and XI students at SMA N 1 Sitiung and the influence of environmental knowledge, place attachment and ecoliteracy together on the pro-environmental behavior of class X and at SMA N 1 Sitiung. The sample collection technique in the research that the researcher will carry out is using a probability sampling technique, namely Proportionate stratified random sampling. Research results: 1). There is a positive and significant influence between environmental knowledge on pro-environmental behavior, namely the t value is 3.756 while the p value is 0.000, so the p value is <5% (0.000 <0.05). 2). There is a positive and significant influence between place attachment on pro-environmental behavior, namely with a t value of 7,820, while the p value is 0.000, so the p value is <5% (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Village fund management in PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022 includes village fund administration consisting of the stages of receiving, saving, depositing/paying, administering, and accountability of village funds. This research was conducted to determine that the administration of village funds in Evu Village, Southeast Maluku Regency is in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach whose data is obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the village fund saving stage is in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022. Meanwhile, at the stage of receiving, depositing/paying, administering, and accountability of village funds, there are still several indicators that have not been carried out by the Evu Village government so that the administration of village funds is not fully in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022.

Abstract

CKPN is a number of funds formed to cover the risk of not being accepted back on financing channeled based on the procedures implemented by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) KC Manado, which is a state-owned company, operates in community services such as providing credit to customers. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of PSAK No. 71 regarding Allowance for Impairment Losses (CKPN) applied by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) KC Manado by conducting research based on qualitative descriptive research methods and types. The results showed that Bank BRI KC Manado was calculated for CKPN using the ECL method which was forward looking in accordance with PSAK 71. The application of PSAK 71 increased the amount of Impairment Losses on loans thereby affecting the company's capital and additional costs incurred in preparing for the application of PSAK 71.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are one of the external factors (from outside themselves) of students that have been identified as resulting in low student achievement in mathematics. These learning difficulties can be caused by many factors. This research aims to: (1) analyze students' difficulties in learning mathematics. (2) describe the student's mathematics learning difficulties in mathematics learning. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Hiliduho. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of data analysis show that: (1) in mathematics learning in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Hiliduho, 69% of 23 students had difficulty learning mathematics. (2) Difficulty learning mathematics is caused by difficulty understanding concepts, difficulty finding the correct solution or formula to solve problems, students' lack of ability in operating numbers and students being unable to write answers correctly.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. Motivation, work discipline and competence will work well if the company pays attention to the things that employees want, which will have an impact on the company's desired targets.This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline and competence on the performance of employees at The Rizen Hotel Cisarua Bogor. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all question items are declared valid and reliable. Simultaneously motivation, work discipline and competence influence the performance of The Rizen Hotel employees. Partially, all independent variables influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the process of calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured by applying the cost of goods sold approach which is in line with the principles of cost accounting at PT Wijaya Karya Industri Energi. The research approach used is descrptive analysis based on quantitative data. The data collected involves information related to the calculation of the cost of production using the cost of goods ordered method. The findings from the study revealed that the calculation of cost of production has been carried out in accordance principles, resulting in variations in the method of calculating cost of good among companies adopting this approach. In the context of calculating the cost of production for a solar water heater type ST 130 SR, it can be seen that the cost-to-order method produces a smaller amount compared to the approach used by the company.

Abstract

Toko Millennium Shop is a shop that runs a business in the electronics sector which is domiciled in Solo, Central Java. Currently the Millennium Shop wants to improve service and work efficiency in terms of time and energy. This is done because as the shop develops, the current business processes cause problems such as a lack of work efficiency in terms of time and energy. This happens because of poor management and archiving of sales transaction data, goods management. On the other hand, poor sales data archiving creates problems with financial records, sometimes there are some sales that are not recorded, so it is not known exactly how much income and expenses each month are from the existing archives.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the procedures for procurement of regional property (BMD) in the Manado City government are in accordance with Presidential Regulation no. 12 of 2021 or not. The research method used is qualitative methods, with data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in the Manado City Government at BKAD the author analyzes the procedures for procurement of Regional Property Goods in accordance with applicable regulations from the process of the Technical Commitment Making Officer for Activities who makes a letter of application to the Budget User until the goods are received by the PPK from the goods administrator after signing the Minutes Handover (BAST).

Abstract

Education plays a significant role in enriching people's lives and building a better future. Mathematics has universal characteristics and has an important role in various fields of science. Grade V students at SD Negeri 01 Jatikuwung, Karanganyar. There is still a lack of interest in learning mathematics in the material of geometric volumes. Mobile Learning can help increase students' interest in learning mathematics. In making this mobile learning using the MIT App Inventor software. The design of mobile learning uses the ADDIE research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). This mobile learning design was also tested using Black Box testing, from Black box testing how many functionalities of the 9 tests the results were "valid" and resulted in a comparison of 9/9 x 100% = 100%. The data collection method used a questionnaire with five question indicators that were tested on the principal and homeroom teacher of class V, and this test resulted in a score of 88%, with the "Very Good" criterion.
