Abstract

Discussing the importance of morals or etiquette in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0 is an interesting issue to follow. The interesting thing is that the increasingly sophisticated technological advances are not necessarily able to maintain the moral personality of mankind, as evidenced by the start of the development of the industrial world, it has not guaranteed a good human civilization and morals, and is also strengthened by the emergence of various kinds of news of crime, violence, sexual deviations, and so on. rampant where a person can not speak well and easily do bad things that make a loss of adab today brings such a bad impact for future generations. So we need a solution idea to answer this problem. This study has the following objectives: 1) to determine economic progress in the post-pandemic era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0; 2) to find out the benefits of economic and technological development to ensure a civilized and moral human being. This research is qualitative, using data and literature review which is strengthened by analysis from various sources who experience economic problems. The collected data was then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. By analyzing post-pandemic economic developments and the entry of the technological development revolution era towards 5.0, it will form an identity for every Muslim to re-maintain their Shibghoh as a religious community. In fact, with this research, the author finds that with the development of the economy and the industrial revolution, it is also obligatory to develop morals and etiquette of a religious community, because the position of adab and morals will not be replaced by the position of progress today. The author hopes that the current economic development and industrial revolution can maintain the sibghoh adab and morals of mankind.

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia kewirausahaan dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya dimanapun, kapanpun dan kepada siapapun melalui media internet sebagai penghubung yang dikenal dengan digital marketing. Selain itu, peluang besar lainnya dalam menjalankan usaha bisnis dengan menggunakan jasa influencer marketing yang dimana seorang influencer yang memiliki banyak pengikut di media sosial akan mempu mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap produk yang direkomendasikan. Dalam penerapan kewirausahaan yang menggunakan digital marketing serta jasa influencer endorsement akan lebih berfokus pada media sosial berupa Instagram. Maka, permasalahan yang diteliti oleh peneliti, yaitu : (1) Bagaimana penerapan sistem pemasaran digital marketing serta manfaat yang didapatkan oleh UMKM Wins Food Kebab Padang, (2) Bagaimana penerapan sistem pemasaran dengan menggunakan jasa influencer endorsement terkhusus melalui instagram serta manfaat yang didapatkan oleh UMKM Wins Food Kebab Padang, (3) Hambatan serta permasalahan dan penyelesaian seperti apa yang terjadi pada UMKM Wins Food Kebab Padang saat menggunakan strategi pemasaran berupa digital marketing dan penggunaan jasa influencer endorsement di instagram. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  penelitian  kualitatif   yang  bertujuan  untuk  memahami fenomena  yang  dialami  oleh  subjek  penelitian  secara  holistik  dengan  mendeskripsikan  dalam  bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara secara langsung pada objek penelitian di lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih dalam mengenai penerapan strategi dalam pemanfaatan digital marketing dan influencer endorsement dengan sistem agen yaitu pada Wins Food Kebab Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of foreign ownership, good corporate governance and sales growth partially on firm value in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period used is five years, starting from 2016-2020. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The total population of 51 companies was obtained by 8 companies as samples with an observation period of five years (2016-2020). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Foreign Ownership has an impact on Company Value, 2) Good Corporate Governance has an impact on Company Value, and 3) Sales Growth has no impact on Company Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to Firm Value with Dividend Policy as an Intervening variable which shows the dissimilarity of results in previous studies. This research uses the object of Retail sub-sector companies in Southeast Asia for the period 2012-2019. The sampling method used in this study used purposive sampling technique and obtained 19 companies with a total of 152 samples.The analysis technique used is descriptive test analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test (R2), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, path analysis and sobel test. The results of the study partially concluded that the Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on the Price Earnings Ratio. Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect on Price Earnings Ratio. Simultaneously concluded that the Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on the Price Earnings Ratio. Net Profit Margin has no significant effect on Earnings Per Share. Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Earnings PerShare. Price Earnings Ratio has no significant effect on Earnings PerShare. The results of the study can be concluded that Earnings per Share cannot mediate the effect of Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Price Earnings Ratio.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that have an important role in the regional economy, including in Ponorogo. This is because most of the population has low education and lives in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, both in the traditional and modern sectors. This study aims to examine the strategy of survival and development of Ngrayun tempe products which are one of the typical products of the Ngrayun Ponorogo District. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observations, to determine the cause of the product still survives until now. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which is to identify the factors that cause MSME Typical Ngrayun Tempe products to survive which are then formulated in the MSME strategy model. The population is Tempe Khas Ngrayun entrepreneurs who are in Ngrayun Village, Ngrayun District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with 6 business actors. The results of the study were a model of survival strategy and the development of MSMEs for typical Tempe Ngrayun products. Based on data analysis, information was obtained that the factors causing survival were the level of product demand was still high, product durability was short, and the taste of the product was maintained. Meanwhile, the development strategy is to try to maintain traditional processing methods in the midst of the widespread use of chemicals and technological advances.

