Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is to provide understanding, enthusiasm and take advantage of opportunities for entrepreneurship. The driving factor for improving the Indonesian economy is that entrepreneurship through micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can increase creativity, the ability of the community to channel ideas and creations by utilizing available natural resources. This is because Al Fithrah Islamic High School has a location close to the Assalafi Islamic Boarding School environment. Taking advantage of business opportunities to meet the educational needs of female students starting from Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, High Schools, Universities, and providing solutions in running businesses, problems arise such as difficulties in business bookkeeping, how to prepare financial reports is considered complicated and pays little attention to business which is carried out ethically, it is necessary that the methods used to provide training are knowledge of business ethics, guidance for recording financial transactions in an orderly manner for trading businesses to the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the application of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP).

Abstract

This community service activity has been held in East Java Fatayat Business Group within segmented target of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) business-woman which become one of economic support in Indonesia. These business-woman mostly consist of culinary business, followed by clothing re-seller and others. Community service activity aimed to give understanding to SME business-woman about the importance of business intelligence, funding management, packing and product label and human resources management as well to support the groeth of business in the future by considering and implementing business activity support factors. Implementation method consist of four stages, which are problem identification, daring training through zoom meeting, daring mentoring and monitoring evaluation process through whatsapp group. The expected outcomes after held this training is SME business-woman have ability and capacity to transform data into business opportunity, how SME can manage their finance efficiently, packing interesting product, and SME can empowering human resources effectively thus with this activity, business-woman from East Java Fatayat Business Group can upgrade their business activity becomes sustainable activity to support Indonesia economy.

Abstract

This abdimas activity took the theme of 'back to basic' or back to basics, because it saw the condition of SME partners, the majority of whom had micro/small business scale. In this case, the abdimas team provides training in simple bookkeeping and marketing management with the main focus being partners' understanding of the importance of keeping financial records, changing the mindset of partners who initially saw financial bookkeeping as difficult but became easy. After the training, the STIESIA abdimas team assisted partners to become proficient in making financial reports. Located in Dapur Djitoe, which is one of the partner SMEs, so that partners contribute to providing a place for activities and empowering SME products as consumption activities as well as promotional events for other UMK products. The initial stage starts with understanding the basics of making simple bookkeeping and understanding related to marketing management, the next activity the abdimas team will use bookkeeping applications, then on the marketing side there will be training and digital marketing assistance, cataloging techniques, employee management management, supply chain and recording business legality. Thus, this basic activity is expected to be able to become the foundation for SME partners in maintaining their business, expanding market share and developing their business.

Abstract

Currently, the existence of information technology is unavoidable. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in consumer consumption patterns from traditional sales patterns to a website-based digitalized sales system. MSMEs in Janti village still use the traditional sales system. This condition makes it difficult for MSMEs in Janti village to carry out sales promotions. The purpose of community service is to provide solutions faced through socialization activities and website creation training as a means of promoting MSME products in Janti village. This is a new breakthrough for MSMEs because traditional marketing is no longer effective. Implementation of activities with the methods of socialization, discussion, and training. The socialization and training activities received a positive response from MSME actors. Overall, the activity went smoothly and received a positive response from MSME actors. The results of these activities have an impact on increasing sales so that the income of MSMEs also increases as general, so that it will impact to increase economic and role of human resource. There the COVID-19 in 2020-2021 makes MSMEs in Janti Village have capable although has hard work.

Abstract

Akuntansi biaya adalah metode kuantitatif yang mengakumulasi, mengklasifikasi, meringkas, dan menafsirkan informasi untuk tiga tujuan utama yaitu: perencanaan dan pengendalian operasional, keputusan khusus dan keputusan produk. Akuntansi biaya sangat dibutuhkan oleh pelaku bisnis untuk kelancaran bisnis. Petani lele merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis yang membutuhkan akuntansi biaya. Akuntansi biaya dapat digunakan salah satunya untuk penentuan harga jual. Berdasakan kebutuhan terhadap akuntansi biaya untuk menentukan harga jual, maka pengabdian ini dilakukan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) pembudidaya lele dalam menentukan biaya produksi lele per kilogram. Permasalahan klasik yang dihadapi oleh pembudidaya lele adalah terkait dengan penentuan harga jual. Oleh karena itu, mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam menghitung keuntungan dari kegiatan mereka. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk menghitung biaya produksi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan biaya produksi ikan lele sebesar Rp. 16.998 per kilogram. Dengan diketahui biaya produksi lele maka akan memudahkan petani lele menetapkan harga jual lele di pasar.

