Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous halal label, productquality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on apple cider beverage productsin Andonosari village. This research is a quantitative research. The method used to testthe hypothesis is to use an instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test,multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test (Ftest), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). The sample in this studywas 52 respondents with the provisions that each respondent is a consumer of AppleSari beverage products who reside in the Andonosari Village area and consumers whoknow and have consumed Apple Sari beverage products. The data used is primary dataobtained directly through consumer questionnaires on apple cider beverage products inAndonosari village. The results showed that the halal label, product quality and pricehad an effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on apple ciderdrink products in Andonosari village. The results of the research on the hypothesis,show that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and pricehas a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Certification to Interest in Food ConsumptionAiciro Product in Malang City. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. In thisstudy the samples taken were Malang City Community and Malang City Community who haveconsumed Aiciro product with the number 35 people. Taking the number of samples using theNon Probability technique Sampling with Purposive Approach Sampling to obtain respondent. .The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed thatthe sig value was 0.009 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that thehalal credential of the independent variable has a partial positive and significant impact on theinterest consumption options of the dependent variable. This means that the presence of halalcertification can influence Aichiro's interest in food consumption in the city of Malang.

Abstract

Wakaf produktif pada dasarnya harus menghasilkan, karena wakaf dapat memenuhitujuannya jika telah menghasilkan dimana hasilnya dimanfaatkan sesuai denganperuntukannya. Saat ini wakaf uang dipandang sebagai salah satu solusi yang dapatmembuat wakaf menjadi lebih produktif, karena uang tidak lagi hanya dijadikan sebagaialat tukar menukar saja. Wakaf uang dalam konteks ekonomi dapat dimaksimalkansebagai bentuk usaha filantropi Islam yang berawal dari gerakan kecil yang dilakukanmasyarakat. Karena begitu banyaknya wakaf dalam bentuk uang, maka keharusan kitaadalah mengelolanya dengan baik yang kemudian hasil dari wakaf produktif tersebutdisalurkan sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Dalam program studi Perbankan SyariahFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Malang telah menerapkan adanya wakafharta bergerak (uang), namun wakaf tersebut belum dikelola. Maka dari itu HMJPerbankan Syariah akan menggunakan wakaf tersebut untuk membuka usaha yang dimanahasil dari usaha tersebut akan disalurkan kepada fakir miskin yang ada di Kota Malang,Jawa Timur. Sehingga dengan adanya wakaf produktif yang diterapkan oleh HMJPerbankan Syariah ini akan membantu perekonomian masyarakat Kota Malang, JawaTimur. Adapun dalam jurnal ini akan mengkaji mengenai pengelolaan dana wakafproduktif yang dijalankan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah,Universitas Islam Malang dengan metode analisis data deskriptif menggunakan data hasilkuisioner dan wawancara.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the mechanism of Peer to Peer Lending services at PT Ammana Fintek Syariah and explain the application of DSN MUI Fatwa Number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 regarding Peer to Peer Lending products. The analysis uses qualitative methods with content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Peer to Peer Lending service mechanism at PT Ammana Fintek Syariah has been registered and licensed at the OJK, there are three service mechanism products, namely Ammana funding, Hajj financing, and Ammana Paylater. Legally, it is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The financing agreement sourced from PT. Ammana Fintek Syariah based on QS. Al-Anfaal verse 27 and Ijab Qobul in accordance with the QS. Al-Maidah paragraph 1. Application of Peer to Peer Lending products that are not in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa no. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 in the general provisions of point 19, namely Gharar. At PT. Ammana Fintek Syariah which is a product of Dana Ammana regarding contracts, there is confusion with the contracts used that are not in accordance with sharia principles

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Online Review Youtube, Labelisasi Halal dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Instan Samyang (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa FEB UNISMA). Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FEB Universitas Islam malang yang pernah mengkonsumsi atau membeli produk mie instan Samyang sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 responden dan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dengan kriteria antara lain: (1) Nama; (2) Jenis Kelamin; (3) Jurusan; (4) Angkatan; (5) Pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi mie isntan Samyang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner angket untuk mengumpulkan data responden. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji T dan Uji F dan koefesien Determimasi untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial online review youtube tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie instan Samyang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Labelisasi Halal tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan Samyang. Hasil penelitian ini variabel Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan Samyang. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa online review youtube, labelisasi halal dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan Samyang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms,perceptions of technology, level of trust, and ease of use on customer interest inusing internet banking facilities (Case study customer of Bank Syariah IndonesiaBatu City). This type of research is quantitative research. This study took asample of 100 respondents who are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in BatuCity. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namelyattitude (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest (Y), subjective norm(X2) has a negative effect on interest (Y). , the perception of technology (X3) has anegative effect on interest (Y), the level of trust (X4) has a positive and significanteffect on interest (Y), ease of use (X5) has a positive and significant effect oninterest (Y). In contrast, the variabel Attitude (X1), Subjektive Norm (X2),Perception of Technology (X3), Level of Trust (X4), and Ease of Use (X5)have apositive and significant effect simultaneously on Interest.

Abstract

Sistem perekonomian adalah suatu sistem yang digunakan negara untuk mengalokasikansumber daya yang dimiliki individu maupun organisasi negara tersebut. Angka kemiskinan diIndonesia cukup tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukannya upaya-upaya untuk mengurangi angkakemiskinan tersebut. Maka perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk menanggulangi masalah kemiskinandan kesenjangan masyarakat seperti pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung usaha melaluipendistribusian zakat yang dilakukan secara merata kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui efektivitas pendistribusian zakat terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif karena peneliti inginmenggambarkan atau menuliskan fakta-fakta/keadaan yang ada dilihat dari proses penghimpunan danpendistribusian zakat yang dilakukan oeh BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep. Pada penelitian yangdilakukan berdasarkan ZCP dengan mengukur menggunakan rumus Allocation to Collection Ratiosehingga dapat mengukur tingkat efektivitas pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep menunjukkanbahwa tingkat pendistribusian BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep tergolong dalam Karena tingkatpenghimpunan dan pendistribusiannya tidak berjalan secara optimal sehingga belum mampumengeluarkan masyarakat yang tergolong mustahik menjadi muzakki, sehingga BAZNAS KabupatenSumenep dikatakan belum bisa dalam memberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Religiosity, Destination Image, Promotion, and Muslim Friendly Facilities on Satisfaction in Visiting Halal Destinations in Malang. This type of research is a quantitative survey research. In this study, the sample taken was active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang batch 2018 with a total of 135 people. This research uses quantitative data and methods the collection is by using a questionnaire via google form and  measured by a Likert scale. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study partially show that: 1) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction. 2) Destination image has a significant positive effect on visiting satisfaction. 3) Promotion has no positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction. 4) Muslim friendly facilities have a positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction.

Abstract

Defrayal or financing is funding provided by one party to another to support the planned investment, either by themselves or institution. In other words, the financing is funding incurred to support the planned investment. Financing terms in effect means that I believe, I trust. The word financing means (trust) that means financial institutions as sahib al-mal put their trust in someone to carry out the given mandate. The fund should be used properly, fairly, and must be accompanied by a bond and the terms are clear and mutually beneficial for both parties. Each financial institution has syari’ah philosophy to seek the pleasure of Allah. to obtain good in the world and the hereafter. Therefore, any activities of financial institutions which feared deviate from the guidance of religion should be avoided. In the implementation of the financing, Islamic bank must fulfill two very important aspects, namely: (1) syar’i aspect, where in each realization of financing to customers, the Islamic bank must be oriented to the Islamic Shariah; and (2) the economic aspect, which is still considering the gains, both for banks and for Shariah bank customers
