SMP Al-Faqih Nyamplong Kowel Pamekasan is one of the middle-level institutions which is directly under the auspices of the Islamic boarding schools in the Pamekasan sub-district. The institute is currently making efforts to improve the quality of learning such as conducting learning planning as outlined in the Learning Program Plan (RPP), the results of the study show that: First, 1) The teacher does the planning first by setting clear and concrete objectives, 2) The teacher organizes learning strategies by determining the types of methods, media, learning resources and teaching and learning facilities. Second, 1) Students are more active and learning activities are more fun, 2) Students can increase their knowledge of the material that has been and will be conveyed by the teacher. Third, 1) The supporting factors are; a) Learning activities are more effective and fun, b) Students have an interest and motivation to learn better. 2) Inhibiting factors for learning management strategies at Al-Faqih Middle School, namely; a) Environmental factors that are under the auspices of Islamic boarding schools, b) The lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure.

This study describes an overview of the use of social media as a management marketing strategy at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Babakan Jamanis. The benefits of social media as a marketing tool in the world of education in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution are the right choice because it is increasingly accessible to various groups. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the social media-based educational marketing strategy management is used, namely: Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube by first identifying in the community which then becomes an educational marketing strategy by highlighting the achievements of these institutions. The management of private education, supported by stakeholders and adequate facilities has provided a distinctive feature and strength in the management of educational marketing strategies at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Babakan Jamanis.

Discipline character should be created from all aspects of the activities carried out, including the discipline in following lecture activities carried out online by students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program at IAIN Madura. This research includes a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, the results of the study show that: first, the strategies used to discipline students in online lectures include clarifying pre-course contracts or course objectives, providing subject matter with the discussion method, giving assignments as material to evaluate the material presented and collecting tasks using deadlines. The two supporting factors are so that discipline in online lectures includes communication tools such as cellphones, laptops, and other applications as a medium for conveying information between students and lecturers, and the three inhibiting factors are not facilitated by internet networks and internet quota packages that are owned and the absence of tools. Other communications and solutions that should be provided are buying internet quotas and using Wi-fi and IAIN Madura providing a learning system with the IAIN Madura e-learning website.

The four problems that become the main study in this study. First, how to plan early child’s character development through habituation and exemplary in the Kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Second, how to organize the development of early child’s character through habituation and exemplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Third, how the implementation of early child’s character development through habituation and exemplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. Fourth, how to evaluate the character development of the early child through habituation and examplary in the kindergarten of Al-Quran Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. It is a qualitative descriptive study where the data collected through field observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that developing an early child’s character should be well managed. Instilling good habituation for the children and becoming an excellent example of the teachers proved successful in early child’s character development.

This study aims to describe the strategy of the madrasa head in implementing the memorizing (tahfidz) al-Qur'an program in MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong, with sub foci including (1) madrasa head planning, (2) madrasa head program implementation, and (3) the implications of the madrasa head strategy, which was carried out by MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong Sampang Madura. The results of this study indicate that: 1) planning the tahfidzul Qur'an program namely; cooperating with various parties both inside and outside the school, determining the coach of tahfidz who already memorized 30 juices. 2) The process of implementing the Tahfidz program is carried out every week at 06: 50-07: 30 WIB in each class using the Muroja'ah and Tikrar methods, the depositing process can be carried out on male or female coaches or assistant coaches. 3) Implications of the program of tahfidz al-Qur'an namely; improve the quality of madrasas, the number of student memorization that exceeds the target, and student achievement in non-academic fields. Pesantren is an Islamic religious education institution that has Kyai, students, boarding schools and mosques. Pesantren education institutions have made a major contribution in their role in advancing the world of education in Indonesia. This article aims to examine the role of the Darul Quran Islamic boarding school in implementing the national education system. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation study and observation. The results showed that the Darul Quran Islamic boarding school in Bandung was able to demonstrate its role in the national education system, through the Daqu method, and the Daili Activity which led the students to have attitudes, knowledge and skills to meet 21st century competencies.

Strategic management is a series of processes or stages. The strategic management process provides managers with a combined framework for dealing with a variety of unique problems to identify new opportunities more easily and to estimate the strengths that could be used and weaknesses that should be corrected. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type, the source of which is data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the teacher's strategic management in growing students' awareness to maintain Adiwiyata program, namely 1) Planning 2) Implementation 3) Evaluation every 3 months once. The supporting factors are: 1) Cooperation and cooperation between all elements of the school, 2) Following the existing regulations in school 3) Creating POKJA, 4) forming a picket schedule to monitor cleanliness, 5) Students do come from Adiwiyata elementary schools, 6) All teachers applying the Adiwiyata program to learning and organizational life. Inhibiting factors, namely: 1) The teacher's ignorance of the program and behavior that leads to the Adiwiyata program, 2) Family factors.

There are many parents who still didn’t know about the development of school model for children with elementary school levels. This condition clarified by the lack of socialization from government relate with the role of model in elementary. Research design that is use in this research is correlative cross sectional analytical study. Analytical design is research design that testing the correlation between variables which aims to find a relationship of parental support and students achievement. The result of both variables tested by SPSS Rank Spearman. The population in this research is student’s family of MI Mambaul Ulum from 4-6 grade as many as 34 people. The result showed that sig 2 tailed is 0,001 < 0,05 so the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is a correlation between parental support with students achievement at Mambaul Ulum boarding school Tlonto Raja Pasean sub-district, Pamekasan regency. The improving of children’s achievement can increase prosperity in future, children are the next generation who will carry out the interests of nation especially for their area where their live. PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MEMBUAT RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) TEMATIK 1 HALAMAN MELALUI WORKSHOP DARING DENGAN VARIASI MODEL JIGSAW DI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS DAERAH (UPTD) SEKOLAH DASAR (SD) NEGERI GENTENG 2 BANGKALAN Zainal Arifin

This research is a school action research with the main instrument being the task of making 1-page thematic lesson plans. There are 2 coaching cycles and the results of the study show that the teacher's ability to make 1-page thematic lesson plans can be improved through online workshops with variations of the jigsaw model. This is evidenced in the implementation of school action research which consists of 2 cycles showing an increase from cycle I to cycle II based on the results of assignments carried out in making thematic lesson plans, namely from 7 teachers there are 3 teachers or 42.86% in the low category, every 2 teachers or 28.57% in the medium and high categories. After the second cycle was carried out, the data obtained from the teacher's ability to make 1-page thematic lesson plans as follows that there were no teachers in the low category, 1 teacher or 14.28% in the medium category, and 6 teachers or 85.71% in the high category, therefore the cycle was stopped, because it has reached the expected success indicator, which is more than 75% in the high category. Teachers should continue to improve their competence in making 1-page Thematic lesson plan.
