Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) on the work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Empang Unit. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Empang Unit. The number of samples is 84 samples. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that occupational health (X1) and work safety (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. PLN Unit Empang (Y), either partially or simultaneously. The results of the R2 test show that the effect of occupational health (X1) and work safety (X2) variables on the work productivity of PT. PLN Unit Empang (Y) is 94.2%, while the remaining 5.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership patterns on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa Regency. The number of employees at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District is 24 people, so this study uses a saturated sample (census sampling). The type of data in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the pattern of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District. It was obtained from the results of simple linear regression coefficient testing, namely the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (2.386>2.074), and the significant value of the calculation result is less than = 5% (0.029<0.05). In the R2 test, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.700, meaning that the leadership pattern contributes to changes in employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District, by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the financial management innovation index at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District. The type of this study was descriptive study. The data used in this study was primary data. The technique used to collect data was through questionnaire. The populations in this study were all employees at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District. The technique of determining the sample was using the Slovin formula, therefore the number of samples in this study was 55 samples. The data analysis technique used was standard equation for calculating the innovation index. Based on the results of the data analysis, the value of each dimension were as follow: The dimension of novelty with innovation score was of 7.74, the dimension of productive with value was of 7.76, the dimension of impact with value was of 7.52 and dimension sustainable with value was of 7.55. Then from the results of all the dimension concluded that financial management innovation index at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District was 76.3 or 76.30% with the "Innovative" category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze online bussiness strategies (e-commerce) in increasing consumer buying interest. This research was conducted at the Orin Babok Online Shop. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. Data collection is done by the questionnaire method. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis technique, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that the online bussiness strategy (e-commerce) had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Orin Babok Online Shop. A positive relationship means that if the online marketing strategy (e-commerce) increases, the consumer's buying interest will also increase. This is indicated by the value of the calculated coefficient of tcount which is greater than the value of ttable (18,767 > 2,011). The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.878. This means that the magnitude of the influence of online bussiness strategy variables (e-commerce) on consumer buying interest at Orin Babok Online Shop is 87.8%, while the remaining 12.2% is caused by other variables beyond the scope of this study, such as product quality, prices, discounts and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer loyalty at UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. This type of research is associative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents. The respondents in this study amounted to 30 customers UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square program with the help of Smart PLS software. This research model is a reflective construct model at the second order level which consists of two stages of testing, namely testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model). The results showed that the quality of service to consumers, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had no effect on customer loyalty, while empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. Changes in the customer loyalty variable can be explained well by the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables, which are 1,000 which means they are in the substantial/strong category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the influence of work experirnce and productivity toward the income of woven cloth craftsmen in the Kemang Langit Group at Moyo Hilir Sub-District, both partially and simultaneously. Type of this study was quantitative associative. The data were collected in the form of primary data obtained directly through questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation. The populations in this study were all craftsmen of Kemang Langit at Moyo Hilir Sub-District with number of population were 33. The technique used to determine sample in this study was using census sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, t and F statistical tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Tests were carried out using the help of the SPSS version 16.0 for windows application. Results of the study showed that the variable of work experience (X1) and work productivity (X2) had a significant influence toward the income of woven cloth craftsmen in the Kemang Langit Group at Moyo Hilir Sub-district, both partially and simultaneously. The ability of work experience variable (X1) and work productivity (X2) in influencing changes in the income of woven cloth craftsmen (Y) in the Kemang Langit woven cloth Group, Samri hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-district, was of 46.3%, while the remaining of 53.7% was influenced by other variable outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study are women who run entrepreneurship in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District, amounting to 64 people. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample, ie all the population is used as a sample. The tool used to collect data is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant impact on the socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District. This means that the high socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District is influenced by the high level of women's participation in entrepreneurship in helping the family economy. The degree of influence of the variable level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District is 86%, while the remaining 14% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary (X1), bonus (X2), and facilities (X3) on employee work motivation (Y) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Unit Kota 1 Sumbawa Besar, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative research. The data used is primary data in the form of respondents' answers obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit 1 Sumbawa Besar, totaling 20 people. The number of employees can be known with certainty and the number is not large, so the determination of the number of samples is carried out using a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, t and F statistical tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 16.0 application for windows. The research findings show that bonuses and facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, while salaries partially have no effect on employee work motivation at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit 1 Sumbawa Besar. Simultaneously, salaries, bonuses and facilities have a significant effect on employee motivation at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit 1 Sumbawa Besar. The ability of the salary, bonus and facilities variables in influencing variations in employee motivation changes at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit 1 Sumbawa Besar is 71.7% or is at a high level of correlation (relationship) so that the relationship is significant (meaningful), while the rest is 28.3% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of coastal women in Labuhan Sumbawa Village, Labuhan Badas District in optimizing their position as not only housewives but also being able to help improve the household economy. This research is descriptive. Research informants consisted of the head of the PKK, village officials, community leaders and the people of Labuhan Sumbawa Village. Data was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the role of women in Labuhan Sumbawa Village was not only being a housewife but also participating in increasing their family's household income. The participation of coastal women in Labuhan Sumbawa Village is by having a side business in order to improve family welfare. The participation of coastal women in Labuhan Sumbawa Village is manifested in the housewife sector, trading, as well as social activities. The need for coastal women to improve their business is the need for business capital assistance for home industries so that the quality of the product can support family income. There needs to be a special auction place provided by the government so that the price of fish increases so that household income increases. If household income increases, coastal women no longer need to do activities outside the home.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management at Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency (BKPP) of Sumbawa District in fiscal year of 2021. The type of this study was quantitative descriptive study. The method used to collect data was through library method. The data used in this study was secondary data obtained from BKPP office of Sumbawa. To know the effectiveness of the existing budget in Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency in fiscal year of 2021, it was done analysis toward the budget of direct and indirect spending The results of study showed that the budget management at BKPP of Sumbawa District was very good. It was based on the realization of direct spending of 94.19% with ratio of "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency of indirect spending management was 97.85% with a ratio in the "Very Efficient" category.
