Abstract

Salah satu upaya pencegahan yang efektif untuk memutus rantai penularan infeksi adalah dengan membiasakan diri mencuci tangan dengan sabun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun pada mahasiswa di Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta tahun 2022.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 52 mahasiswa Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta tentang kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun berada pada kategori baik sebesar 88% dan kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun berada pada kategori cukup sebesar 69%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku mahasiswa Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta mengenai kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penyuluhan tentang kebiasaan cuci tangan pakai sabun bagi mahasiswa dan civitas akademika Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta.

Abstract

Tindakan pencegahan yang efektif untuk memutus rantai penularan infeksi adalah dengan membiasakan diri mencuci tangan dengan sabun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pengetahuan dan perilaku kebiasaan cuci tangan pakai sabun pada mahasiswa prodi MIK dan prodi MI Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta tahun 2022.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah consecutive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel sesuai dengan mahasiswa yang hadir pada hari pengambilan data dengan jumlah 52 mahasiswa di Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta yang terdiri dari 13 mahasiswa MIK dan 39 mahasiswa MI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa MI 90% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa MIK 85%. Perilaku kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun berada pada kategori cukup yaitu 69% baik pada siswa MI maupun MIK. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan siswa MI dan MIK dan tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku siswa MI dan MIK mengenai kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya sosialisasi kebiasaan cuci tangan pakai sabun kepada mahasiswa dan penyediaan fasilitas cuci tangan di kampus Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta.

Abstract

The job vacancy information system running at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) needs to be improved. In the current job vacancy information system, students or alumni must come to campus and meet the career center section to get job vacancy information. In today's fast-paced online era, a job vacancy information system is needed that can be accessed from anywhere and is responsive. Based on the description of the background above, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an online job vacancy information system at FKIP UNS". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on information services for job vacancies within the scope of FKIP UNS. The method used to design an online job vacancy information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database as the storage medium. The purpose of this research is to design a job vacancy information system that can make it easier for students or alumni of FKIP UNS to get job vacancy information

Abstract

The store itself is one of the public spaces that is used as a place of business that is itself as an activity to display, store, and sell, as well as a meeting area between entrepreneurs and consumers who can make a profit for the manager and owner (Haryanto et al., 2022). Ozzome.ink is a store that sells various types of shirts. The sales system that still relies on the manual system is still valid in this store. Admin Ozzome.ink makes sales by recording sales data into books or notes only. This can cause nominal amount errors when making sales data reports. In addition, this manual method also makes buyers wait long enough to make payments. Based on the description of the background mentioned above, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this study is ”how to design an online store in Ozzome.ink”. The limitation of the problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of recording sales data in the scope of Ozzome.ink. The method used for designing online stores uses the Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design the online store is Native PHP and MySQL database as a medium for storing data.

Abstract

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) cooperates with various external parties. The recording and archiving of collaboration data is already using a computer by utilizing the Microsoft Excel application. This collaboration data recording system needs to be improved by switching to a website-based information system. It aims to facilitate the search for cooperation data, recording cooperation data and making cooperation reports. By utilizing the website, collaboration data can be accessed at any time without having to search for the physical files. Based on the problems above, the authors formulate the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design a collaborative information system at the Faculty of Engineering UNS". So that this research does not widen, the authors provide limitations on problems related to the design of a collaborative information system made specifically for the Faculty of Engineering, UNS. The collaborative information system design method is the Development Life Cycle System (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database for data storage. The purpose of this research is to facilitate cooperation units of the Faculty of Engineering UNS in terms of managing collaboration data including recording, archiving and recapitulating cooperation reports. With the design of this cooperation information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the cooperative unit to manage collaboration data at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS.

