Abstract

This research aims to find out, first, the planning process of the Sicanang Compost House and Garbage Bank for handling or managing waste in the community, second, the mechanism for implementing circular economy based waste management activities in increasing people's income, third, the constraints faced in implementing a circular economy through controlling recycled material waste and efforts to overcome it. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of the study concluded that first, in the planning process for tackling or managing waste based on a circular economy, the Main Sicanang Garbage Bank creates an annual program to provide an understanding to the community about the use-value of waste that will be realized. through the implementation of socialization activities and holding training and selling products, secondly, in carrying out circular economy based waste management activities to increase people's income, the Main Sicanang Garbage Bank has several stages of the mechanism, namely through the process of transporting waste, the process of sorting waste and up to the stage of the waste management process , thirdly, there are several obstacles encountered in implementing the circular economy through controlling recycled material waste, namely the operational part is large enough so that it cannot run the waste management program properly, then equipment and electricity are inadequate, and the mother's perception of unitary work communication about this institution. The Main Sicanang Induk Garbage Bank seeks to overcome community waste by processing organic and inorganic waste through a program that has been carried out and has succeeded in achieving 30%. Abstract

Increasing income from a business activity that has been carried out within a certain period is very important for every entrepreneur or company. One of the goals of establishing a business or company is to increase income. By increasing income, the company or business can be said to experience positive development. Revenue is every additional asset or reduction in liabilities that arises from the company's business, whether it is the delivery of services or the sale of goods. One of the MSMEs in the culinary sector in Indonesia which is quite well known is in Sumatra, more precisely in the Serdang Bedagai area, which is known as Dodol Pasar Bengkel.

Abstract

In a continually evolving digital landscape, influencers play a pivotal role in shaping consumer behaviors. This research focuses on analyzing the language strategies employed by influencers in their marketing content. From the use of creative language styles to tailored keyword usage, this study highlights how language serves as a primary tool in capturing attention, building brand identities, and influencing audience mindsets. Apart from considering the language strategies utilized by influencers, this study also delves into the impact of language usage on their followers. This analysis sparks a discussion on how audiences perceive various types of language used in influencer marketing content. The influence of language on the perception of promoted products or services and purchasing decisions takes center stage in this research.

Abstract

Corndog is a food or snack that is included in Korean Street Food, Corndog is a food that consists of several ingredients, namely flour, sausage, mozzarella cheese, potatoes, chocolate, green tea and sauce. The melted mozzarella cheese is what makes it attractive to customers and besides that, there are many various variants that can meet customer desires. This research aims to see the extent of business results obtained by selling typical corndog food in the research area and to find out the processing process for making delicious corndog food so that it is suitable for sale and consumption by the public. The method used in this corndog sausage business research is quantitative and qualitative. And from sales made by sellers there is a profit of 21% per day in 1 sale on October 17 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, socialization and sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes in Batam City. This study uses a descriptive and quantitative statistical approach with a population of 442,092 motorized vehicle taxpayers in Batam City. Sampling in this study was by using a random sampling technique using the slovin formula, totaling 100 respondents and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results of this study are that partially service quality affects taxpayer compliance. Socialization partially affects taxpayer compliance, and sanctions partially affects taxpayer compliance. Quality of service, outreach, and sanctions simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the perception of the use of accounting information in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs in Batam City. This study used a descriptive and quantitative statistical approach with a population of 990 MSMEs registered at the Batam City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises with a sample of 100 respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From the analysis of the data, the results show that accounting knowledge affects the perception of the use of accounting information with t count 2.377 > t table 1.984, business experience influences perceptions of the use of accounting information with t count 3.675 > t table 1.984, business scale does not affect the perception of the use of accounting information with t count 1.790 > t table 1.984. Simultaneously the results of the F test of accounting knowledge, business experience and business scale affect the perception of the use of accounting information with an F count 38.357 > F table 2.70.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Investment, Opportunity Set, Return On Asset and Ownership Managerial against Policy, Dividend, with Liquidity as Variable Moderation on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This research is a type of associative research. The number of samples in this study amounted to 36 companies from 216 populations during the 5th consecutive year of observations so the total sample was 180 observational data. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). In this case researchers used residual testing methods. Data collection techniques are using literature studies and documentation through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results showed that Investment Opportunit Set (IOS) had a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR), Return On Assets (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR), Managerial Ownership (KM) had a negative and insignificant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR), Liquidity (CR) had a negative and insignificant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR), Liquidity (CR) cannot moderate the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on Dividend Policy (DPR), Liquidity (CR) cannot moderate the effect of Return On Asset (ROA) on Dividend Policy (DPR), Liquidity (CR) cannot moderate the effect of Managerial Ownership (KM) on Dividend Policy (DPR) in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price, taste and service quality on consumers' repurchase intentions at the Bakso Kadipolo restaurant in Surakarta. The population in this research is all consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta. The sample used was consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant who had previously purchased Bakso Kadipolo products in Surakarta, totaling 104 respondents. This research uses SPSS 23 to process data as well as being a tool in testing or analyzing data from research variables. The results of this research show that 1) the results of the first analysis show that price has a positive and significant effect on consumers' repurchase intentions at Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant, so the first hypothesis is declared accepted, 2) the results of the second analysis show that taste has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intentions consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta, so the second hypothesis is declared rejected, 3) the results of the third analysis show that service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on the repurchase intention of consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta, so the third hypothesis is declared rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether price, promotion, and service quality have an impact on students at Muhammadiyah University in Surakarta's purchase decision to buy non-subsidized long-distance train tickets. Survey research is the method utilized in this study, which employs quantitative research. A questionnaire will be used to get information from respondents. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique. This research used a sample of 129 respondents. The data processing used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test which is processed using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the t-test in this study showed that while promotion and service quality variables had a positive and substantial impact on purchasing decisions, price variables had no visible effect on those decisions. The study's F test findings show that the combination of price, promotion, and service quality significantly influences consumers' decision to buy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how trust and brand resonance affect the brand loyalty of Xiaomi mobile phone product users in Wonogiri Regency. The target audience of this research is Wonogiri Regency residents who own Xiaomi smartphones. A total of 100 respondents who live in the Wonogiri Regency area and are more than 17 years old are the sample used. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 analysis methodology, the research data were analyzed quantitatively. Brand loyalty of Xiaomi smartphone users in Wonogiri Regency is proven to be positively and significantly influenced by the brand resonance variable, based on the findings. Xiaomi smartphone users in Wonogiri Regency show positive and considerable brand loyalty as a result of the brand trust variable. The findings of the f2 calculation show that brand resonance and brand loyalty are adequately correlated. Variations in the brand trust and resonance factors can explain shifts in the brand loyalty variable, according to the calculation of the R2 value.
