Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki ancaman besar terhadap dampak kesehatan bagi pekerja, pasien dan pengunjung. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, Instalasi Catatan Medik (ICM) RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta memiliki 162 pegawai dan berbagai jenis pekerjaan yang memiliki potensi bahaya tersendiri. Di bagian penyimpanan berkas misalnya, memiliki potensi bahaya debu, kegiatan angkat-angkut berkas, dan lain-lain. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui potensi bahaya kerja pada ICM RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan enam narasumber dan analisa data menggunakan lembar kerja Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Diketahui ada 13 jenis pekerjaan yang ada di ICM RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, yaitu: registrasi, filing, distribusi, verifikasi, coding, assembling, penggabungan, surat keterangan medis, penelitian, pelaporan, penyusutan, pemusnahan, dan logistik. Setiap jenis pekerjaan tersebut terbagi menjadi beberapa langkah aktivitas yang memiliki potensi bahaya yang berasal dari: radiasi monitor, sekeliling kertas dan isi stapler yang tajam, debu; alat kerja dumbwaiter, stapler, gunting, dan Roll O’ Pack; kegiatan angkat-angkut, posisi kerja, lokasi kerja yang tinggi, cara dan lama bekerja; kegiatan berulang, komunikasi dengan pasien/ keluarga, serta dengan petugas/pihak lain, dan beban kerja yang tidak tentu; dari aliran listrik; dan bakteri/ virus dari berkas, maupun dari pasien sendiri saat kontak langsung. Upaya pengendalian risiko yang telah ditetapkan di ICM RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta mengikuti hirarki pengendalian risiko, yaitu: substitusi, rekayasa teknik, administrasi, dan alat pelindung diri. Sedangkan upaya eliminasi yang disarankan sedang dalam proses, menunggu optimalisasi pemberlakuan Elektronik Medical Record. Telah diketahui berbagai potensi bahaya kerja pada ICM RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta hingga dapat diberlakukan pengendalian risiko sesuai hirarki pengendalian risiko.

Abstract

Medical record is a process that starts when a patient is received in health services, is forwarded to the data recording activities and continues to handle medical records which include the administration, storage and issuance of medical records from storage to serve loan requests for patient needs or in connection with legal requirements. the other. Planning for Human Resources for Health, Health Workers is every person who devotes himself in the field of health and has knowledge and or skills through education in the field of health which for certain types requires authority to make health efforts. WISN is an indicator that shows the amount of labor needs based on workload, so that the allocation of energy is easier and rational. The purpose of the study was to calculate the needs of medical record unit officers based on the Workload Indicator Staff Need Method (WISN) at Wates Kulon Progo District Hospital. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study design. The technique of taking interview informants is using purposive sampling method with 4 informants. Subjects observed in this study were 9 medical records unit officers at the Wates Kulon Progo Regional District Hospital. Available working time at the medical records officer at Wates Kulon Progo Hospital in one year is 269 days or 2152 hours per year. The highest standard workload is based on a calculation of 129,120 minutes / year and the lowest is based on a calculation of 43,040 minutes / year. the allowance for medical records is 0.48. The number of medical records officers is 29 people. Based on WISN calculations, the number of workers in the Wates Kulon Progo Hospital Medical Record unit needs to experience additional staffing needs or can be optimized at any given point of work. One way to optimize labor through mutation of workers or optimization of labor can be done by rotation of workers.

Abstract

Background : The research hospital experienced a decrease in inpatient visitors. During 2017-2020 the number of patient visits and BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) decreased. The decrease in the number of patient visits will certainly have an impact on hospital admission costs, so hospitals must have the right strategy both in terms of marketing and service quality to continue to improve the brand and regain trust from the public. Method : In this research, the method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach and purposive sampling technique. While the test used is the Chi Square test with a sample of 84 hospitalized patients. Results : The results of this study are the p-value in the marketing mix (0.079 > 0.05) with a correlation value of 0.193, which means that there is no significant effect between the marketing mix and the interest in repeat visits of inpatients with a very weak correlation value. While the p-value on service quality is (0.053 > 0.05) with a correlation value of 0.212, which means that there is no significant effect between service quality and interest in repeat visits with a weak correlation value. Conclusion : It can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the marketing mix and service quality on the interest in repeat visits of inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta City.

