<![CDATA[This research has the aim to find out the Management and Utilization of Assets of Sunur Village Of Pariaman City, as well as the obstacles that will be faced in the Management and Utilization of Assets of Pasir Sunur Village of Pariaman City. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The background of this study explains several problems, namely; It has not been well managed and utilized in the assets of Pasir Sunur Village, abandoned fish auction and fish cultivation in Pasir Sunur Village, and there are no regulations governing the management and utilization of village assets. The collection of research informants uses purposive sampling techniques where the informant is a person who knows how the overall condition of the Management and Utilization of Assets of Sunur Village of Pariaman City. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data collection is done by means of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results explained that there are still some things that are not done in accordance with the rules that village assets are not well managed existing procedures, the utilization of village assets has not been used optimally and there are still some utilization systems that have not been realized. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely the people of Nagari Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of this data was tested by triangulation of sources which was then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kapeh Panji Jaya Talaok can be said to be going well and the socialization carried out is still not effective because there are still people from the community who do not know the amount of assistance received, what It's just a requirement to become a KPM, and there are still people who abuse this assistance]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) service at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) Bukittinggi Branch Office. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach in which data collection was based on the factors that became the main supporters of the research object. In this study, the withdrawal of informants was based on a purposive sampling technique which was based on the main criteria, namely that they must be the people of the City of Bukittinggi. This data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Rumah Pangan Kita program carried out by Perum BULOG at the Bukittinggi Branch Office has been effectively carried out through the RPK companion application. <![CDATA[This research was conducted in Padang Pariaman Regency wit theaimofdescribing the implementationof the Laskar Nagari Program for Food and Nutrition Care (LNPPG) in the Prevention of Stunting. Thisstudy uses qualitativeapproach withdescriptivemethods. The research location is in the Padang Pariaman Regency. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies and data reduction is carried out so that accurate conclusions can be drawn from the data that has been obtained. The results of this study prove that the implementation of the LNPPG Program in Stunting Prevention is carried out in the form of counseling from the health department to the community, establishing health posts, providing additional food. However, the implementation is still experiencing various obstacles so that it has not been able to achieve the expected goals. For example, the level of community participation is low, this is due to the difficulty of the community understanding the importance of this program, the low consistency of cadres / implementers in doing their work, the credibility / quality of cadres / implementors is not all good even though there are guidance and training, and the minimum budget available and inadequate facilities, aswellasthedifficulty of accessing the location and the terrain that is difficult to pass when conducting this LNPPG program extension. This problem has resulted in the LNPPG Program's achievements not being optimally realized.]]>

<![CDATA[Effectiveness is the relationship between output and goals or objectives to be achieved. The definition of effectiveness is basically related to the achievement of policy goals or targets. Operational activities are said to be effective if the process of these activities achieves the final policy goals and objectives (spending wisely) Mahsun added that effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of an organization to achieve its goals. If an organization succeeds in achieving its goals, then the organization is said to have been running effectively (Mahsun 2006: 182). Effectiveness is assessed using 8 indicators according to P. Siagian, namely, the first is the clarity of the goals to be achieved, the second is the clarity of the strategy for achieving the goals, the third is the analysis and formulation of a solid policy, the fourth is careful planning, the fifth is the preparation of the right program, the sixth is namely the availability of work facilities and infrastructure, Seventh, namely effective and efficient implementation, Eighth, namely an educational supervision and control system. <![CDATA[Nagari Taram Regulation Number 9 of 2019 concerning Taram Community Health Insurance is a reference in the implementation of the Nagari Swa-JKN Program. This program is given to poor independent communities (PBPU). In its implementation, the Nagari Swa-JKN Program has not been running effectively. This study aims to find the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Nagari Swa-JKN Program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was conducted in Nagari Taram, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The results of this study indicate that the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Nagari Swa-JKN Program, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, namely (a) human resources of Pelita volunteers who are not qualified (b) no funding sources for Pelita volunteers (c) no supporting infrastructure for Pelita volunteers, (d) the low level of education and public understanding of health insurance, and (e) the decline in community economic activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 is a novel disease that is spread by viruses in the Corona virus family, most notably SARS-CoV-2, or Corona Virus.The main idea of this study is to ascertain the effectiveness of government interventions aimed at avoiding COVID-19.This study combines qualitative and descriptive methodologies.The investigation was conducted in Padang City, West Sumatra Province.Observation, interviewing, and documentation studies are all methods of data collection.Meanwhile, this research employs reduction of the data, display of data, and the conclusion making methodologies.This research findings indicate that the Padang City government's efforts to address community needs and resolve community problems, most notably through the issuance of Perwako policy No. 32 of 2020 in Padang City, demonstrate the government's commitment to resolving social problems and national non-natural disasters, particularly in the Padang city area.Thus, the government's efforts to avoid COVID-19 in connection with the Perwako policy are considered to be proceeding smoothly and successfully.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence the effectiveness of the online job market information system and the linkage of the online market information system to public services at the Transmigration Service of West Sumatra Province. This study uses quantitative associative methods, quantitative data coIlected using a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for vaIidity and reliability. The population of this study were individuals who were registered as job seekers in the Online Job Market Information System as many as 1500 people, the sample obtained in this study was obtained by 94 respondents using the Slovin formula (10% error) then analyzed using simple linear regression. . In this study, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables, namely the effectiveness of the online job market information system on the dependent variable, namely the quality of service that has been tested with a significance of 0.000, smaller than <0.05. The percentage contribution of variable X to Y is 53.2%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the performance of the Regional Inspectorate of Solok Regency in carrying out its supervisory function, to describe the factors that affect the performance of the Solok Regency Regional Inspectorate in carrying out its supervisory function. This research was processed with qualitative analysis techniques using descriptive methods, and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In accordance with the results obtained from research and discussion of the performance of the Solok Regency Regional Inspectorate in the implementation of the supervisory function, it can be seen from: a) supervision program planning, b) policy formulation and facilitation of supervision, c) inspection, investigation and assessment of the performance of regional apparatus, which is still not optimal. <![CDATA[From This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (PIP) policy at SD Negeri 11 Bancah Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Kabupaten Solok South. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling method, where the selection of informants was based on certain characteristics. As for the technique of collecting data through a field research in the form of semi-structured interviews addressed to the Principal, BK teachers and parents of students. then observation and documentation study. The number of data sources consists of the Principal, Counseling Teacher and 4 parents of students. The research location was carried out at SDN 11 Bancah Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Program kartu Indonesia Pintar (PIP) at SD Negeri 11 Bancah Koto Parik Gadang Diateh has been going well. This can be seen from the variable implementation of the KIP policy that has met the target, because the determination of KIP recipient students is right and on target. Sufficient and competent human resources in running it, the characteristics have carried out responsibilities in accordance with the rules that have been set.
