Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of capital expenditure and labor to economic growth on Medan City from 2012 – 2016. This study used time series and the analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis model with ordinary least square method (OLS). The results show that capital expenditure and labor have positive effect but it is not significant to economic growth on Medan City.

Abstract

The purposeof thisstudywas to determine Influence ofLeadership Style, Motiveasiand Discipline Workon Employee Performance PT Romindo Primavetcom Branch Medan. The populationin this study were all employees of PT Romindo Primavetcom Branch Medan of 40 people. Descriptive research method that aim stootain information about a phenomenonat the time ofthe research conducted. The research instrument was a questionnaire/questionnaire with Likert scale models. Test requirements conducted to test normality, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique use dismultiple regression techniq ues at significance level α=0.05. The results showed: (1) there was a significant effect of leadership styleon employee performance with t=3,557; (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation crimes against employee performance with t=3,392; (3) there isa significant influence between disciplines influence on the performance of employees working with t=3,898.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil Pengaruh Kemampuan Barista Terhadap Citarasa Produk Kopi di Ai Kupie. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series dan teknik analisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Barista berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap citarasa kopi di Ai Kupie. Saran-saran yang disampaikan adalah; (1). Ai Kupie lebih meningkatkan kemampuan Barista nya agar dapat terus manghasilkan produk dengan citarasa terbaik.(2), Menambahkan variasi rasa Kopi agar lebih menarik bagi para pelanggan, (3). Menyediakan makanan pendamping untuk melengkapi hidangan kopi. Kata Kunci :Kemampuan Barista, Citarasa Produk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk terhadapa Kepuasan Konsumen Kopicie Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Konsumen Kopicie Medan, dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 100 orang diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif untuk menjelaskan data penelitian dan deskripsi penelitian, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linier berganda Instrumen penelitian adalah angket/kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi berganda pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan t hitung= 2.201; (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsume dengan t hitung= 2.498. Saran-saran yang disampaikan adalah; (1). Kopicie Medan lebih meningkatkan pelayanan prima bagi pelanggannya agar memberika rasa nyaman sehingga bisa berkelanjutan.(2), Menambahkan variasi rasa Kopi agar para pelanggan tidak bosan dengan rasa yang monoton setidaknya dikreatifkan lagi agar lebih menarik.(4).Membuat tempat yang nyaman seperti tempat parker, agar para konsumen yang datang dan berkunjung merasa puas dan betah sehingga menambah porsi pembeliannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the competence of human resources namely knowledge, skills, self-concept, traits, and motives affecting the performance of employees at PT Janeeta DKI Jaya Medan. Based on the results of the study, partially shows that: 1) Knowledge competency has a significant influence on employee performance; 2) Skills competencies have a significant influence on employee performance; 3) Self-concept competence has a significant influence on employee performance; 4) Competency traits have a significant influence on employee performance; 5) Competence motives have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan PP 46 tahun 2013 dengan PP 23 tahun 2018 pada UMKM, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pada Tanggal 8 Juli 2018 pemerintah mengeluarkan PP 23 tahun 2018 yang dikhususkan untuk Wajib Pajak dalam negeri yaitu Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dan Wajib Pajak Badan berbentuk koperasi, persekutuan komanditer, firma, atau perseroan terbatas yang memiliki dan menerima peredaran bruto tidak melebihi Rp4.800.000.000,00 dalam 1 Tahun Pajak. Aturan pajak yang biasa dikenal dengan aturan pajak UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) direvisi terutama tarif yang sebelumnya 1% kini diturunkan menjadi 0,5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbandingan PP 46 tahun 2013 dan PP 23 tahun 2018 maka diperoleh kesimpulan PP 23 tahun 2018 dapat sedikit meringankan nominal pembayaran pajak bagi pelaku UMKM dibandingkan dengan PP 46 tahun 2013, Pelaku UMKM harus mampu mempertimbangkan kemampuan financial maupun kemampuan administratif untuk menggunakan PP 23 tahun 2018 yang bersifat opsional karena penetapan dasar pemungutan pajak adalah penghasilan bruto bukan penghasilan netto.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan uang/harta yang dibenarkan oleh Allah adalah menyalurkan dengan cara memberikan modal kepada seseorang atau lembaga. Modal tersebut kemudian dikelola dalam suatu usaha yang layak. Bentuk mu’amalahnya dalam pengelolaan tersebut adalah mudharabah. Sistem suplai dana melalui mudharabah adalah adalah salah satu sistem penyuplaian dana terpenting dalam syariat islam. Mudharabah yang terdiri dari dua unsur penting yaitu produksi dan usaha yaitu dana dan kerja. Banyak orang yang memiliki dana tetapi tidak mampu mengeksploitasi dan menginventasikannya karena kurang pengalaman, usaha atau waktu. Sementara yang lain memiliki dana dan mampu melakukan usaha, tetapi kurang memiliki dana yang diperlukan oleh usaha itu. Mudharabah pada bank islam adalah suatu sistem pendanaan operasional realitas bisnis, bersaham mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, mudharabah termasuk dalam kategori bekerja yang merupakan salah satu sebab kepemilikan yang sah menurut syara’. Abstract

Housing construction Citraland Bagya City lead changes and impacts to the community, especially the local community housing development Citraland Bagya Land, the villagers of Medan Estate Percut Sei Tuan districts, where people do the activity around the area of ​​development and getting the direct impact of such development. The impact of housing development can not only be detrimental to the community around the development of housing, but the housing development will bring new changes into the lives of people around the housing development, including changes in culture, socio-economic changes and changes in the geographical structure. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in order to understand in depth and find out how the development impacts of housing projects Citraland Bagya City against villagers in Medan Estate Percut Sei Sub district host. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation and in-depth interviews. The informants numbered 7 consists of traders around the building, village officials and villagers in Medan Estate. To enrich the data and information about the public perception of the impact of development Citraland Bagya City, also used data collection techniques by questionnaire with sample of 68 people. Citrland Bagya City housing construction provides impact and changes to society, there are changes in society to addressing the development Citraland Bagya City that community can increase the value of integrity. Citraland Bagya City Development also provides many physical and non-physical impact, the physical impact is the damage to infrastructure, while the non-physical impacts that rising incomes that generate economic activity around the construction Citraland Bagya City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa, pengaruh kelompok teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa, dan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan kelompok teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu masalah berdasarkan hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat serta menentukan tingkat hubungan antara variabel tersebut. Sampel berjumlah 113 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara dua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 0.936 mendekati 1, dan ini berarti bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel status sosial ekonomi dan kelompok teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumsi. Persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel status sosial ekonomi dan kelompok teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumsi diketahui sebesar 87.6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12.4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Intrinsic Motivation on employee Performance, determine the influence of Organizational Culture on employee Performance and determine the influence of Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on employee Performance in the Office of the Ministry of Religious affairs of the City of Medan. The population in this study is all Civil Servants and all Employees in the Office of Religious affairs of the City of Medan. As for the number of population in this research is 38 people, including the chairman. Consider the number of population under 100 people then this study uses the entire population as respondents, the sample in this study are all members of the population or of all employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religious affairs of the City of Medan which amounted to 38 people. As for the results of research is there are positive influence and significant Motivation Intrinsic on Employee Performance is 2.56%, there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the Ministry of Religious affairs of the City of Medan, namely 3.04%, and there is a positive and significant influence of Motivation Intrinsic and Organizational Culture towards Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religious affairs of the City of Medan that is 21,69%.
