Abstract

Al-Revelation (revelation) is the word masdar (infinitive). He points to two basic meanings: hidden and fast. Therefore, it is said "revelation is information hidden and fast specifically addressed to certain people without being known to others. However, sometimes it also means A-Muha, namely the understanding of isim maf'ul, the meaning of which is revealed, in the Qur'an revelation is repeated 78 times, namely in the form of a noun (isim) 6 times and in the form of a verb (fi). 'il) 72 times. The discussion of revelation in Islam is a universal discussion that is not limited by place and time. Revelation is a process of communication between Khaliq and His creatures, especially humans. This research uses the type of literature review research. The data sources of this research are articles, books, journals and so on. The analytical technique used is to examine, analyze, and draw conclusions. From this research, we can see that the notion of revelation is mentioned as Ilham Al-fitri li Al-Insan, inspiration in the form of instinct to animals, inspiration that is quick through signs, whispers of Satan to decorate the bad so that it looks beautiful in humans, what Allah conveys. to His angels in the form of an order to be done. Islam places revelation in a more dominant position over reason in the main commands, for example in matters of worship and events related to the orders of the Prophet Muhammad in his time.

Abstract

Islam dalam wujudnya memiliki dua bentuk. Pertama, Islam sebagai sistem keagamaan yang bersifat transendental yang ideal. Yaitu sebagaimana tertuang dalam berbagai ilmu keislaman yang merupakan hasil interpretasi atau pemahaman secara kontekstual para ulama’ terhadap Al-Qur’an dan keteladanan Rasulullah SAW. Kedua, Islam yang tercermin dalam realitas sejarah kebudayaan, peradaban dan masyarakat muslim. Ini artinya bagaimana Islam sebagai agama yang memuat ajaran-ajaran Ilahi dapat dibahasakan dan dilaksanakan oleh manusia, sehingga untuk dapat menerjemahkan pesan Allah melaui Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab tuntunan umat Islam, maka perlu adanya suatu pemikiran atau kajian ilmu untuk memahami pesan yang disampaikan Al-Qur’an, sehingga Al-Qur’an dapat membumi di masing-masing hati sanubari umat Islam.

Abstract

Islamic law has its own tips and rules in sowing love and building a family. The normative rules of Islamic law are different from the rules and culture that apply today, especially the rules and culture which are the influence of modern lifestyles from the West. The culture of promiscuity, anti-marriage, marriage and divorce, and the like are not in line with the norms of Islamic law. Muslims wherever they are must maintain and practice their religious teachings so that they are not easily influenced by the many cultures of the opposite sex that do not pay attention to social responsibility for the future of children. Islamic law has rules regarding the association of men and women before and after marriage. Pre marriage, men and women may not lead to adultery. After marriage, the husband and wife must carry out their obligations, so that all parties can obtain their respective rights proportionally. Besides that, husband and wife must be smart in choosing attitudes, behaviors and words that can please their partner, so that family happiness (love) can last.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the concept of legal thought in Islam comprehensively and in detail. The research method used is library research. Data collection techniques were derived from various literatures and then used a normative descriptive approach and were analyzed according to the problems related to the theme and title of the study. The results of his research are the concepts, products, characteristics, sources, and principles of the development of Islamic legal thought.

Abstract

This article describes the relationship between culture and religion with a literature review approach. the results of the study understand that the historical journey of reconciliation between Islam as a religion and the local culture that surrounds it and the existence of a legitimative legal basis from syara'. So for the strategy of developing Islamic culture in Indonesia, we need to have a vision for the future. Because culture touches all aspects and dimensions of perspective, attitude to life and its actualization in human life. In addition, cultural movements are more integrative and mass in nature.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). Stages of Implementation of Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto (2) Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive type of research with data sources from school principals, teachers, and students (AKM participants). The data collection procedures used are observation (observation), interviews and documentation. The stages of research carried out are planning, implementation and writing stages of research results for drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that (1) The stages of implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto are the preparation stage such as facilities (computer units, internet/wifi access, AKM guide books), holding workshops (training) for teachers, procurement proctor, conduct simulations and guidance for AKM participants. At the stage of the implementation process, there is supervision. As well as the evaluation and follow-up stages by getting used to reading before the lesson starts in order to improve students' reading literacy. (2) The obstacles faced in implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto are the lack of teacher understanding, inadequate internet access, not all AKM participants can operate a computer, as well as the lack of interest of students in reading questions. As for the efforts made, namely, providing workshops (training) for teachers, dividing the implementation sessions for AKM participants, conducting simulations and supervision, and providing guidance or tutoring.

