Abstract

Retracing to the village funds (DD) provided are so large, it should be managed as well as possible. In the implementation of village project and village funds also should  involve the communities, so the communities know the progress of their village which is managed by using village funds. For the sake of an independent village creation, the community-based economic potential of the village must be raised. In improving the village economy, it is necessary to involve the community surrounding especially in prioritising the village development or empowerment of village communities. Empowerment is as a process of development, independence and self-reliance. Based on the backgorund of the problem above, this study will discuss about the management in the use of village funds in Pragaan subdistrict and analysis of the effectivenes in the use of village funds in economic development. This study aims to understand the management of village funds and analyse the effectiveness in the use of village funds in economic development.The result of this study is budgets for APBN namely village funds (DD) should be maximized for the project of village to be better. The effective development is the establishment in accordance with the expectation of beneficiaries of village project, especially in the development of village economy. The result of the problem are (1) Management of the village fund used is an activity which is designed for village project and community empowerment. In hopes of getting prosperity and village development. (2) Analysis of effectivenessin the use of village funds in Economic Development is a success for community empowerment in economic development so the community  can feel the success of village fund management planning for villlage economic development; Economic development or commuunity empowerment

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of the Service and Performance Quality of Customer Service toward Customer's Satisfaction in Indonesia Islamic Bank KCP Malang Lawang. This research used a quantitative correlational approach. The sampling in this research used the Slovin formula with 94 respondents. The data consist of primary one which is taken from a questionnaire and processed with SPSS 14.0 version. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the Service Quality variable (X1) gave a positive and significant influence toward Customer's Satisfaction (Y), the Service Customer Performance variable (X2) gave a positive and significant influence toward Customer's Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menilai pengaruh pengetahuan investasi (X1) dankualitas pelayanan (X2) terhadap minat investasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan (Y). Penelitian inimenggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kausal. Partisipan dalam penelitianini adalah mahasiswa Program Mahasiswa Strata 1 Program Perbankan Syariah FEB Unisma angkatan 2018yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Pasar Modal Syariah. Sebanyak 120 siswa digunakan dalam penelitianini. Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Uji validitas dan reliabilitasdigunakan untuk menilai kinerja instrumen. Uji normalitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, danuji hipotesis semuanya diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Minatmahasiswa perbankan syariah FEB Unisma untuk berpartisipasi di pasar modal syariah dipengaruhi olehpengetahuan investasi dan kualitas layanan galeri investasi BEI FEB Unisma. (2) Pengetahuan investasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal syariah mahasiswa perbankan syariah FEBUnisma. (3) Kualitas layanan galeri investasi BEI FEB Unisma berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minatinvestasi di pasar modal syariah mahasiswa perbankan syariah FEB Unisma.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman zakat dan religiusitasterhadap minat petani di Desa Karangdoro Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam membayar zakat pertanian.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani di Desa Karangdoro Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Teknikpengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah 92 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda danstatistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman zakat danreligiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membayar zakat pertanian.Sedangkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman zakat (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap minat membayar zakat pertanian (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkanvariabel religiusitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat membayar. zakat pertanian (Y)dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002< 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah Dan PersepsiKepercayaan terhadap Minat Masyarakat Berdonasi di NU Care. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yangdilakukan peneliti dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada muzaki NU Care Lazisnu LowokwaruKota Malang. Peneliti mendapatkan 60 responden berdasarkan Jenis Kelamin, Umur,Pendidikan Terakhir, Lama Berdonasi di NU Care, Pekerjaan, dan Jumlah Penghasilan.Pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu simplerandom sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitianmembuktikan bahwa variabel Literasi Keuangan Syariah (X1) berpengaruh positif dansignifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Berdonasi (Y). Persepsi Kepercayaan (X2)berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berdonasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan minat membayar zakat pada baznas kota malang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode rumus slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data mengindikasikan bahwa pada ketika yang sama akibat transparansi instansi, akuntabilitas, pemahaman dan kesadaran bakal minat menunaikan zakat di pasar-pasar Kota Malang. Sebagian, akibat transparansi kelembagaan, akuntabilitas, pemahaman dan kesadaran dominan positif terhadap minat menunaikan zakat di baseban Kota Malang.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the role of halal awareness, employing variables that canbe both influential (determinant) and influenced (output). The purpose of this paper is to consider howhalal awareness affects the halal traceability of products from the perspective of a business actor. Halalproducts are important in a country with the largest Muslim population. However, there are still manypeople who are not aware of the halalness of the product so that there are many products that are not yetclear about the halalness of the product. Questionnaires were distributed directly and data werecollected from 105 entrepreneurs. SEM-PLS was then applied to analyze the data. The results show thathalal awareness and the halal traceability influenced the business actors. Meanwhile, the halalawareness of the business actors was influenced by halal certification and religiosity. Knowledge failedto influence halal awareness.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of Halal Awareness on Interest Buy consumer Korean beverage products Sparkling Water Mojiso. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. In this study, the samples taken were Muslim students who were fans of Korean dramas in Malang City who knew and were interested in buying Korean products Sparkling Water Mojiso, which numbered 95 people. Taking the number of samples using the Non Probability technique Sampling with Accidental Approach Sampling to obtain respondents. The analytical tool used is analysis Simple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 tool. The results showed that the t value was 5.247 with a significance of 0.000 the value was < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Halal Awareness (X) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest (Y) of Consumer Products Korean Sparkling Water Mojiso Drink.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness and halal certification onMS Glow beauty product on purchase intention of Muslim Millennial. This type ofresearch is quantitative research. Sampling was done by using the non probabilitysampling with accidental sampling method. There are 102 respondents who areMuslim Millennial in Malang and using MS Glow beauty product. The analytical toolused is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25. The result showed thatthe variable Halal Awareness (X1) had a positive and partially significant effect onpurchase intention (Y), halal certification (X2) had positive and significant effect onpartial to purchase intention (Y).

Abstract

Through the management and development of ziswaf as support in the management of existing developmentfacilities in Islamic boarding schools as a support for Islamic boarding school activities, which producephysical objects that are material. In the development process, planning for each stage has the ability to supportdevelopment for the next stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the management and role of waqf,infaq, and alms in the construction of Darul Muzakki Islamic Boarding School. Using content analysis methodsto get conclusions. Primary data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of this studyindicate that waqf management is carried out by individual nadzir and waqf has a role to be used as land forinfrastructure development of Darul Muzakki Islamic Boarding School. The management of infaq and alms usestraditional methods that do not meet the existing development accountability procedures, but infaq and alms actas operational funds that can produce physical objects. The existence of development can have a positive impacton students so that they can have a proper place to study
