<![CDATA[The appearance of Jellyfish on Teluk Saleh Island, Sumbawa Regency, is an opportunity to develop this product, not only exporting raw materials, but also in the form of processed materials so that they have a greater added value than just raw materials. The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of the business benefits of Jellyfish fishermen in realizing prosperity. This type of research is descriptive research with survey methods through a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. A large number of fishermen have benefited from the business of catching jellyfish on the island of Teluk Saleh. Utilization of Jellyfish in Saleh Bay can have a positive impact because it is considered a stinging pest and can become Saleh Bay's export commodity which has a high selling value and price. feel self-sufficient and have implications for improving the welfare of Jellyfish fishermen in Teluk Saleh.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the experiences of fishermen's wives working in balancing the dual roles of work and family, as well as the factors that can influence it. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) technique. The researcher managed to conclude that there were five main themes including; a picture of life at work, the dynamics of life in the family, a picture of life undergoing multiple roles, the factors that influence the dual role of fishermen's wives and exploration of achieving balance in playing multiple roles. The role of being a housewife in a family and working to help the family economy begins when fishermen's wives choose to work after marriage. The encouragement of fishermen's wives to keep working after marriage is due to uncertain family income. This is also because their husband's catch depends on the season. Erratic season affects the fishermen's catch. One of the encouragement of fishermen's wives to work is to actualize their potential and abilities and to meet family needs]]>

<![CDATA[The inability to access financial services can have a major impact on the sustainability and success of business actors. Financial inclusion is expected to be maximized so that business actors can be assisted in achieving business success. Currently, business actors based on creative and non-creative economics are the largest business actors in Sumbawa Regency, reaching 11,598 business units consisting of 11,347 micro businesses, 244 small businesses and 7 medium businesses. The results of this study indicate that in the development of economic in Sumbawa Regency, it is recognized that most micro business actors are still facing various problems. Lack of market access, capital, development of information technology and development of human resources, business networks, resulting in low productivity and competitiveness of business actors. However, some business actors have started to rise because they received assistance from the government in the National Economic Recovery scheme.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sacara jelas pelaksanaan retribusi Pasar Labuhan Sumbawa Kecamatan Labuhan Badas serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan retribusi pasar dan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari para pejabat dan petugas yang secara langsung menangani pelaksanaan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan judul skripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pengamatan/ observasi, wawancara/interview dan kepustakaan. Setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya di analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Retribusi Pasar Labuhan Sumbawa Kecamatan Labuhan Badas pada tahun 2015-2019 berjalan dengan baik. Untuk Tahun 2015, tahun 2016, tahun 2017 dan tahun 2018 dapat melebihi target yang telah ditetapkan, sedangkan pada Tahun 2019 penerimaan retribusi pasar tidak bisa memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan disebabkan keadaan ekonomi masyarakat yang tidak stabil sehingga menyebabkan pendapatan wajib retribusi sangat sedikit]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to know how much the contribution of the marine and fisheries sector toward the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Sumbawa District. This study was a descriptive. Types of data in this study were quantitative and qualitative. The data sourced used was secondary from 2010 until 2019 which was taken from the Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) of Sumbawa District and literature related to this study. Data collection methods used were documentation and literature. Data analysis techniques used was contribution analysis. Based on the results of study showed that the contribution of the marine and fisheries sector toward gross regional domestic product if seen from the constant price was of 9.20% per year and from the current price of 8.59% per year. The amount of this contribution will have an impact toward the economy of the Sumbawa District. The higher contribution made, communities’ economy will also increase and in the end it will improve the regional economy of Sumbawa District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee development on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary sources in the form of respondents' responses in answering the questionnaire given. The source of the data in this study was determined using the cencus sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as the research sample so that the respondents in this study were all 34 employees of the Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that work motivation and employee development have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, either partially or simultaneously. The effect of work motivation and employee development on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Sumbawa Regency is 81.8%, while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the use of E-Banking on UMKM in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency. Qualitative research with Phenomenology: a form of qualitative research in which the researcher attempts to understand how one or more individuals experience a phenomenon, through case studies and primary data sources. The results showed that there were 52 UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the decline in the income of UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency, this affects the decision of UMKM actors to use E-Banking services. Another obstacle is also caused by the lack of understanding, knowledge and information related to E-Banking services which has resulted in UMKM actors in Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency not yet optimal in using E-Banking services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to know the quality of public services provided by the Head Village of Penyaring Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District. Type of this study was descriptive. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data obtained through interviews. The informants in the study were the community and government staff in Penyaring Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District. Data analysis was done using data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation. The results of study showed that the performance of the head village in the public service of Penyaring village, Moyo Utara Sub-district was still not good, due to the lack of village officials in several positions so that it was not optimal in service, the lack of discipline of the Head village in working hours caused public service not optimal. The hope of Penyaring Village community, especially in providing services, must comply with village regulations, and the mechanism for making decisions and policies must prioritize the community, not groups.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study are women who run entrepreneurship in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District, amounting to 64 people. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample, ie all the population is used as a sample. The tool used to collect data is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant impact on the socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District. This means that the high socioeconomic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District is influenced by the high level of women's participation in entrepreneurship in helping the family economy. The degree of influence of the variable level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family in Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District is 86%, while the remaining 14% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of health service fees on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative research. The associative type used in this study aims to determine the effect of health service fees (X) on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) of Sumbawa Regency (Y). The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of data on the realization of receipt of health service fees from 25 service counters of the Community Health Center in each sub-district in Sumbawa Regency, the realization of receipt of fees for health services at the Hospital and the realization of Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) for Sumbawa Regency which obtained documents and archives from the Central Agency. Statistics (BPS) of Sumbawa Regency which have been published. All collected data were processed with the help of the SPSS application to be analyzed using techniques which included simple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the research has been concluded that health service fees have a positive and significant effect on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in Sumbawa Regency. The degree of influence of health service fees on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) of Sumbawa Regency is 49.4%, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this study, such as blood tax, regional fees other than health service fees, and others.]]>