Abstract

The Service Unit within the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) is a place for students to make complaints regarding the problems they face when using the facilities provided by UNS in participating in lecture activities. To provide satisfaction to students who submit their complaints, the Faculty of Engineering UNS must strive to improve services to students. Namely by providing a fast and appropriate response to student complaints. The Service Unit of the Faculty of Engineering UNS is quite good in responding to complaints from students, but the method used to handle complaints is considered less effective and efficient in terms of time because the complaint data collection process is quite long. Based on the background of the problem, the authors formulate the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design an information system for handling student complaints at the Faculty of Engineering UNS". The method used to design a complaint handling information system where students use a prototype. The programming language used to develop the complaint handling information system is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage. With the design of an information system for handling student complaints at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS, it is expected to increase student satisfaction with the use of facilities at the Faculty of Engineering, UNS

Abstract

Sistem informasi presensi siswa bimbingan belajar berbasis web ini dibuat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di instansi bimbingan belajar Kumon Ngringo Palur. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh penulis, presensi yang dilakukan di Kumon Ngringo masih menggunakan cara yang manual oleh pembimbing dibuku presensi, sehingga dapat menimbulkan ketidakakuratan pada data presensi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti menyulitkan pembimbing saat melakukan presensi apabila terjadinya kerusakan pada buku presensi dan juga dapat menyebabkan tidak efektifnya dalam hal tenaga dan biaya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem presensi berbasis web, hal ini akan memudahkan pembimbing dalam melakukan pengecekan terhadap kehadiran siswa dan kegiatan tersebut juga akan menjadi efektif. Berdasarkan uraian dari latar belakang diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana merancang dan membuat sistem presensi siswa kelompok bimbingan belajar yang dapat di akses oleh siswa, pembimbing dan pengelola lembaga untuk mendata siswa yang hadir dan tidak hadir”. Website ini dapat di buka dimana saja dan kapan saja, waktunya fleksibel tanpa harus berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan pembimbing atau pihak Kumon. Berdasarkan dalam pembuatan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Abstract

Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) applies an assessment system for student attendance in attending practicum lessons by 75%. In many cases, students who are not present can entrust attendance signatures to their friends to fill out the attendance list that is circulated in the practicum class. This is one of the factors that makes the assessment of student knowledge and competence doubtful. Another problem that exists in the presence section is the absence of a computerized attendance system equipped with automated attendance data calculations. The current attendance system only utilizes the Microsoft Excel application, whose report generation still uses manual input. This can allow for errors in inputting student attendance data. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design a student attendance information system in the scope of the Faculty of Engineering UNS". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of recording student attendance in accordance with the practicum schedule in the Civil Engineering laboratory. The method used for designing student attendance information systems uses the Waterfall Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. The design of this attendance information system is expected to prevent fraud committed by students in terms of attendance, for example such as attendance deposit. Student attendance data that can be entered into this information system is only students who attend the practicum in the civil engineering laboratory according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Jebres District is one of the government agencies authorized to manage and serve population data in Surakarta City. In a government agency, especially in the Jebres sub-district, there is a guest book to be filled so that the officers can find out who the guests are. During the Covid-19 pandemic, crowds lining up to get services at government agencies is one of the problems that must be resolved. There is a need for a system that utilizes information technology to reduce crowds, is more efficient in its operation, and is easily accessible to the public. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is how to design and build a web-based guest data collection system application that can be used to make it easier for officers to collect data. Abstract

Angkasa Pura Airports Adi Sumarmo Surakarta adalah sebuah instansi yang menerapkan sistem penjadwalan pada kegiatan keamanan yang dilakukan oleh airports security. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan setiap hari sesuai dengan pleton dan waktu yang telah di tentukan oleh pimpinan. Proses penjadwalan kerja pada divisi airports security sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan disiplin personil dan meningkatkan pengamanan bandara agar berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur. Sistem penjadwalan yang dilakukan di Angkasa Pura dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah tabel dan dibagikan kepada personil. Hal tersebut menyebabkan beberapa masalah antara lain Ketika terjadi perubahan jadwal dan personil yang lupa pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat sistem informasi penjadwalan kerja berbasis web. Batasan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah pembuatan sistem informasi pada proses penjadwalan sampai dengan pembuatan laporan penjadwalan. Penulis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Pada perancangan sistem informasi penulis menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL.
