Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi selama covid-19 di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu return saham, harga emas, tingkat suku bunga dan IHSG secara simultan dan secara parsial serta menguji perbedaan kinerja saham sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19 dengan membandingkan comulative abnormal return (CAR) sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan subsektor makanan dan minumam. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara simultan variabel return saham, harga emas, tingkat suku bunga dan IHSG memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, secara parsial return dan IHSG memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, Harga emas dan tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Berdasarkan uji paired samples Test terdapat perbedaan comulative abnormal return sebelum dan disaat pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

One of the UMKM in Jambi Province is Fried Onions UMKM. The number of UMKM producers on fried onions but among them does not have a broad means of promotion, namely through social media. Due to the fast growing business of fried onions, fried onions are also selling to sell their products from one place to another, even within a considerable distance. This Juna fried onion UMKM has considerable potential for them to still carry out conventional promotions by word of mouth, even though promotion is an important aspect of marketing to inform products to consumers.Keywords: Training, Promotion, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of MSMEs in tourist areas in Jambi Province by integrating innovation models and recovery strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in several main tourist areas in Jambi Province. The population in this study were all MSME entrepreneurs in the selected tourist area, with a sample of 151 entrepreneurs. The data is sourced from interviews (questionnaire-based) with MSME entrepreneurs and in-depth interviews with MSME entrepreneurs, the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office, and the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office. The data were analyzed with the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The analysis found that competitive strategy and innovation positively affected the productivity of MSMEs. Likewise, productivity has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, there are three main strategies to recover the MSME business: digitizing business, controlling and assessing supply chains, and utilizing business assistance from the government.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an understanding of knowledge management, budget planning models, lecture performance and innovation at universities in Jambi Province. This study adopted an inferential research design. This study was a cross-sectional survey study. The data were collected from 485 lecturers at 3 universities in Jambi province. This study used a structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that 1) budget planning models (BPM) affect performance lecturer and innovation, 2) knowledge management affects lecturer performance and innovation, 3) innovation affects lecturer performance, 4) budget planning models affect lecturer performance moderated by innovation, and 5) knowledge management affects the performance of lecturers mediated by innovation. In organizations that place greater emphasis on budgetary objectives by using budget planning models with greater flexibility, it is important to create an enabling atmosphere for leaders of both universities and faculties to maximize the effectiveness of evaluation and monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Value added Intellectual capital (VAIC) consist of Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) on company performance and company value before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Mining Industry period 2017-2021. The results of this study before covid HCE, SCE and Size had a negative and significant effect on company performance, CEE and VAIC had a significant positive effect on company performance. VAIC has a positive and significant effect on company value. Meanwhile, when the Covid-19 pandemic CEE had a positive and significant impact on company performance, VAIC had a positive and significant impact on company value.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberdayakan kelompok tani desa Teluk Kepatang Kab, Batanghari. Pemberdayaan dengan pemanfaatan budidaya ikan patin bernilai ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota kelompok, pemasaran dan multiflier effect kepada masyarakat desa lainnya. Tujuan lainnya untuk transfer knowledge dan technology terkait penggunaan sitem E-Commerce berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi, dan pelatihan inovasi kemasan serta pembuatan sistem promosi E-Commerce berbasis web berupa pemanfaatan akun media sosial (seperti: Instagram, Facebook, dan tiktok) dan aplikasi Shopee. Metode pengabdian menggunakan Focus Group Discussion dan teknik PPM menggunakan manajemen usaha yaitu Planning- Implementing - Controling, dan Evaluating. Hasil anaslisa menunjukkan ada efek positif penggunaan media sosial-e commerce sebagai sarana promosi dan perkembangan usaha dari inovasi kemasan produk. Evaluasi menunjukkan ada pengingkatan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, dan inovasi pengemasan produk serta meningkatnya ide usaha kelompok tani Harapan Maju.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate strategies strengthen competitiveness after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a mix method with two approaches, namely a qualitative approach interviews as information to make a SWOT analysis and quantitative by providing questionnaires to MSME actors around tourist areas in Jambi City, 120 respondents were obtained, a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS as a data analysis tool and forming a model for developing a strategy to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs after the pandemic. The results of this study obtain several recommended strategies for strengthening competitiveness, namely increasing innovation, improving product quality to gain competitive advantage, improving supply chains, having strength in the distribution section from raw materials to consumers, providing training to improve employee capabilities, taking advantage of opportunities by become a business actor who is adaptive to all conditions. Based on the results of quantitative analysis, a model is formed that contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic, namely product quality, capital, supply chains, market diversification and skills that have a very strong relationship to strengthening MSMEs' power.
