Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the interest of muzakki in paying zakat profession through zakat institution. The constructs used in this study are religiosity and reputation as the variables used in measuring the interest. This research was conducted in Ponorogo district. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The researcher approaches this study with survey method, in which the scale of instrument measurement used is the Likert scale as well as using purposive technique in sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis and the data is processed by using SPSS for windows version 20. The results of this study indicate that the factor of religiosity and reputation have a statistically significant effect on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat profession through zakat institution in Ponorogo district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor pendapatan dan religiusitasdalam mempengaruhiminat muzakki dalam membayar zakat profesi melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat di Ponorogo. Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Sodaqoh (LAZISMU) Ponorogo dipilih sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini didasari pada masih enggannya masyarakat dalam membayar zakat profesi khususnya melalui lembaga amil zakat. Faktor pendapatan dan religiusitas dipilih dalam penelitian ini, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi minat muzakki dalam membayar zakat profesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah muzakki yang membayarkan zakatnya di salah satu LAZISMU Ponorogo. Karena jumlah populasi sedikit, maka peneliti menggunakan semuanya sebagai sampel. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendapatan dan religiusitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat profesi melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Abstract

Abstract. Garbage which is in the spotlight of many people has become something of great concern in Ngabar village, especially inorganic waste. Some time ago, when participating in a village competition at the provincial level, they carried out waste collection activities and processed them into handicrafts that had economic value, but after the announcement of the 2nd winner, waste management and processing was not sustainable. This is due to the lack of motivation and knowledge of human resources in processing inorganic waste into a craft that has economic value. In addition, the marketing of the products is also a problem for this Pokja. The output target is to produce handicraft products that are processed by quality inorganic waste and are able to attract local and regional markets through online marketing (e-commers) as well as the emergence of motivation for existing human resources to be more empowered in processing household waste. The method used is counseling on improving human resources for PKK women and forming a small group of DASAWISMA management who are equipped with knowledge related to waste bank management, inorganic waste management and marketing techniques for production. From these activities, management will also be formed Dasawisma who will be the garbage collector and direct buyer of the waste products which will eventually market the product online. Abstrak. Sampah yang menjadi sorotan banyak kalangan menjadi sesuatu yang sangat memprihatinkan di desa Ngabar, utamanya sampah anorganik. Beberapa waktu lalu saat mengikuti lomba desa tingkat provinsi melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan sampah dan mengolahnya menjadi kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis, namun setelah pengumuman pemenang mendapat juara 2, pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah tidak ada keberlanjutan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dan pengetahuan SDM dalam mengolah sampah anorganic menjadi suatu kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, pemasaran hasil produksi juga menjadi masalah bagi Pokja ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola organisasi serta secara spesifik menambah keterampilan pengolahan sampah serta pemasaran produk yang dimiliki mitra. Target luaran menghasilkan produk kerajinan hasil olahan limbah sampah anorganik yang berkualitas dan mampu menarik pasar local maupun regional melalui pemasaran secara online (e-commers) serta munculnya motivasi bagi SDM yang ada agar lebih berdaya dalam pengolahan limbah sampah rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan peningkatan SDM terhadap ibu-ibu PKK dan dibentuk kepengurusan kelompok kecil DASAWISMA yang dibekali pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan bank sampah, pengolahan limbah sampah anorganik dan teknik pemasaran hasil produksi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam hal organisasi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan lebih tertatanya system dan proses kerja organisasi. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan adalah souvenir bunga yang terbuat dari limbah plastic. Selain itu, keterampilan mitra dalam membuat strategi perencanaan pemasaran secara online juga meningkat.

Abstract

The use of social media as a new medium in marketing has been considered quite effective. The users obtain plenty of marketing benefits through social media. TikTok social media has been recently famous amidst the society. This social media with a short video has the advantages to draw the attention of the viewers. The use of social media in marketing creates comments in the form of E-WOM which enables it to impact the image of an organization or company. This research uses a quantitative research method, taking 100 members of the campus tour of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo in 2021 as the sample. The marketing strategy using social media is executed by the technical implementation unit  of the new student admissions of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo by creating a short video uploaded in its Instagram account. The organizational image becomes a dependent variable of this research which will be tested by the use of TikTok as an independent variable and E-WOM as a mediator variable. The result of this research shows that E-WOM has a positive influence in mediating the impact of TikTok use toward the organizational image of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan nilai ROE pada abnormal return. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data sekunder yang dapat diperoleh melalui website resmi bursa efek di www.idx.co.id dan website yahoo.finance. Metode analisis yang pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang aktif terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam tahun 2015-2019. Sedangkan, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga menghasilkan 85 data yang bisa diolah. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini mengungkapkan jika CSR tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada abnormal return. Namun ROE mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada abnormal return. Kata Kunci : CSR, ROE, Abnormal Return

