Holistik Manajemen merupakan jurnal yang memublikasikan artkel-artikel ilmiah dalam bidang ilmu manajemen. Tujuan jurnal ini adalah menampilkan berbagai pemikiran dan hasil penelitian yang dapat diterapkan atau diujikan, serta membangun atau menciptakan teori manajemen secara holisitik. Jurnal ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan manajemen praktis antara lain: kewirausahaan, bisnis jasa, marketing, sumber daya manusia, manajemen kesehatan, manajemen rumah sakit, dan manajemen pendidikan yang didasari pada pemikiran dan pertimbangan-pertimbangan lingkungan secara holistik. Dalam penulisan artikel-artikel di jurnal ini akan digunakan metode empirik yang mencakup baik metode kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, serta mixed method atau metaanalisis dan metasintesis. Setiap volume terdiri atas dua edisi yang terbit pada bulan Januari dan Juli. Holisitik Manajemen: Jurnal Manajemen diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pascasarjana Universitas Langlangbuana.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Leadership Style and Their Contribution to the Performance of Medical Record Employees at the Karawang Regency Hospital. (Research on Medical Record Installation Staff at RSUD Kab. Karawang). This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between work motivation and leadership style on the performance of employees of the Karawang Hospital Medical Record Installation. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out on 42 employees of the Medical Record Installation at the Karawang Hospital. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 15. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing technique used in this study includes validity tests with statistical analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. F test and t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The influence of implementation nurse prosperity program and the work profession and the job satisfaction of nurses at Bandung Hasan Sadikin Hospital, West Java, Master Program in Hospital management Langlang Buana University, 2021 This research aims to obtain information on the relationship between independent variables, namely, the implementation of the nurse prosperity program,and work professionalism with the dependent variable, namely the work frustrations of nurses Bandung Hasan Sadikin Hospital , West Java. The hypotheses tested are 1) there is a positive relationship between the implementation of the nurse prosperity program and the job satisfaction of nurses, 2) there is a positive relationship between work professionalism and job satisfaction of nurses, and 3) there is a positive relationship between the implementation of the nurse welfare program and the social work profession together. with the job satisfaction of nurses. This research was conducted at Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung West Java. for 3 months starting from Januari to Maret 2021. The research method used was a survey. The population in this study were all nurses at Bandung Hasan Sadikin Hospital , West Java, totaling 347 nurses. The sample was taken as many as 40 nurses from the existing population. The sample was selected by a simple random technique. The research instrument used was a quesionair in the form of answer choices. In this study, there are three main conclusions, namely (1) that the better the implementation of the nurse prosperity program for a nurse, the higher the job satisfaction of the nurse (2) that the higher the professionalism of a nurse, the higher the job satisfaction of the nurse (3) that the better the implementation of the nurse prosperity program for a nurse and the higher the professionalism of a nurse, the higher the job satisfaction of the nurse. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the effectiveness of employees at the Health Office of Purwakarta Regency, West Java. The method used is a survey method. Respondents as many as 40 people were selected randomly (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling). The instrument uses a questionnaire to collect data on motivation variables, work environment and employee work effectiveness. Data analysis used simple correlation technique, multiple correlation, and multiple regression technique. The results of the study: first, there is an influence of motivation with employee work effectiveness. This means that the higher the employee's motivation, the better the employee's work effectiveness. Vice versa, the lower the employee's motivation, the lower the effectiveness of the employee's work. Second, there is the influence of the work environment on the effectiveness of employees' work. This means that the better the work environment, the better the effectiveness of the employee's work. Vice versa, the less the work environment, the less effective the employee's work. Third, there is the influence of motivation and work environment on the effectiveness of employees' work. It means that the higher the employee's motivation and the better the work environment, the better the employee's work effectiveness. On the other hand, the lower the employee's motivation and the lower the work environment, the less effective the employee's work will be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether education and family support affect the decision of the mother to utilize birth facilities in the PONED. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires. Sampling technique in this research using Probability Sampling with technique type Quota sampling. The number of samples is 90 respondents. The dependent variable is the utilization of birthing facilities in PONED whereas education and family support as independent variables. Data analysis was done gradually including univariate, bivariate (chi- square) and multivariate (logistic regression). The average research respondents were about 29.9 years old, with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum age of 45 years. Most of the elementary education is 58 respondents (64.4%). From the result of bivariate test there is significant influence between education to utilization of PONED facility and from variable family support, statistical test results a very significant influence between family support and utilization of PONED. From the multivariate test it was found that education and family support together had an effect on the utilization of birthing facilities at PONED at the Wanayasa Puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi pemasaran, dan kualitas pelayanan, dan keputusan pembelian, serta untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji pada PT. Pemuda Fajar Perkasa di Kodya Bandung. Metode ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah konsumen tetap PT. Pemuda Fajar Perkasa di Kodya Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang dari populasi 66 orang. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara 2 variabel, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji secara parsial sebesar 35.63%,sehingga sistem informasi pemasaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji secara parsial sebesar 40.82%, sehingga kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji. Pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) sebesar 76.4%,sehingga sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji. Abstract