Abstract

Research Objectuves: (1) the implementation of learning with using the Mind Mapping discussion method (concept maps) to foster interest student learning grade IX.G SMP Negeri 1 Mangarabombang Takalar (2) Is it in the process of using the discussion learning method using the Mind Mapping technique (concept map) there are obstacles faced in its application. This research is a qualitative research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, application of methods, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of learning by using the Mind Mapping discussion method (concept map) can foster interest in learning for class IX.G students at SMP Negeri 1 Mangarabombang Takalar and has given a good impact by fostering student interest in learning, because students are more happy with the discussion learning method with mind mapping techniques (concept maps). The application of discussion learning carried out with direction and guidance by the teacher can form student interest in learning, students train creativity in thinking with Mind Mapping. (2) There are several supporting factors in the successful application of the discussion learning method with mind mapping techniques (concept maps), including, (a) factors from the teacher, the teaching ability of a teacher can stimulate the thinking process and help the growth of critical attitudes of students. ; (b) factors from students, with this method students are more confident in expressing their opinions, students become more familiar with their teachers because discussions open up attachments so that everyone is free with their opinions, students become high in enthusiasm in studying the material; (c) factors from the environment. The environment that affects the learning process in the classroom and the environment around the school, in the classroom such as clean classroom conditions while factors from the school environment such as the availability of guaranteed facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of the learning method process

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To determine the strategy of providing strengthening religious character education by teachers at SMP Negeri 26 Makassar. 2) To find out the factors that inhibit and support the provision of strengthening the religious character of students at SMP Negeri 26Makassar. 3) To find out the efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the inhibiting factors. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysi.The results of the study showed that (1) the strategy for strengthening religious character was carried out by teachers at SMP Negeri 26 Makassar, namely implementing strategies in the form of example, habituation, discussion stories using learning media. Using strategies in the form of rewards and punishments, and cooperation between teachers and parents or guardians of students. (2) factors that become inhibitors and supporters in the strategy of providing strengthening of religious character education at SMP Negeri 26 Makassar, namely the inhibiting factors are influenced by the environment, cellphone peers, self-awareness of the students themselves and the lack of teacher supervisors. While the supporting factors are the desire of students for supporting religious activities and adequate facilities and infrastructure. 3) The teacher's efforts in overcoming the inhibiting factors are holding cooperation with parents of students, giving advice and motivation to students in choosing friends to hang out with, limiting students from using mobile phones in class and raising students awareness and maximizing teacher supervision of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Sistem Pengelolaan Zakat Fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng, (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam Pengelolaan Zakat Fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggambarkan sistem pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng dan Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng dilakukan melalui tiga jalur, yaitu pengumpulan, pengelolaan dana yang terkumpul, dan pendistribusian. Pengumpulan hingga pendistribusian dilakukan oleh Amil/ Pengelola Zakat. Zakat fitrah didistribusikan kepada fakir miskin, Imam selaku Amil, Ibnu Sabil, Fisabilillah, dan UPZ Kecamatan Donri-Donri untuk kemudian disalurkan kembali kepada yang berhak menerimanya. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng, yaitu: masih ada muzakki yang menyetor zakat fitrahnya tidak sesuai ketentuan kadar zakat, terdapat beberapa Masjid yang pengelola zakatnya dalam hal ini Imam Masjid yang sudah lanjut usia sehingga mereka merasa kesulitan dalam hal penulisan administrasi pengumpulan zakat fitrah yang ada, dan masih rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Pengelola Zakat yang disebabkan karena kurangnya sosialisasi pemerintah tentang pengelolaan zakat.