Abstract

Health education is important in hospitals, because health education is an important component of the patient's recovery process and is an integral part of professional nursing practice. Objectives: to increase public knowledge about the importance of hand hygiene, to prevent infection and disease and to disseminate information to Caregiver Professionals (PPA) regarding the latest features in the SIDEK application, namely audio-visual (video) based education. Implementation Methods: Coordination with hospital management regarding adding audio-visual-based health education media features in the SIDEK APPLICATION, adding audio-visual-based health education media features in the SIDEK application, making audio-visual-based health education media, conducting outreach about the addition of audio-based health education media visualization in the SIDEK application, providing health education to patient caregivers about hand hygiene using audio-visual media, distributing hand sanitizers to patient caregivers. Results: there is an increase in public knowledge about hand hygiene and based on the results of interviews with patient caregivers about providing health education 95% chose audio-visual media (video) over leaflet media. Conclusion: There is a new feature added to the SIDEK application at RSUD R Syamsudin SH, namely audio-visual (video)-based health education media. The implementation of health education based on audio-visual media on hand hygiene is proven to increase public knowledge about hand hygiene.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have limitations in running their business in terms of awareness in the market, limited scope of sales area, and facing competition from local and other regions. This is a challenge for developing micro, small and medium scale enterprises. This community service activity is held on a service-learning basis in the form of business assistance in the food and beverage sector. The mentoring stage itself starts from the debriefing stage to monitoring. The purpose of this activity is to find out the obstacles and challenges faced by MSMEs and develop digital marketing that can support their business. Digital marketing is applied specifically in making social media suitable for MSMEs. Digital marketing is expected to expand market reach. The results of this activity show that the use of digital technology can change the way MSMEs connect with their consumers. he use of social media helps promote products to a wider audience, as well as helps wider product recognition. The characteristics and development needs of MSMEs also cause differences in the need to apply different digital marketing methods.

Abstract

Kampung tematik Polowijen yang dikelola oleh warga, ada UKM yang menjual hasil kerajinan warga. Anggota UKM tersebut memerlukan pelatihan untuk pemulihan ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup. Terlebih dahulu melakukan observasi, sebelum pelatihan, kemudian membuat MOU dan berdiskusi kapan akan dilaksanakan serta bentuk pelatihan apa yang dibutuhkan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan media zoom, karena masih ada pandemi covid-19. Pelatihan dilakukan selama tiga kali yaitu mempraktekkan cara membuat ecoprint pada media kain dengan system Pounding serta menggunakan bahan alami yang berasal dari alam. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan mulai dari awal sampai bahan siap untuk di proses menjadi bahan jadi yang siap untuk di proses menjadi tas dan bahan lainnya kepada 30 peserta. Pendampingan dilakukan selama 2 kali setelah pelatihan sampai anggota UKM mampu membuat ecoprint secara mandiri tanpa instruktur, sehingga pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat dan taraf hidup bagi anggota UKM di kampung tematik Polowijen, kelurahan Polowijen, sehingga ketahanan ekonomi di kampung ini dapat terjaga.

Abstract

Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat pelatihan dan pendampingan peningkatan produktivitas, e commerce dan manajemen usaha pada UKM Pawon Andi di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan penggunaan E comerce pada UKM Pawon Andi,dan pendampingan berupa konsultasi tentang Manajemen usaha, dan akuntansi permasalahan yang dihadapi 1) Aspek produksi dalam proses mengembangkan  adonan masih menggunakan suhu ruang tanpa alat 2) Aspek pemasaran masih mengandalkan pesanan dan memenuhi warung sekitar dengan  konsinyasi 3) Aspek Manajemen Usaha/ Keuangan/ Akuntansi karena masih menggunakan pola manajemen rumah tangga dan bersifat konvensional. Hasil yang di peroleh oleh UKM Pawon Andi 1. Diberikan alat proofer dan pelatihan penggunaan alat/ mesin dengan metode learning by doing dan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas Jika menggunakan mesin ini, 2.Melakukan pemasaran produk dengan E-commerce dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan mempercantik postingan produk di sosmed serta melakukan rephoto produk untuk sosmed & marketplace 3. UKM Pawon Andi mampu menggunakan aplikasi pembukuan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diterapkan melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan ini dapat memberi manfaat kepada UKM Pawon Andi. Selanjutnya menyarankan perlu kesinambungan kegiatan dan evaluasi setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan. Sehingga UKM Pawon Andi bisa lebih berdaya saing dan bisa berkembang dan berkontribusi dalam membuka lapangan kerja serta menumbuhkan wirausaha baru.

Abstract

Tujuan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan informasi dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang peran aktivitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan tentang peran aktivitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data tentang aktivitas fisik pada anak, selanjutnya didapatkan rumusan masalah, kurangnya pemahaman kader, terbatas sarana dan prasaran deteksi tumbuh kembang, kepercayaan sekitar terhadap pelayanan alternatif dan kurang kooperatifnya antara keluarga pasien dengan fasilitas kesehatan sehingga pada kondisi ini diperlukannya strategi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait tumbuh kembang dan peran aktifitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali sehingga tercapai pemahaman masyarakat yang menyeluruh dan optimal.Intervensi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT didapatkan hasil melakukan penyuluhan guna meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait tumbuh kembang serta peran aktifitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang di daerah sekitar klinik Intan Fisioterapi Anak Boyolali.
