Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian konsumen tentang  pelaksanaan pemasaran eksperiental, pemasaran kerelasian pelanggan, dan nilai pelanggan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan UMKM di lingkungan pariwisata Jawa Barat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 210 responden yang adalah para pelanggan yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan produk UMKM di lingkungan pariwisata Jawa Barat. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang didapat dianalisis secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penerapan konsep pemasaran eksperiental produk UMKM di Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik menuju baik. Penerapan konsep pemasaran kerelasian pelanggan sudah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Nilai pelanggan dinilai sudah menguntungkan bagi pelanggan, karena selisih manfaat yang didapat jauh lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan pengorbanan yang dikeluarkan oleh pelanggan. Kepercayaan pelanggan baru termasuk dalam kategori cukup percaya menuju percaya. Pemasaran eksperiental dan pemasaran kerelasian pelanggan berpengaruh sebesar 78,8 persen terhadap nilai pelanggan dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh sebesar 86,8 persen terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan UMKM di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Wisatawan dapat merasakan nilai lebih dari sebuah destinasi dengan adanya penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang saat ini sedang digalakkan oleh pemerintah maupun pengelola tempat wisata di berbagai negara. Pariwisata Budaya adalah satu segmen pariwisata yang sedang banyak dikembangkan dan diintegrasikan dengan TIK. Destinasi Lanskap Budaya Subak yang merupakan Warisan Budaya UNESCO yang terletak di Bali adalah destinasi yang cukup banyak dikunjungi wisatawan, namun belum dilengkapi oleh TIK untuk menambah nilai maupun memberikan pengalaman lebih kepada wisatawan. Rancangan metode dalam menganalisa perangkat TIK dibutuhkan oleh destinasi wisata khususnya Lanskap Budaya Subak untuk memperkaya destinasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif,  pertanyaan open-ended dapat disebarkan kepada wisatawan yang sudah mengunjungi semua destinasi Lanskap Budaya. Hasilnya adalah rancangan desain koding yang aplikasinya dapat digunakan untuk menentukan perangkat TIK yang dibutuhkan dengan tetap mengedepankan konsep pariwisata keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was developed from a study conducted by Talukder, Quazi and Sathye in 2014 whom were tried to discover mobile phone banking usage behavior of banks customers in Canberra, Australia. A research model was set to find the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Independent variables consisted of five variables, namely, Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Trust (T), Social Influence (SI) and System Quality (SQ), whilst the dependent variable is Actual Usage (AU) of Mobile banking in the Shari’ah banks. Thus, making this research a multiple regression analysis. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to gather primary data from 126 respondents of Shari’ah banks customers in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The findings show evidence that there are positive and significant relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable. As such variable with the highest impact is PEU (30,3%) whilst the lowest is SI (18%) meaning that perceived ease of use amongst customers of Shari’ah banks in Palembang City gave the highest impact on their actual usage of mobile banking, compared to social influence, which is lower. Therefore, it is recommended that Shari’ah banks in this city should consider to put more attention in to providing their customers with a mobile banking application which is easy to use as well as keeping it up to date with the needs of the customers. As an implication to the providers, financial institutions can capitalize on the finding of this research to enhance the ease of use of their application on mobile banking.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Leadership Style and Their Contribution to the Performance of Medical Record Employees at the Karawang Regency Hospital. (Research on Medical Record Installation Staff at RSUD Kab. Karawang). This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between work motivation and leadership style on the performance of employees of the Karawang Hospital Medical Record Installation. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out on 42 employees of the Medical Record Installation at the Karawang Hospital. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 15. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing technique used in this study includes validity tests with statistical analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. F test and t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The survey, conducted by the Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics –The Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) shows that there are still some consumers who pay less attention to the existence of the halal label on cosmetics products, whereas it indicates the halal status of a product. The better understanding of the religion makes Muslim consumers selective in choosing the product to be consumed. This study is aimed at determining the effect of the halal product label of Mustika Ratu cosmetic products on consumer trust in Bandung City. The research sample consists of 115 female Muslims in Bandung who actively use MustikaRatu cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study illustrate that the halal product label has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. It is proven from the finding of this research that the existence of halal product label in green and round shape with the writings of halal in Arabic and the Council of Indonesian Ulama, attached to the packaging, affects customer trust.

Abstract

This study aimed to find empirical evidence concerning the role of Return on Equity (ROE) as the mediation variable over the influence of Intellectual Capital (IC) on the Islamic Social Responsibility (ISR). IC was measured by using all intangible assets of a corporate organization including the innovation capacity, financial and human resources within a system intended to create Value Added Service Intellectual Capital (VAIC), which is an intellectual material which has been formulated and captured in order to create wealth, resulting in a highly valued asset. As for ISR is measured by utilizing an Index consisted of a compilation of CSR standard items determined by Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institution (AAOIFI) and furtherly developed by researchers concerning CSR items which should be disclosed by an Islamic entity. The ISR Index is expected to be the starting point in terms of CSR disclosure which is compliance to the Islamic perspective. Population in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks (SCB) in Indonesia in which regularly issued annual report for a period of four years (2012 to 2016). Method used to draw sample is purposive sampling with certain criterions. The total sample is 10 SCBs. Data collected via website of Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK) and the financial report by each SCB which consisted of annual report and company financial statements. Analysis technique used is path analysis and data is being processed by IBM SPSS program. Data were previously tested and have met all of classic assumptions. The results showed that IC has a positive and significant influence on ISR. ROE has a negative and significant influence on ISR. IC is positively and significantly influencing ROE, and ROE is able to mediate the influence of IC on the ISR. Keywords: Return on Equity, Intellectual Capital, Islamic Social Responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the quality of online consultation services on the patient's trust in sports medicine specialists at Melinda 2 Hospital Bandung. The results of the study can be used as a recommendation for hospital management in improving the quality of online consulting services. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection used is a questionnaire accompanied by observation techniques and literature, Sampling using saturated sampling. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2022. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed that there was an influence on the quality of online consulting services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient trust in sports medicine specialists at Melinda 2 Hospital Bandung.

Abstract

The existence of Indonesian state-owned enterprises (SOEs) has an important role for the communities’ welfare as it ismandated in the constitution. If traced based on its face value, the profit of Indonesian SOEs looks to continue increasesteadily every year. However, on the other hand there is the biggest challenge, such as how to increase the value ofcompany, which is shown by ROA and ROE that keep on declining. This actually means that it is still possible to get ahigher profit. The objectives of this study are to get assessment regarding to (1) correlations of corporate resources withcorporate strategy, and (2) whether corporate resources and corporate strategy are affecting corporate performance,partially or simultaneously, to the Indonesian SOEs. Units of analyzes were 101 corporations from four different industrysectors and the samples for this research are 50 corporations of Indonesian SOEs. Time horizon is cross-sectional, wherethe study was conducted at a single period of time simultaneously. Data was gathered by questionaires and in-depthinterviews to SOEs directors and functional managers. Data analyzed were both descriptive and quantitative. Hypothesistesting was utilized by PLS model (Partial Least Square) 2.0 version. The finding shown that there are correlationsbetween corporate resources and corporate strategy. Corporate resources and corporate strategy do affect corporateperformance, directly or simultaneously. Moreover, corporate strategy have more influence than corporate resources.Directional strategy and organizational resources are the most dominant dimensions in affecting corporate performanceof Indonesian SOEs. The conclusion from this research is that most of Indonesian SOEs are not capable in formulatingtheir corporate strategy appropriately due to mismatching of their/incompatibility corporate resources.Key words: Corporate Resources, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Performance.
