Futsal is a high-intensity, intermittent sport from the beginning to the end of the match. Futsal players must have anthropometric and somatotype characteristics that match the needs of high-intensity intermittent training, as well as good physical condition on the dominant physical aspect, so that players' performance during competition and physiological losses after competition can be minimised to the greatest extent possible. aspects of physical condition as an opportunity for coaches to control player performance through training models. This research is a literature review study that aims to reveal the presence or absence of the influence of circuit training on the improvement of futsal athletes. Using the Google Scholar database, enter the keyword "The Effect of Circuit Training Exercise on the Improvement of Futsal Athletes" to collect various references and references that are relevant to the topic of the problem being studied. Abstract

Makassar handball athletes who took part in the Porprov Exhibition Championship held in Makassar always had difficulty getting the ball into the opponent's goal. In this case, their shooting ability was still very weak, so the ball that was shot could be easily driven away or held by the opposing goalkeeper. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of push-up training on the shooting ability of the Makassar City athlete's handball branch. The population of this study used a total sampling technique with a total of 14 athletes. This type of research uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. at the beginning (pretest) and end (posttest) of the treatment. This type of research has applications. Based on inferential statistical analysis using the t-test and a t-count value of 17.793 > ttable 2.160 (sig. value 0.000  0.05), it means that there is a significant effect after being given push-up training. To prove the increase in shooting ability, an average value of 4.333 is evidenced, or, in other words, the results of the t test obtained show that the t-count is greater than the t-table at a significant level of  0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between push-up exercises (X) and the shooting ability (Y) of Makassar City handball athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of confidence with learning outcomes, motivation and learning outcomes of gymnastics on the floor. The research method used is the correlational research method. Sampling in this study using a cluster random sampling method, as many as 105 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Scoring instruments are based on a Likert scale. Data analysis includes regression analysis tests (simple and multiple), F test and correlation test. The results of this study: (1) the test results of the regression coefficient of confidence (X1) are related to the learning results of the floor gymnastics (Y), evidenced from the Ftable of 3.09 while the Fcount of 404,853, thus the value of Fcount> Ftable or 404,854> 3.09 with sig 0,000 <ɑ (0,05) it can be concluded that self-confidence is related to learning outcomes of the floor exercise. (2) the results of the motivation regression coefficient test (X2) are related to the learning outcomes of floor gymnastics (Y), as evidenced by the Ftable of 3.09 while the Fcount of 65.687, thus the value of Fcount> Ftable or 65.687> 3.09 with sig 0.000 <ɑ (0.05) it can be concluded that motivation is related to learning outcomes of floor exercises. So there is a relationship between self-confidence and motivation with the results of learning to exercise floor. Suggestions for paying attention to factors other than self-confidence and motivation that play a role or are related to learning outcomes of gymnastics on the floor.

Abstract

All forms of physical activity or daily human movement activities always require physical support and fitness, so that there are problemsthat occur when physical abilities or fitness is not in good condition will be something to note because physique and fitness are the basic factors for any human activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and physical fitness of students aged 10-12 years in Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bakalan Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto. This type of research is a type of correlational research that aims to find the presence or absence of a relationship, the results of the study show that the value of physical fitness and physical activity obtained is in the moderate category, while for the correlation test obtained significant = 0.038 with a degree of significance p = 0.05. Based on the calculation results, it shows that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and students' physical fitness, with a proven significance value of 0.038 < 0.05. The conclusion ofthe h asil is that between physical activity and physical fitness affect each other or there can be a relationship.

Abstract

Physical education is both an educational process through physical activity and an educational process that aims to improve physical abilities. Children with special needs (ABK) are children who have their own characteristics or uniqueness that make them different from normal children in general. Impairment is a term used to refer to children who have intellectual abilities that are below average. The purpose of this study is to see how playing affects the steps of students with mild mental retardation at SLB Ngoro. This study used the single-subject research (SSR) experimental research method, or so-called single-subject research. The sample in this study amounted to 1 person because they used single-subject research (SSR). The design used in this study is A-B-A. With 8 meetings for baseline phase A1, intervention, and baseline phase A2. Based on the results of calculations from the Single Subject Research (SSR) method, there is a significant influence between play variables and step motion variables on mild mental retardation students in SLB Ngoro, as evidenced by the percentage of stability in the baseline phase A1 (100%), intervention phase B (25%), and baseline phase A2 (100%) with an improved, albeit very small change in levels. At the overlap percentage, there is no data that overlaps, namely 0%, and it is said to be good because the smaller the overlap percentage, the better.
