Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of fundamental factors (DER, ROE, PER, EPS and NPM) and risk (Beta) on stock returns of companies included in the index LQ 45. The study sample consisted of 17 companies which for 4 years in a row including the LQ 45. The statiscaly methods used to test the hypothesis in this study, is multiple linear regression technique and obtained the following results: Simultaneous way, all independent variables used in this study affect the stock returns of companies included in the index LQ 45. 2. Partially independent variables which affect the stock returns of companies included in the index is variable LQ 45 Debt Equity Ratio (X1), Earning Per Share (X4), Net Profit Margin (X5) and Beta (X6). Return on Equity (X2) and Price Earning Ratio (X3) variable had no effect on stock returns of companies included in the index LQ 45

Abstract

Leadership style and work motivation are elements that can affect on job satisfaction to improve employees’ job satisfaction. This research aims to know and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employees’ job satisfaction on the Polytechnic Tanah laut in Tanah Laut Regency. The type of research is explanatory research. All of the population are the samples of the research. Extracting information on 81 employees’ who were the respondents in the study, by using questionnaire in five scales of likert. Data analysis is taken from multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Multiple Determination, F-test and t-test. The results showed leadership style and work motivation partially or simultaneously positive and significant effect on the the employees’ job satisfaction. Based on these results, implications for the management employees’ that further enhance the confidence of the leadership and employees’ motivation in order to improve employees’ job satisfaction and institutional goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Abstract

The research aims to find out and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality towards consumer’s satisfaction. This research technique is using purposive sampling, as a sampel is inhabitant in residence of perumahan komplek AMD Permai Banjarmasin which is analyze using doubled regretion. The research shows that product quality plays quite a significant role towards consumer’s satisfaction. Service quality affects consumer’s satisfaction significant. And both product quality and service quality affects consumer’s satisfaction significant.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially on the performance of the employee Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Katingan. As well as to determine, which dominant variable effect on performance employees. The methods of this research are using questionnaires with a sample of 63 employees of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Katingan. Measurement variables using Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. To determine the effect of work motivation variables (X1) and work discipline variable (X2) on employee performance, using by linear regression analysis and to test the significant level using the F test and t-test with SPSS . The results simultaneously and partially suggests that work motivation variables (X1) and work discipline variable (X2) significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the study also showed, that motivational variables (X1) is the most dominant variables on performance Department of Transportation employee, Communication and Information Katingan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of capital structure on corporate performance after crisis 2008. DAR and DER are used as independent variables and ROA and ROE are used as dependent variables. Two variables are used as control variables namely size and sales. The population in this study is index LQ 45 which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. Regression analysis were used to test the impact of capital structure on corporate performance. The result shows that DAR has impact positive but not significant with ROA and negative but not significant with ROE while DER has negative but not significant with ROA dan positive but not significant with ROE. Size has negative but not significant with ROA and ROE and Sales has positive significant with ROA and ROE

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the profitability of financing company in Indonesia with samples of 6 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2012 period that meets the provisions of the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 84/PMK.012/2006 about a company financing. Return on Assets and Return on Equity is used as a proxy for profitability. Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Receivables Assets, Operating Efficiency, Size and Growth used as a measure of internal factors and the Gross Domestic Product as macroeconomic factors. The results showed the condition of the financing company experienced a difficult situation in making a profit from the provision of financing receivables. The use of debt and cost efficiency to provide benefits to shareholders, while the company size and growth of assets does not affect profitability. Macroeconomic factors found to influence the profitability of financing companies
