Abstract

Traditional market development is essential to survive competition in modern markets. Furthermore Papringan, one of Indonesia's traditional viral markets, implemented a strategy of hawking traditional food with keping pring as a currency. This study examines the marketing concept of Papringan Market, Temanggung, and its economic impact on the community. It conducted a narrative review with two steps, including database search and thematic analysis. The study is limited to Indonesian and publication in the last five years (2015-2020). An electronic database search from Google Scholar and ResearchGate obtained 28 articles, though only nine met the inclusion criteria. The result indicated that the marketing strategy involves implementing keping pring as a currency, selling vintage foods, traditional presentations, developing websites, making motion graphics, and utilizing social media, specifically Instagram. Furthermore, the market functions as the basis for economic welfare, improving the human resources, environmental conservation, and building brotherhood.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important pillars in the movement of the Indonesian economy. Wanurejo Village is one of the tourist villages located in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency which is one of the parts of the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) of Borobudur Temple. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of tourism potential in Wanurejo Village with the 4A approach (Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary and Accessibility). Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the results, the development of tourism in the Wanurejo based on the supporting components of tourism cannot be said to be optimal. These findings are expected to be input to the local government as a reference for the development of the Wanurejo Tourism village as one of the buffer zones of Borobudur temple.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' interest in learning mathematics. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Trasan 2, Bandongan sub-district, Magelang Regency. This research was conducted using data collection methods in the form of interviews with teachers, students and parents, observations on teachers, students, and parents, as well as observing several supporting documents. This study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The triangulation used, source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman which consists of 4 stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students' interest in learning in mathematics subjects is that students feel happy and have ownership with mathematics because the teacher in delivering teaching materials uses interesting media. Teachers also have learning support facilities in the form of a fairly complete learning administration such as PROTA, PROMES, syllabus, lesson plans, modules, worksheets, daily journals, etc. However, in practice they are often faced with various obstacles including students who often do not focus on the subject matter, students who are passive in discussion activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work discipline on employee performance. The population and the sample of this research are employees who work in industrial companies in the Karanganyar area with a total of 190 employees as respondent. The type of data that used in this research is primary data. The data collection method is to distribute questionnaires in the form of print out questionnaires, then it will be processed by using SPSS Statistic 26 software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of behavioral approach group counseling with modeling techniques on improving student learning discipline. This research is animpure experimental research (Pre-experimental Design (non design)), with the experimental form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study was selected by purposive sampling. The samples taken in this study were 5 students or teenagers as the experimental group. The method of data analysis was confirmed by using a disciplinary questionnaire in learning. Test the validity of the disciplinary questionnaire instrument in learning by using the product moment formula while the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS For Windows version 24.00 program. The results of this study indicate that behavioral group counseling Modeling techniques have an effect on increasing discipline in student learning. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test by showing the asymp probability. sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, whereas if the probability is asymp. Sig. (2- tailed)> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The probability value of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, then according to the basis of decision making in the paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the pretest and posttest scores in filling out the discipline questionnaire in learning, so that group counseling services with a behavioral approach to improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling through a solution focused brief counseling (sfbc) approach to improve adolescent emotional management. This study uses the one group pretest-posttest design. The samples taken in study were 8 teenagers consisting of one experimental group. Sampling using an emotion management questionnare. The data analysis method used is parametric analysis paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that group counseling through a solution focused brief counseling (sfbc) approach has an effect on on improving adolescent emotional management. This evidenced from the results of the paired sample t-test with a probability value of sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the emotional management questionare 12,90% from the results of pretest and posttest. The results of the research can be concluded that group counseling through a solution focused brief counseling (sfbc) approach has an effect on improving adolescent emotional management.
