Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance during the COVID 19 pandemic in Raharja Village, Wonosari District.Method in this research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative approach is a research method that is directed at understanding social phenomena from the participant's perspective, by interviews, observation and documentation steps.Result showed that the village government communication with the community wasquite effective, but it still needs to be improved so that the community felt satisfied with the way of communication carried out by the village government in providing social assistance where the COVID-19 pandemic was in Raharja village, Wonosari district. The factors that hinder the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance in Raharja Village were the village government's ability to communicate, the language style used by the village government in conveying information to the community was still unclear, and different messages.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify a strategy for boosting microenterprise access to financing in Tutulo Village, Botumoito District, Boalemo Regency. The study employs descriptive qualitative approaches, including observation, indepth interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that Micro Enterprises' strategies to increase access to business capital after assessing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are as follows: measuring consumer satisfaction with products and services, expanding business networks, and increasing pricing potential. Inexpensive, consumer-facing skill development. Promoting business products to individuals from beyond the region and increasing innovation by exploring micro-enterprises potential, maximizing promotional efforts, attracting personnel who understand how to use EMKM principles, and providing human resource management training. Consumer interest in business products is increasing. Business product innovation, volume discounts for bulk purchases, and regular checks on business items. Increased product innovation for local product variants, expansion of business items to meet consumer needs, and intensified promotional activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study were hypothesis testing in order to be able to test the influence of teacher competence on the quality of learning to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This is shown from the analysis of hypothesis testing data, resulting in a positive regression coefficient of 0.459 and a significant level of 0.459 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that teacher competence has a positive effect on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to discover how the employee of Paguyaman Pantai sub-district office manages the cooperation in providing services. This study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique utilizes the Miles and Huberman model to process the data. The findings indicated that 1) Employees' competency in implementing services exhibits unique features. There are still some employees that violate time discipline regulations and even disregard their assigned jobs and responsibilities. 2) It is assumed that the employees' synergy in delivering services has been established well and smoothly and that any issues would be resolved by mutual discourse. 3) Relationships with employees involved in service delivery are positive and smooth, as they consistently develop communication and coordination regarding performance as sub-district employees. 4) Employee productivity in implementing services has been extremely high, as evidenced by the excellent cooperation built as quickly as feasible. 5) Employees' sense of belonging is still a barrier to service delivery at the Paguyaman Pantai Sub-District Office due to a lack of trust between employees and individual attitudes.

Abstract

The research goals are as follows: 1) To ascertain the physical strain associated with completing work in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, prior to and following the pandemic period. 2) To ascertain the psychological stress associated with completing tasks prior to and following the pandemic in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. 3) To ascertain the time commitment required to complete activities before and after the pandemic in the Mekar Jaya Village Government, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency.This is a descriptive study with a qualitative methodology. The researcher employs the descriptive technique because, according to the researcher's character and purpose, he seeks not to test hypotheses but to gain an accurate picture.The findings indicated that 1) the physical burden imposed on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus in completing the work prior to the pandemic had no effect on both the physiological and biomechanical burdens, and 2) following the pandemic, the physiological, physical burden and biomechanical burden imposed on the Mekar Jaya village government remained unchanged. 2) The mental strain placed on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus by finishing work ahead of schedule does not impair focus; in fact, it fosters a sense of bewilderment, vigilance, and correctness in the Mekar Jaya Village Government. Following the epidemic, it was discovered that attention is impaired, even confusing when completing duties, a lack of alertness at work and services that take a long time is not accurate. 3) The mental strain on the Mekar Jaya village apparatus in performing work prior to the pandemic, the pace with which work is completed, and the ability to perform two or more occupations concurrently are all still intact. Meanwhile, following the epidemic, work was frequently completed late, and the Mekar Jaya village machinery could not complete two or more jobs concurrently. Particularly with the 1-day, 1-month aim in mind.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village and 2) To determine the determinants of the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village. This research will be conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. There were 2 people who became research informants. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) The effectiveness of land and building tax collection in Saritani Village is not maximized because the implementation of collection is still not optimal because tax officials are considered not able to maximize both from the planning, driving, organizing and monitoring aspects which have not been effective. (2) The determining factor in collecting Land and Building Tax in Saritani Village is because there is still a lack of support for facilities that support the implementation of Tax collection in Saritani Village because Saritani Village is very wide. Even the very manual land and building tax collection system makes collection effectiveness not work well. Then due to the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying land and building taxes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the income of MSMEs in Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. T he method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses interactive analysis. The results of the study show the following: (1) Capital is a very supportive factor in increasing MSME income, although not all MSMEs in the sub-district have sufficient capital to increase income. (2) The length of business is a support in increasing income because a long-running business is very helpful in increasing income. (3) The number of workers has not been supported in increasing income in MSMEs in Paguyaman District this is because there are still many MSMEs that are classified as small. (4) Business location has not become a supporting factor in increasing income because there are still many MSMEs that do not yet have a strategic location. (5) Operational hours are not a supporting factor in increasing income, considering that MSMEs in Paguyaman District have different Operating Hours. (6) The achievement of the target is one of the supporters in increasing the income of MSMEs in the Paguyaman sub-district. (7) Work experience has not fully supported the income because MSMEs in Paguyaman District do not need experienced employees.
