Abstract

Hospital Pharmacy Installation (IFRS) is a hospital unit as a place to carry out drug management activies. Pharmaceutical logistics management is the process of managing hospital pharmaceutical preparations ranging from planning, budgeting, procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting well as drug destruction in accordance with standard operating procedures. In the pharmacy installation of Yogyakarta Grhasia Mental Hospital have experienced drug vacancies in pharmaceutical logistics warehouses caused by empty stock of medicines from factories and the e- catalog process which is hampered in the procurement function the delivery or invoice inadequacy. This study aims to determine the management of pharmaceutical logistics in the Grhasia Yogyakarta Mental Hospital pharmaceutical installation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The number of informants in this study were 5 informants consisting of the Head of the Pharmacy Installation Section, the Head of the Medical Support Services Division, the Logistics Warehouse Coordinator, and the Pharmacist as the Coordinator of drug abolition. This study uses interview guidelines and observation checklist instruments. Pharmaceutical logistics management in Yogyakarta Grhasia Mental Hospital in the implementation of the management functions of procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting have not run optimally in accordance with standard operating procedures. Lack of human resources and inadequate facilities become obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical logistics management. Pharmaceutical logistics management in pharmaceutical installation of Yogyakarta Mental Hospital Grhasia has not run optimally in accordance with standard operating procedures. The need for evaluation related to human resources and the availability of existing facilities in hospital pharmaceutical installations.

Abstract

The hospital is a health service institution that functions to provide and organize health efforts that are healing and patient recovery. The performance of the goods storage system depends on internal characteristics including, storage capacity, ease of access to the storage location, level of information technology. While external characteristics such as the type of goods, the number of goods, the amount of inventory, and the type of goods flow in and out. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the storage of non-medical goods in the sub-section of the RSJ Grhasia DIY household. The evaluations used are Contex, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) developed by Stufflabeam. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a Phenomonology design. The technique of taking interview informants is using purposive sampling method with three informants and observing the storage of goods in the warehouse section of the RSJ Grhasia DIY household. Evaluation of the storage of goods in the warehouse of the household section of RSJ Grhasia DIY has not run optimally due to the storage of goods that has not been orderly and neat. Contex's goods storage policy is good as a reference in working. SOP inputs for storing goods are good, human resources are sufficient, funds are good, facilities and infrastructure are not optimal due to the narrow building area. The process of receiving goods has not been optimal due to delays in the delivery of goods and goods that arrive not in accordance with the quantity and specifications. Storage and arrangement of goods is not optimal, due to inadequate warehouse area. Care and care of the goods has been running optimally in accordance with the purpose of storing the goods to be safe and maintained its quality. item inventory taking is going well because the stock card with stock taking is in compliance. Based on the results of the evaluation in the process is not running optimally.

Abstract

Background : Human resources are hospital assets that play a role in hospital services. One of the human resources in the hospital is a nurse. Nurses are front-line employees of the hospital who often interact with patients and play an important role in creating a good image of hospitals that often interact with patients by providing the best service. To achieve the highest quality of service, nurses must have a strong motivation, leaders who inspire subordinates, a culture of help to provide the best service. Nurses' attitudes and behavior in providing the best service aims to improve the effectiveness of hospital performance without ignoring individual productivity goals known as the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture with Organization Citizenship Behavior toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital. Methods : This study was a quantitative analytic research with a cross sectional design. The research subjects were nurses of Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital involved to 66 nurses. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis with unvariate and biavariate analysis. Result: The bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between motivation and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0.010. There is a relationship between leadership and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0,001. There is a relationship between organizational culture and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0.031. Conclusion: There was a relatioship of motivation, leadership, and organization culture with Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Pharmacy installation is the last unit that determines patient satisfaction in hospital services, so that the good or bad service provided will affect the related service units. Problems that often occur include slow pharmacy services, complicated procedures and difficulties for patients. Lean is an effort to eliminate waste and increase the value added of products both goods and services that take place continuously with the aim of providing value to customers. Outpatient Pharmacy Services at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul have not applied Lean. The purpose of this study is to find out the existence of waste in Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul Method: This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Location of research in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Bantul. The subject of this study was the pharmacy manager and head of the outpatient pharmaceutical unit. The instruments in this study used observation and interview guides. Data analysis uses triangulation methods and sources. Results: Based on Value Stream Mapping (VSM) mapping, non-racic Non Value Added (NVA) values were obtained 68.21% and 57.59%, which meant that the hospital had not been said to be lean. The critical waste that occurs is waste waiting and overprocessing. The cause of waste waitting is that the SIM sometimes has errors, many officers have double jobs, while overprocessing is caused by many repeated activities, such as repeated prescription studies and etiquette writing twice. Conclusion: This NVA value is more than 30% indicating that the service has not been effective and efficient and there is waste. Waste that often occurs in outpatient pharmaceutical installations in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital, namely waiting, is good for non-racial and cosmetic prescription services while over-processing occurs in non-racial prescription services.