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that have an important role in the regional economy, including in Ponorogo. This is because most of the population has low education and lives in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, both in the traditional and modern sectors. This study aims to examine the strategy of survival and development of Ngrayun tempe products which are one of the typical products of the Ngrayun Ponorogo District. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observations, to determine the cause of the product still survives until now. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which is to identify the factors that cause MSME Typical Ngrayun Tempe products to survive which are then formulated in the MSME strategy model. The population is Tempe Khas Ngrayun entrepreneurs who are in Ngrayun Village, Ngrayun District. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with 6 business actors. The results of the study were a model of survival strategy and the development of MSMEs for typical Tempe Ngrayun products. Based on data analysis, information was obtained that the factors causing survival were the level of product demand was still high, product durability was short, and the taste of the product was maintained. Meanwhile, the development strategy is to try to maintain traditional processing methods in the midst of the widespread use of chemicals and technological advances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Justice, Physical Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Loyalty of PDAM Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 50 respondents with a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.305 > 2.012 t table, while the significant value is 0.002 <0.05. (2) The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.765 > 2.012 t table, while the significant value is 0.008 <0.05. (3) Compensation has no significant effect on employee loyalty, as evidenced by the t-count value of 1.692 < 2.012, while the significant value is 0.098 > 0.05. (4) Organizational justice, physical work environment and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty as evidenced by the calculated F value of 5.467 > F table 2.81 and the significant value obtained is 0.003 < 0.05. PDAM Ponorogo Regency is expected to be able to improve the fairness of its organization, the goal is that the quality of human resources in the company continues to run well. In order to increase employee loyalty, companies must pay more attention to employee comfort in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the physical environment in the workplace. Furthermore, to make employees feel loyal in terms of compensation, it can be added by giving bonuses to employees who have good performance in order to further increase employee loyalty in the company

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance with competitiveness as an intervening variable in MSMEs engaged in the culinary business sector in Nganjuk Regency. MSMEs that hold urgency in the economic development scheme in Indonesia must make product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation as part of their marketing management. The method used in this study is through a quantitative approach with data collection through observation, documentation, literature, and questionnaires. This research uses data analysis, namely through instrument tests and path test analysis to answer related to the hypothesis proposed. Instrument tests are used as a model in measuring the validity and validity of a statement through validity tests and reliability tests. Meanwhile, path analysis is used to determine the influence between variables through regression, determination, t test, and sobel test. The results obtained from this study are that there is an influence between product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance with competitive advantages as an intervening variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaharui software Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Ponorogo, untuk mencapai kerja cepat, efektif, dan efisien dalam proses data calon pemilihan umum. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara semi terstruktur dengan melibatkan informan utama, observasi dan dokumentasi. Komisi pemilihan umum kabupaten Ponorogo merupakan suatu pemerintahan kabupaten yang bertanggung jawab kepada bupati Ponorogo. Saat ini manajemen sumber daya manusianya terbilang cukup baik, namun hanya saja ada beberapa pegawai yang kerjanya masih lamban dan ada permasalahan maka akan menjadi perselisihan dibelakang. Sebagai atasan yang mempunyai pegawai, seharusnya mengawasi pegawainya dengan baik. Selain itu sudah selayaknya pegawai menjadi suatu yang perlu untuk diperhatikan, maka pembekalan pengetahuan kepada pegawai cara manajemen yang baik juga sangat diperlukan, sebagai basic knowladge mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai Komisi Pemilihan Umum masih kurang dalam kinerjanya, masih banyak karyawan yang kurang mengerti dengan adanya era digital, dan masih banyak pegawai yang mengerjakan dengan cara manual.

Abstract

Abstract. The potential of BUMDES Turi is developing well enough to continue to be developed. Organized organization and active participation of the community is the key. One of the BUMDES business units is a Financial Institution whose main activities are savings and services. The research program emphasizes organizational improvement through the development of a sharia-based business scale. The activities are in the form of training, technical guidance and assistance related to the management of financial institutions that run sharia savings and loan businesses. The results obtained are that village financial institution managers have received material on managerial and technical management of Islamic financial institutions, as well as revamping the digital accounting system used. HR has understood the management of financial institutions with the sharia system Abstrak. Potensi BUMDES Turi Berkembang cukup baik untuk terus dikembangkan. Tertatanya organisasi serta peran serta aktif dari masyarakat menjadi kunci. Salah satu unit usaha BUMDES adalah Lembaga Keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah tabungan dan jasa.  Pada program Scale Up BUMDES ini tim peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menekankan pada peningkatan organisasi melalui pengembangan skala usaha berbasis system syariah. Adapun kegiatan berupa pelatihan, bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan terkait pengelolaan Lembaga keuangan yang menjalankan usaha simpan pinjam syariah. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Pengelola Lembaga keuangan desa telah mendapatkan materi tentang pengelolaan manajerial dan teknis Lembaga keuangan syariah, serta pembenahan system akuntansi digital yang digunakan. SDM telah memahami pengelolaan Lembaga keuangan dengan system syariah.