Abstract

Rural Banks (BPR) are banks whose role is to collect and distribute funds to the public. The main objective of BPR is to gain profitability. The researcher aims to determine the effect of liquidity (LDR), credit risk (NPL), the recovery of the National Economy during the Covid 19 pandemic on profitability (ROA) at BPRs throughout the East Java Regional Coordinating Board during the 2020-2021 period. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. A population of 53 BPRs registered with the OJK are located in Bakorwil I East Java. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained 34 companies that meet the criteria. The data used by the researcher is secondary data for the quarterly financial statements for the 2020-2021 period. The data analysis technique used the normal distribution test as the main prerequisite and the multiple linear regression analysis test. Based on statistical evidence, the researcher concludes that the liquidity variable (LDR) and national economic recovery during the Covid 19 pandemic have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) at BPRs throughout the East Java Regional Coordination Board for the period 2020-2021. Meanwhile, credit risk (NPL) cannot have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) at BPRs throughout the East Java Regional Coordination Board for the period 2020-2021.

Abstract

The management of village funds is a responsibility that must be carried out by the village government as the administrative actor, and also as the manager of village funds to the community  who benefit from the use of the village funds. Implementation of Transparency to the public is open about information to the public, and if the public needs this information, the public will immediately get it. With this openness, the managed village funds can be properly controlled and supervised by the authorities. While the implementation of accountability to the community must be carried out because it refers to the purpose of the existence of village funds, namely to improve community welfare, where these efforts can be carried out with community empowerment. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that transparency has a positive and significant effect on the management of village funds. Likewise, accountability has a positive and significant effect on the management of village funds.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) adalah kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar, kiat, dan sumber daya untuk mencari peluang menuju sukses. Pemasaran adalah kegiatan menyeluruh dan terencana yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan atau institusi dalam melakukan berbagai upaya agar mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar. Loyalitas merupakan suatu ukuran keterkaitan pelanggan kepada suatu produk atau merk tertentu. Ukuran ini mampu memberikan gambaran tentang mungkin tidaknya seorang konsumen beralih ke produk yang lain, terutama jika produk tersebut didapati adanya perubahan, baik harga maupun atribut lainnya. Loyalitas merupakan istilah kuno yang secara tradisional telah digunakan untuk melukiskan kesetiaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk atau merek tertentu.Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dengan membuat strategi penjualan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang baik dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk kopi Gayo Lion.Kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) merupakan salah satu kegiatan penerapan ilmu yang telah kita pelajari selama perkuliahan kepada praktek dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya dan dapat mengimplementasikannya, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat. Melalui Kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) ini diharapkan bisa memberikan manfaat bagi kami selaku mahasiswa dan memberikan pengalaman sehingga bisa mempraktekkannya di dunia kerja. Target dan Luaran Berdasarkan kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) tentang strategi Kopi Gayo Lion dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan maka yang menjadi target dan luaran adalah sebagai berikut: Membuat pelanggan terus membeli produk kami dengan cara membuat suatu pelanggan tersebut puas terhadap produk yang kami jual misalnya dengan cara hal-hal yang kreatif dan tentunya teser kopi yang disukai pelanggan.

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah nyawa dari jalanya pendidikan. Namun, pada realitanya, pendidikan di Indonesia selalu mengalami perubahan kurikulum dari waktu ke waktu. Perubahan kurikulum ini akan berdampak pada tingginya biaya perencanaan, persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) serta implementasi kurikulum baru itu sendiri. Maka, salah satu aspek yang penting bagi keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum yang baru yakni merdeka belajar adalah tata kelola keuangan dan admistratif dalam menjalankan program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar ditinjau dari teori good governance. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier. Teknik pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability dengan accidental sampling. Maka didapatkan 128 kepala sekolah tersebar dari jenjang SD, SMP dan SMA yang mengisi skala penelitian. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dimensi participatory memiliki signifikansi yang tinggi, yakni sebesar 0.013, kemudian dimensi transparent 0.023, lalu dimensi effective and efficient seebar 0.035, dimensi accountable sebasar 0.045. sedangkan dimensi lainnya yakni consensus oriented, fellow the rule of law, responsive dan equitable and inklusif memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Studi ini juga memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah, khususnya kementrian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan untuk dapat melibatkan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar, khususnya dalam tata kelola program merdeka belajar

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Retail Marketing Mix Terhadap Perilaku Membeli Pada Konsumen Pinggiran Kota Ponorogo. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik insidental sampling, skala pengukuran dengan skala likert pendataan dilakukan dengan  sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 orang.  Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Place (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, People (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Product (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Price (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Promotion (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan uji F secara simultan dengan hasil Place  (X1), people  (X2), product  (X3), price  (X4), dan promotion  (X5) secara bersama – sama positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk (Y) pada konsumen Suryamart Jalan Bathoro Katong