Background : Toddler stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time which is marked by a child's height being shorter than the standard for children his age. Stunting children face a greater risk of growing up to become adults who are less educated, poorer, less healthy and more vulnerable to non-communicable diseases. Short children are a predictor of poor quality of human resources, which in turn reduces the productive ability of a nation in the future. The high prevalence of stunting is a problem that can threaten children's health. Objective: to see the relationship between health promotion factors, public health behavior, and stunting prevention on the occurrence of stunting cases Methods: This type of research is observational with survey methods and cross sectional approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire on 300 mothers of children under five who had stunted toddlers in the stunting locus sub-district, Bandung City. Primary and secondary data were processed and analyzed quantitatively using univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods, using regression analysis, the significance of which was determined by the p value < 0.05. Results: There is a significant relationship between health promotion (p-value = 0.267), health behavior (p-value = 0.272) and stunting prevention efforts (p-value = 0.352) on stunting incident. Conclusion: Health promotion, public health behavior and stunting prevention efforts are related to stunting, so it is necessary to carry out innovations and continuity of health promotion, both in methods, media and extension language that can inspire, understand and accurately capture the meaning of the community, so that the community ultimately feel the benefits and importance of changing bad health behaviors and ultimately participate actively in stunting prevention efforts, so that the stunting target below 20% can be achieved. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the leadership function and organizational culture affect on Satlantas Personnel’s Performance at Bandung Polrestabes.This is a quantitative study with such a questionnaire as the data source. It uses descriptive and verification analysis methods. The population in this study was 50 people who were personnel of the Bandung Polrestabes Police Satlantas. The analysis technique used is path analysis and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). According to the results of partial and simultaneous testing, the variables of leadership function and organizational culture have a substantial impact on Satlantas Personnel’s Performance at Bandung Polrestabes.This means that if the leadership function and the implementation of a good organizational culture are improved further, Satlantas Personnel’s Performance at Bandung Polrestabes will improve. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect organization culture, competency, and work motivation toward performance of educator. The research was conducted using quantitative opprocach. The population in this study were 205 educators at the Pusdik Intelijen Polri. Selected sample by using simple random sampling technique as much as 51 educators. The data obtained with questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression model and path analysis. The result of this research finding show that organization culture, competency, and work motivation have positive direct effect toward performance. Organizational culture, competence, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect of 86,7% on the educator’s performance. Partialy, organizational culture has positive effect of 36,4% on the educator’s performance, competence has positive effect of 32,1% on the educator’s performance, and work motivation has a positive effect of 18,2% on the educator’s performance. Based on the results of this reseacrh, performance of educators at Pusdik Intelijen Polri can be improved by increasing the strength of organizational culture, competence, and work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari keberadaan e-Commerce terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sumber data menggunakan angket kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang yang merupakan konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelanjaan online di toko dGreat KMO. Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah path analysis serta uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Dari hasil pengujian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel e-Commerce terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Setelah diuji secara simultan (uji f) membuktikan bahwa secara bersamaan atau keseluruhan dari variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa pembelian akan meningkat apabila keberadaan e-Commerce dikelola denga baik Kata kunci: e-Commerce dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Employment status and education level are believed to affect the quality of work of employees in achieving the goals that have been set. The higher the employment status and education level, the higher the quality of work of employees in the company or organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether employment status and education level directly affect the quality of work of employees with the data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. In the results of simultaneous path coefficient testing, it was found that there was a significant effect between employment status and education level on the quality of work of employees. The magnitude of the influence of employment status and education level on the quality of work of employees simultaneously is 59.1%. These results can be interpreted that the higher the employment status and level of education, the quality of work of employees will increase.
