Abstract

The community service program aims to provide training on methods for increasing product sales, making halal certification from MUI and making simple financial financial statements on Befo. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to increase sales of Befo products, and make financial reports simply. The method used is to provide training in a strategy method for increasing product sales and training in terms of simple financial reporting. With the training that will be provided by the implementation team, the Befo business is expected to be more developed with the increase in product sales and simple financial reports. The results of this service are the implementation of training strategies to increase sales of simple financial reporting products on Befo. Abstract

One of the UMKM in Jambi Province is Fried Onions UMKM. The number of UMKM producers on fried onions but among them does not have a broad means of promotion, namely through social media. Due to the fast growing business of fried onions, fried onions are also selling to sell their products from one place to another, even within a considerable distance. This Juna fried onion UMKM has considerable potential for them to still carry out conventional promotions by word of mouth, even though promotion is an important aspect of marketing to inform products to consumers.Keywords: Training, Promotion, UMKM

Abstract

The handicraft business of "Diamond Glassycraft" glass waste is a business that has only been established since 2016 which is still very simple both in terms of production and business management. Products that have been produced from this home-based craft business are still limited to orders and offered Car Free Day events every Sunday, with the production process using simple equipment and simple product packaging. For the management system, the business is run traditionally and there is no definitive and adequate business financial record, everything is still done simply without clear accounting. A marketing system that has not been organized, and the designs of the products are not varied and only rely on orders. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on how to make a simple bookkeeping system so that this business can be better organized in terms of administration, make marketing strategies and make more varied product design.Keywords: Micro Business, handicraft business

Abstract

In Indonesia there are many woman made crochet, as a proof a lot of crochet craft sold by media online or by store. Therefore, the team dedicated to do the training of crochet to woman in Hanura village Pesawaran district. The reason of the team choose Hanura village that over a period or more than four decades Hanura village has many changed, start from transmigrate blueprint with the pattern and now develop to greater governance and become one of the best governance in Pesawaran district Lampung province. Recently, Hanura village start to showed many better activities especially for the woman, they activities likes PKK and Karang Taruna that created and learn how to build good organizational system for increase Hanura village. Because of that fact, the team would like to conduct the crochet training for the woman in Hanura village in order to added their skills and increase their finance for their family by the product from crochet. This activities hopes can help PKK activities for the better one. The used methods are preparation, training and evaluation. Abstract

Pekon Yogyakarta is into 3 hamlets and the majority of the population is mostly working as farmers. In addition, there are some UKM run by citizens such as SMEs Banana, UKM Geblek and UKM Bricks and tile. UKM Geblek and Bricks less suitable to be developed further, both in terms of product development, finance, and marketing. UKM Banana itself has not been developed maximally when this UKM is very potential to be developed further, because the lack of knowledge of the community about business development and product innovation in entrepreneurship where bananas can be processed into Stick, so the potential is not developed and tend to static. For that in the devotion activities in Pekon Yogyakarta, we try to help develop UKM Banana into Stick both in terms of product, finance, and marketing. In Pekon Yogyakarta itself does not yet have a village and e-commerce website so that the marketing of products from Pekon Yogyakarta is still done manually and it needs to hold training on computers and the internet for local residents in order to use and utilize technology to provide information and communication. So needed a website-based information system in order to support village government officials in providing information and e-commerce to promote the product to the wider community. Along with the development of technology and information, means of promotion is done through the internet. Abstract

UMKM are one of the sectors that can sustain the Indonesian economy due to absorbing very large employment opportunities. Besides that, UMKM are also a sector that is immune to economic crises, if we flash back almost 20 years ago when our nation experienced a multidimensional crisis. Where at that time many companies both international and national scale were out of business, it was proven that UMKM could survive at that time. Laudia was one of the UMKMs fostered by Studentpreneur STIE Ekuitas having its address at Cimahi City. Kacang Laudia UMKM Cimahi City has two product variations, namely egg glass and onion beans. From the results of the initial survey of the field writer and interview with Ms. Siti Mudrikah, the owner of Kacang Laudia UMKM. We get an overview of business processes, starting from the challenges, obstacles, opportunities and threats of these UMKM, so that we get a complete picture of how to implement business processes, here we prioritize some who need immediate improvement: 1. Need training and mentoring with increase in sales volume 2. The production process needs to be improved and 3. Recording of financial statements. We hope that this will be carried out by community service staff to increase sales volume, productivity efficiency and good simple financial reporting.Keywords: UMKM

Abstract

At present there are many students who are less interested in continuing to a higher level while these students have high achievements. According to the Minister of Education (2011), "The number of children aged 19-23 years who continue to PT (college) is only 23%, the remaining 77% do not have the opportunity to enter college, they always consider the factors behind them". For example, such as learning achievement factors and motivational factors as well as interest in learning within the students themselves. This is because the students themselves assume that continuing their studies to a higher level does not guarantee a better future. There is also a high interest to continue to a higher level, but these students have less achievements, the cause of students in learning is very lacking. To achieve the above purpose, UNPRI FE lecturers held a mentoring program and traced the learning interest of class XII students regarding the importance of continuing their education to higher education. The results of the socialization found that 80% of the total class XII students of SMAN 7 Medan had a high interest in continuing their education to higher education. Abstract

Today, technology is growing and the use of technology should be introduced to learners as early as possible such as introducing the basics of hardware and computer software. The introduction of more detailed computer from an early age needs to be done to the schools. SDN 1 Pekon Batu Tegi is one of the primary schools located in the district of Air Naningan Tanggamus Regency. The introduction of computers given to students is the foundation for hard work and computer software. The purpose of this activity is so that the students of SDN 1 Pekon Batu Tegi know and know more about hardware computer and its function.
