Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out how philanthropy is in the concept of socialist economic system and sharia economic system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature analysis study (library research). There are advantages and disadvantages to this philanthropy for the state. Islamic philanthropy is a term that emerged in modern times as a result of the adoption of the word. This kind of philanthropy activity has taken place before the existence of Islam because the discourse of social justice has developed from before the existence of Islam. In Indonesian, a term that is quite similar to philanthropy is social generosity, which includes zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf (ZISWAF).In theory, the concept of philanthropy as a mechanism for distributing wealth is the activity of diverting a portion of wealth or material assets from those who have a capable economy, to be distributed to those who are less fortunate in their economy. This proves that zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, or philanthropic institutions are public or social institutions that play a major role in the socio-economic community. Islamic philanthropy (zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf) is a solution to people's problems and humanitarian problems, especially poverty. So the poverty alleviation effort is to develop and manage ZISWAF funds optimally, or by managing funds productively. Through the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program, business actors are not only concerned with profit but also contribute to society such as PT Sido Muncul. Abstract

Indonesia with the largest Muslim community, may take a dominant role in the global halal industry. In order for industry halal can grow and develop rapidly so as to offset the Internasional economy, it is necessary to work hard to encourage the rise of Indonesian halal industry. We can use the halal industry with all its potential to encourage an increase in the value of foreign exchange reserves. Industrial halal are acceptable and desirable community itself and become a mainstay so as to move the real sector and the national economy it is necessary to foster a proper strategy for the development of halal industry in Indonesia. Abstract

Indonesia is currently still facing challenges in developing a digital economy. This requires the participation of the millennial generation in developing the digital economy. The millennial generation is the generation born at the time of the increasingly rapid technological developments in human life, namely between 1977-1994. The millennial generation has an important role in the development of the digital economy. One of the efforts that the millennial generation can take is to develop entrepreneurship based on digital technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with an analytical study approach. The data collection techniques that researchers use include observation and interviews. The results showed that 90% of sales were made through online media and the remaining 10% was door to door to consumers. The strategies used by the two resource persons were creating interesting social media content, giving gifts, doing promotions on certain days and holding giveaways. The challenges faced are the ups and downs of consumers, a decline in demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some mistake from business actors, and errors from suppliers (goods providers). Abstract

Educating the nation is one of the goals of the state according to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. However, until the age of 71 years of Indonesian independence, people's lives still do not have access to proper formal education. there are certain groups of children who are most vulnerable to the impact, most of whom come from poor families so they are unable to continue their education to the next level. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency, there was an average increase in the cost of education by 6% in the 2015 to 2017 range, especially at the tertiary level. Because the high cost of education in Indonesia causes children to drop out of school, some of those who are not lucky have to work for earn a living. What will happen if the future of the nation is cut off in the middle of getting an education or even if they never get an education at all?The Indonesian Port Cooperative III comes with various products, one of which is Ijarah multiservice. Multi-service ijarah is a form of service product in the Indonesian Port Cooperative III. This product is to finance various services. One of them is for the cost of education. Multi-service ijarah is a lease transaction with an ijarah contract for services in obtaining benefits for a service where the bank will receive compensation in the form of wages (ujrah) or rent. Abstract

This research raises the theme of Murabahah financing products at BMT Permata Mojokerto, East java. This is motivated by the development of islamic financial Institutions which also indicated by the high number of BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil) BMT it self is a sharia financial institution that provides sharia financing services to businesses micro for its members the existence of BMT is strategic, especially to reach rural areas (agricultural sector and informal sector).This study aims to determine how the systematics of Murabahah financing Products at BMT Permata Mojokerto, East Java. This type of research is qualitative research. The research data were obtained thourgh observation, interviews and documentation methods found in the field. Abstract

Fundraising is an activity in order to collect funds from the community, both individuals, groups, organizations, and governments which will later be used to finance a program or activity of the institution so as to achieve the goals to be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies used in raising funds in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Cabang Sidoarjo. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at LAZNAS by collecting data by interview, observation, and data literature. The result of this research is that each fundraiser has its own strategy to raise funds. Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia has devastated various sectors of life. Starting from the economy, education, health, social, and many other crucial factors. In addition to having an impact on the national economy, Covid-19 also has an impact on the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) regarding innovations in collecting zakat funds. Based on data from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) stated, in December 2019 recipients of zakat from Muzzaki only reached Rp. 21,347,813,515. This amount was obtained from entity zakat amounting to Rp 569,693,965 and individual zakat amounting to Rp 20,778,119,450 Data collection used observation and interview methods. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Sidoarjo branch of the Yatim Mandiri Foundation developed digital fundraising strategy services such as internal platforms, external platforms, artificial intelligence platforms, and innovation platforms. In addition, in conducting fundraising, Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Branch applies two fundraising methods, namely direct (direct) fundraising and indirect (indirect) fundraising. The performance for ziscos, in one day visiting the donor's house to educate the public to pay tithe, infaq and alms of at least 10 people. Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are one of the spearheads of economic stability in Indonesia. Because this business has a very stable development, therefore the government must take part in the development of MSMEs in Indonesia so that they can maintain economic stability in this country. bankrupt business. Because they are unable to survive due to limited mobilization. This study aims to determine what marketing strategies are used to promote donuts from Donutday. This study uses qualitative analysis which uses literacy studies from previous journals and searches for data through sources, the data obtained are obtained from interviews with business owners. The marketing strategy carried out in this business is a transactional marketing strategy, marketing strategy, strategy through social media, interactive marketing strategy, content marketing. The results of the study show marketing strategies using Instagram social media and also utilizing the features of the application to find customers. The reason for using Instagram social media is because Instagram is very popular among millennials and the features provided are quite a lot, so business actors can be creative in creating content to attract consumer interest. Abstract

Ziswaf (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, Wakaf) is very important for Muslims in worship. Ziswaf is the third pillar of Islam that is obligatory for every Muslim who is able to help his brother who is entitled to receive it. Ziswaf is the obligation of every Muslim who is able to pay it to those who need it more. In essence, Allah gives wealth to every Muslim in his portion. However, the existence of zakat will equalize the wealth of existing human beings. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data was obtained from the Head of the Sidoarjo Yatim Mandiri Branch. Secondary data is a reference to Yatim Mandiri Magazine which will complement the existing documentation. Data collection methods that the author uses are interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that these donor institutions consist of corporations and retail, namely in the form of CSR assistance and individual assistance by way of donations picked up by officers or bank transfers. There are donors for this institution in all areas of Sidoarjo. Most of the donors' payment methods are carried out by pick-up by the officer where the donor will receive proof of payment and the magazine as a medium of da'wah. Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of sharia economic principles in CV. Bersatu Jaya Sidoarjo Regency. The method of data analysis used in research is qualitative analysis with normative and sociological approaches. Research data is obtained from primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observations, documentation, interviews. The results of this study show that CV. Bersatu Jaya has applied sharia economic principles in its company's operations. This is because in the company's operational activities contain Islamic economic value such as Tawhid, Justice, and Leadership.
