Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ulee Kareng Branch Banda Aceh. To reveal the problem in depth and comprehensively, the researcher used a quantitative method with a total sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Then the data is described, analyzed, and discussed to answer the problems posed. From the results of this study, there is a significant effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ulee Kareng Branch Banda Aceh with significant results at 0.031<α= 0.05 and 0.000<α=0.05, with the percentage 0.640 or 64%.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability Going Concern Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017–2019 period. The sampling technique used the census method with a total of 34 companies. The data testing method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using secondary data. The results of the study show that both simultaneously and partially, Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability have an effect on Going Concern in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017–2019 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work creativity, work motivation and effective communication on employee performance at the Simeulue sub-district office. The sample of this study was set at 37 respondents. This result in a partial test shows that work creativity has an effect on employee performance by 0.224 or 22.4%. Likewise, work motivation has an effect on employee performance by 0.636 or 63.6%. Thus, effective communication affects employee performance 0.236 or 23.6%. After the T test shows that: 1. Work creativity affects employee performance Tcount 1.898> Ttable 1.690 and p value 0.004 < from p 0.05 means significant. 2. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. Tcount 4,459 > ​​Ttable 1,690 with p value 0.000 from < 0.05 meaning significant. 3. Effective communication has an effect on employee performance. Tcount 2.706 > Ttable 1.690 with p value 0.003 from <0.05 meaning significant. Simultaneously there is an influence between work creativity, work motivation, effective communication and employee performance of 0.741 or 74.1% and 0.259 or 25.9% is influenced by other variables. After the F test, the Fcount > Ftable or (31.432> 3.28) and the significant test that the p value of 0.000 < p which was set at 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) which means significant.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is the lack of a promotional mix strategy carried out by Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh in order to increase public interest or potential consumers to come and buy the products marketed by Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on sales volume at Coffe Solong Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The location of this research was conducted at Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh, while the object of this research was about the effect of the promotion mix on sales volume at Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study were 33 employees with a census sampling technique, where the entire population had the opportunity to be a sample. The results of the study prove that customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty with a t-count value of 11.201, while t-table is 2.039, the results of this calculation indicate that t-count > t-table with a significance of 0.000 or the probability is far below ᵅ = 5%, this implies that The higher the promotion mix, the higher the sales volume will be.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a job that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and contributes to the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency. Location The research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Nagan Raya Regency, where there were 35 civil servants. The sampling method in this study used saturated sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 35 people, meaning that the entire population was used as a sample or saturated sample, while the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) obtained a tcount of 2,340, for the work discipline variable (X2), the tcount was obtained. Amounted to 2,415. This shows that tcount > ttable is 2.03693, thus accepting Ha rejects Ho. While the Simultaneous F test of 5.728 with R2 of 56.90% employee performance is influenced by compensation (X1), and work discipline (X2). compensation and work discipline of employees at the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency, the higher the employee's performance will be.

Abstract

This study intends to find out how good planning and budgeting is and aims to see the performance of the Nagan Raya Regency Legislative Council (DPRK). In the 2021 Nagan Raya Regency RPJMK Document, in the process of compiling the Nagan Raya Regency RPJMK Document, there are systemic complexities of problems. To fix this problem, a Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach is used. The calculation of activities that are not synchronized between planning and activities and budgets carried out by detailed interviews. Obtaining conformity shows the compatibility between planning and budgeting activities in the Nagan Raya Regency People's Representative Council. The best fit is in POKIR for Community welfare. Where in POKIR explains about, which village and what development is being carried out as well as how much is the budget/cost of the development. The results of the analysis of performance achievement in the Bappeda of Nagan Raya Regency. Sometimes there are obstacles that make the Program not suitable due to field events such as late Disbursement of Funds, the Programs and activities have not been according to the time set so that they are less consistent. The results of the analysis of performance achievements in the Nagan Raya Regency People's Representative Council show that both targets, programs and activities are in line with the predetermined targets.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether internal audit, supervision and control simultaneously affect the prevention of cash fraud at the Meuraxa Health Center in Banda Aceh City. This study uses a total sample (census), where all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done because the population is small, less than 100 people, so the sample of this study is 52 people. The results show that internal audit, supervision and control simultaneously and partially affect the prevention of cash fraud at Meuraxa Health Center Banda Aceh City. Konstanta (α) of 9.031 which means that if the variables of Internal Audit, Supervision and Control are considered constant, then the amount of cash fraud prevention at the Meuraxa Health Center in Banda Aceh City is 9.031%. the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.879 where with that value there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 87.9%. This means that internal audit, supervision and control have a strong relationship to the prevention of cash fraud at the Meuraxa Health Center, Banda Aceh City. Meanwhile the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained with a value of 0.772 means that 77.2% changes in the dependent variable (cash fraud prevention) can be explained by changes in internal audit, supervision and control factors. While the rest of 11.3% is explained by other factors outside the variables of this study

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the purchase intention of Alfamidi's private label products. The study used a sample of 96 respondents who were consumers of Alfamidi's private label products. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equation, test the coefficient of determination (R2), test the hypothesis (t and F test). The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that price and product quality have a positive effect on buying interest while risk perception has a negative effect on buying interest. The results of the t test show that partially the price has a significant effect on buying interest, product quality partially has a significant effect on buying interest while risk perception partially has no significant effect on buying interest. The results of the F test show that simultaneously price, product quality and risk perception have a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.402 or 40.2% that the price, product quality and risk perception variables can explain the interest in buying Alfamidi's private label products and the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined such as promotion and distribution.
