<![CDATA[The goal of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with the District Integrated Administration Program (PATEN) at the Kerinci Regency's Kayu Aro Barat District office. The responsiveness of employees in providing services to the community is one of the major issues contributing to community unhappiness. The Kayu Aro Barat District Office must therefore preserve the confidence and satisfaction of the general public by raising the standard of its services. Multiple linear regression and a quantitative approach were used in this study. Strategies for gathering data via questionnaires. 86 participants participated in this survey as respondents. The Random Sampling method is employed in the sampling process. The IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 application was used to calculate the hypothesis testing. The District Integrated Administration Program is not significantly impacted by responsiveness, but it is impacted by reliability, physical ability, assurance, and empathy.]]>

<![CDATA[This have a purpose to see the influence of education and training, promotion and transfer of staff By Bapedda R&D Kerinci Regency. For this type of research, namely Kuantitative. While The sampling technique used is total sampling. As for to population numbers employees who are in Bapedda R&D Kerinci Regency which amounts to 37 people. The results showed that (1) There is pengaruh education and practice towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency, bahwa found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (2) There is pengaruh promotion towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency, that found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (3) There is pengaruh employee transfers towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency that found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (4) There is an influence education and practice, promotion and employee transfers towards work achievements in Bapedda R&D, Kerinci Regency found significance value that is 0.000 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is included in the category of quantitative research because this study seeks to test hypotheses by utilizing samples taken from the community. This research was conducted at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Agam. In this study, the sampling method used is the area sampling method because the work area has a wide scope. A total of 182 participants in this study were sampled. At the Class II Immigration Office of Non TPI Agam, the results showed that the variable quality of e-government services had a positive or significant effect on the service user satisfaction variable. This is by taking into account the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 for the variable quality of e-government services on the service user satisfaction scale. In the Class II Immigration Office of Non TPI Agam, the magnitude of the influence of the variable quality of e-government services on the service user satisfaction variable is 0.292 or equivalent to 29.2 percent. The amount of 29.2 percent is calculated using the Adjusted R value.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between work culture and employee work achievements at the Padang City National Land Agency. Regarding the study approach that uses quantitative types and with the use of the total sampling method. Meanwhile, the population is all employees who number 81 employees. A questionnaire with four answer choices, namely with a likert scale model, is a research tool used. The relationship between the two variables is then tested using product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between work culture and work performance at the Padang City Land Office with a positive correlation value of 0.637.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the protection of public rights in vaccinating the elderly at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center. Empirical facts show low acceptance of vaccination among the public, especially the elderly in the city of Padang due to concerns about side effects and the halalness of the Covid-19 vaccine and family restrictions. It is difficult for the elderly to avoid the obligation to vaccinate because proof of vaccination is used as a prerequisite for processing public documents and accessing social assistance from the government, as well as for traveling out of town. Therefore, the protection of public rights for the elderly tends to be neglected because the vaccination program promoted by the government seems to be coercive for vulnerable groups such as the elderly. This study is of the Quasi Qualitative Design type with a simple research design. Data was collected through interviews with informants in charge of vaccination for the elderly (public health center) and the elderly, observing the phenomenon of elderly vaccination at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center and studying documents on records of elderly people who had and had not been vaccinated. The findings show that the protection of public rights in the vaccination of the elderly on the first principle put forward by John Rawls is contrary to the findings, but the second principle is related to the second principle because Rawls positions freedom of basic rights as the highest value followed by guarantees. opportunity for everyone.]]>

<![CDATA[The research purposes to examine the effect of health protocols and the implementation of e-ticketing on passenger satisfaction in West Sumatra train service during the new normal.This study uses an associative quantitative method. The data was collected through a survey questionnaire via google fromand quantitative data were got using a scale of Likert that had been tried for validity and reliability. Where the writer studied there was a population of 97 respondents, the sample obtained in this study was 56 respondents using the Slovin formula although a rate of error of 5% and the analysis in the research used multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that both health protocols and e-ticketing have a effect in significant and positive on passenger satisfaction. The findings suggest that the implementation of strict health protocols and efficient e-ticketing system is crucial in ensuring passenger satisfaction in the train service during the new normal. The study provides valuable insights for the railway industry in improving their services to meet the needs and passengers expectations in the current pandemic situation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to identify influencing factors in the Implementation of Village Government in Sanitary Landfill Management in South Tungkal Village, North Pariaman District, Pariaman City. This research uses a semi-qualitative approach. A purposive sampling approach was used in this study to identify research informants. For data collection techniques, it is carried out with interviews and observations and documentation. For data analysis techniques using data reduction and data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are influencing factors, namely: (1) Human resources that support the management of sanitary landfills. For human resources, the Environment Agency has 87 cleaning members consisting of drivers, stokars and 46 other members. (2) Second, a supportive commitment to the management of Sanitary Landfill. The form of commitment made provides budget and human resources to carry out the management of this Sanitary Landfill. (3) Third, community support and participation for sanitary landfill management. The community does not want to liberate land because the land has the status of customary land or customary land. (4) Fourth, the budget and tools are limited for the management of Sanitary Landfills. In Sanitary Landfill, the Environment Agency requires a budget for infrastructure and a human resources budget.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of village fund allocation policies for the housing assistance program for uninhabitable housing in Nagari Pasar Bukit Air Haji, Linggo Sari Baganti sub-district, South Coastal District. This study uses a qualitative method of intrinsic case study type. Selection of informants is using purposive sampling method. Collecting data in this study is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is according to Miles and Huberman namely collection, reduction and presentation of data and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study are from 2019 to 2021 the uninhabitable housing assistance program has been carried out and is in accordance with the verified beneficiary criteria, it is proven that 18 different houses have been built and handed over to those entitled to receive assistance from the uninhabitable housing program. This has been proven by the fact that 18 houses that have been built for beneficiary communities are not suitable for habitation. This problem is very much in accordance with the theoretical analysis of Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation which includes regulations, usufructuary resources, financial resources, and the party responsible for the Policy.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purpose to analyze the impact of handling the Covid-19 pandemic on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in the Tourism sector in Padang City. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. In this study using source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the policy for handling the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on Regional Original Income (PAD). This was caused by a decrease in the number of tourists visiting the city of Padang in 2020 by 53% and with the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic limiting the activities of the tourism industry sector which had an impact on local tax revenue originating from the tourism sector, the hospitality industry which in 2020 was a decrease of 49% from the previous year followed by the restaurant industry by 31%, and entertainment taxes decreased from 2020-2021 by 23.39% and levies decreased by 2% during 2020-2021. In this study, it can be concluded that the policy for handling the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the tourism sector and local revenue in the city of Padang. Therefore, there is a need for an appropriate strategy to overcome this negative impact and strengthen the tourism sector in the city of Padang so that it can increase local revenue in the tourism sector.]]>

<![CDATA[In this study, there are still type C hospital classification and licensing standards that has not been met by Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital, so on this basis research was conducted. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the classification and licensing policies of type C hospitals on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment at Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital. To measure the success of policy implementation, the theory of George C. Edward III is used. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research in communication indicators have been well socialized, but there are obstacles in the coordination carried out by policy implementers. Indicator Resources are still inadequate due to insufficient financial resources and infrastructure resources that do not meet the type C hospital classification standards. The disposition is good, several efforts have been carried out such as coordination meetings, making requests for suggestions, and collecting data on what must be completed. to meet classification standards on buildings, infrastructure, and equipment. The hospital bureaucratic structure and the owner still have unanswered obstacles regarding the work organization of the Syarif Hidayatullah Hospital which has not been incorporated into Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University.]]>