Abstract

Central General Hospital dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a type A hospital an as a referral center hospital. This hospital is required to be able to provide health services in accordance with the standard. During this time the hospital used performance measurement that have been set by the government, measuring performance from the financial aspect alone is not enough so it is also necessary from the non-financial aspects. Performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard is the right solution because performance measurement is seen from various aspects namely financial and non-financial aspects namely financial and non-financial aspects. This study aims to determine the performance of the central general hospital dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Internal Business Perspective and Learning and Growth Perspective. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological research design. The research subjects consisted of the head of the HR sub- division, the head of the medical services monitoring and evaluation section, the medical record installation reporting staff, the head of the training and education sub-office, the employee and a sample of 92 employees consisting of medical and non-medical personnel. The result of performance measurements conducted at the Central General Hospital dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten used the Balanced Scorecard method of internal business perspective and learning and growth obtained a score of 0 which means good enough. Abstract

Background: One of the government's efforts to achieve health development goals is by issuing the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 75 of 2014 concerning Public Health Centers (Puskesmas). The role of the puskesmas and its network as institutions that provide health services at the first level that are directly involved with the community is very important. The Puskesmas is responsible for organizing health development in its working area. To improve the performance of the puskesmas, complete information is needed about the puskesmas, including relating to the condition of the health center and its facilities, the condition of the health center network, and the staff at the puskesmas. A work culture and good collaboration are needed to achieve organizational goals (puskesmas). The lack of optimal implementation of puskesmas policies can be characterized by a lack of cooperation, not yet socialized puskesmas programs and weak human resources in providing services. This can happen because employees do not fulfill their duties and responsibilities, so evaluation is needed in order to produce good performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between work culture and collaboration with the performance of health workers in all Yogyakarta city health centers. Research Methods: This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 159 puskesmas employees who were chosen propotively stratified random sampling. The study was conducted in April - May 2019 in all Yogyakarta City Health Centers. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Correlation statistical tests. Research Results: Test of correlation statistics shows the value of p-value of work culture with a performance of 0.004 (p value <0.05). Likewise the statistic test was carried out on collaboration variables with a performance of 0,000 (p value <0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between work culture and collaboration with performance.

Abstract

The safety of patient was important component in quality of service in health. The hospital of Wonosari was belongs to the government districts of Gunung Kidul type C whom has contribution in services of health for people. In 2016 facilities like barcode not yet in all rooms, human resources have not consistenly reported KTD, the bathroom floor was slippery so that it can cause an incidence of patient safety risk. Now overall the implementation of patient safety has been running optimally, such as the availability of supporting facilities and later of SOP, socoalization and training on evaluation and supervision have been held. The aims of this study to analyze the implementation of patient safety goals based on the hospital accreditation standards (KARS) at RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. This studied used qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data collection was done by interviewing 5 informants. Identification of patients using two identities, effective communication with SBAR and TBaK, stores medications that need to be watched out in a separate place, tagging used checklist patient at surgery, applied 6 steps and 5 handwashing moments from WHO, conduct initial assessment and reassessment of patients at risk of falled. The implementation of patient safety goals based on the KARS standard in RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta has been running optimally.

Abstract

The consumption method is a method carried out by evaluating the use of past drugs as a basis for determining the estimated needs, then adjusted to the strategic plan of the hospital and hospital pharmacy, so that the final result is a list of drug needs. This study aims to analyze the pharmmaceutical logistics needs of consumption methods at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenology approach and the subject of research are 3 people. Data collection uses indepth interviews and observation. Test the validity and credibility of data in this study using triangulation sources and techniques. Based on the results of this study indicate 1) The largest average use was Candesartan 16 mg of 48,398 tablets, 3) Lead time was adjusted for PBF and assessed by score. 4) The amount of safety stock is proportional to the average number of uses per month. 5) The results of the calculation of the total amount of drug needs for the 2020 period with the method of consuming the five types of drugs have more drug needs than the stock in storage so it needs to be added to meet the needs. The results of the calculation of the total amount of drug needs in 2020 with consumption methods that need to be provided for Candesartan 16 mg are 731,078 tablets, Metformin 500 mg are 713.444 tablets, Candesartan 8 mg are 348.804 tablets, Thrihexyphenidyl are 285.138 and Clopidogrel 75 mg are 313.548 tablets.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System is a computer system that processes the entire flow of health services business processes, including reporting and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely, and accurately. Gunungkidul District Hospital is a type B hospital that has implemented SIMRS. The purpose of this research was to analyze SIMRS by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach in Gunungkidul District Hospital. This type of research was quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. In this study, the samples were 79 people consisting of staff, nurses, and doctors recruited by accidental sampling technique. An questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect the data. The analysis was done using Univariate and Bivariate. This study found a relationship between perceived ease of use with the use of SIMRS with a significant value of 0.030. Perception ease of use is the one variable that determining the use of SIMRS in Gunungkidul District Hospital.

Abstract

Human resources are important assets that must be owned by a health service organization / institution. One of human resources is pharmacy. The number of pharmacy staff at Puskesmas Imogiri I is three people. Patient satisfaction in the Imogiri I Puskesmas pharmacy unit for the type of speed service in conducting low drug services is 73.00%. The number of patient visits served in the pharmaceutical unit is 100 patients / day, this pharmaceutical HR is known to have multiple duties in performing services. The Imogiri I Health Center has done an online workload analysis calculation using the Health Workforce Planning (Renbukt) application from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of the needs of pharmaceutical workers using the Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) method at the Puskesmas Imogiri I. This study uses qualitative research with a research design that is the phenomenology approach. The subject of interviews and observations in this study amounted to 4 people. The data collection instrument used observation sheets and interview guides as well as in calculating the needs of pharmaceutical workers in the Imogiri I Puskesmas using the Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) method. The available work time for pharmacy workers at the Imogiri I Health Center in 1 year is 312 days or 1911 hours / year. The highest standard workload based on calculations is on receipt of prescriptions, making copies of prescriptions and delivery of drugs that is equal to 57330 minutes / year. The allowance standard for pharmaceutical workers is 0.11. The number of pharmacy needs is 2 people. Based on WISN calculations, there is a shortage of pharmacy workers, which is as much as 2 people from the number at the time of the study, which was as many as 3 people. So it is necessary to hold an additional amount of energy.