Abstract

To train employees with knowledge, skills and abilities that suit the needs of the company, training is required. Incentives are a form of remuneration that can improve work performance. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence between training and incentives on the performance of nurses at Pambalah Batung Amuntai Regional General Hospital in South Kalimantan. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling techniques used in this study is to use probability sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling by using slovin formula. The research population is all part of the health workers, especially nurses in the inpatient section of Pambalah Batung Amuntai Regional General Hospital numbered 143 and to be sampled in this study was 117 people. The variables of training and incentives affect the performance of nurses of Pambalah Batung Amuntai Hospital in South Kalimantan. The coefesien value of determination is 0.194 which means that all free variables are training and incentives that affect performance by 19.4%, the remaining 80.6% which is influenced by other factors that are not studied. The variables of training and incentives have a significant influence on the performance of nurses at Pambalah Batung Amuntai Hospital in South Kalimantan.

Abstract

Introduction : According to the 2011 Minister of Health, every hospital is required to implement SIRS, so that a process of collecting, processing, and presenting hospital data can be integrated. In its implementation, SIMRS is required to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a service system. One indicator of the success of the development of information systems is user satisfaction. A number of methods to measure user satisfaction, one of which is EUCS. The general purpose of the study is to analyze the EUCS factor on system user satisfaction, while the specific purpose of this study is to see if there is a relationship between the EUCS variable factors, namely content, format, accuracy, timeliness, and ease of use with satisfaction of hospital management system users at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2021. Methods: The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. Sampling using the lemeshow formula with the results of 245 respondents. The selection of respondents used an accidental sampling technique with the research instrument using a questionnaire adopted from previous studies. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis while the statistical test used was the chi square test with data categories normally distributed based on the median value. Results: From the research conducted, it is found that there is a significant relationship between 5 EUCS variables, namely content, format, accuracy, timeliness and ease of use with SIMRS user satisfaction. The results of data processing using the chi square test were obtained about 212 (86.5%) respondents who stated they were satisfied and there were about 33 (13.5%) who said they were not satisfied with the SIMRS application. Conclusion: Overall, the five EUCS variables have a relationship and the use of the system states that they are satisfied with the My Hospital application.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the hospital workload to increase which causes employees who work in hospitals to experience stress because they are always required to always provide the best service under any conditions. Based on this, efforts are needed in order to improve employee performance by using factors that affect employee performance. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Grhasia Mental Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were employees with the status of State Civil Apparatus who worked in the Grhasia Mental Hospital with 84 research samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Based on the results of the Correlation Pearson test, it shows that there is a relationship between work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Grhasia Mental Hospital during the Covid-19 Pandemic with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Grhasia Mental Hospital during the Covid-19 Pandemic. For this reason, hospitals need to maintain motivation, work environment and organizational culture properly so that the performance of employees is maximized

Abstract

The consumption method is a method carried out by evaluating past drug use as a basis for determining the estimated need, then adjusting it to the strategic plan of the hospital and hospital pharmacy, so that the final result is a list of drug needs. This study aims to analyze the need for pharmaceutical logistics using the consumption method at Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research and the research subjects are 4 people. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and observation. Test the validity and credibility of the data in this study using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used analysis method from milles and Huberman. Based on the results of this study indicate that 1) the largest average use is Metformin 500 mg as many as 6,695 tablets, 3) Lead time is adjusted to the PBF and assessed by score. 4) The amount of safety stock is proportional to the average amount of usage per month. 5) The results of calculating the total number of drug needs for the 2022 period with the consumption method of the five types of drugs have more drug needs than the stock in storage so they need to be added to meet the needs. Based on the results of research that has been done, this combination method is less efficient if used in the Pharmacy Installation of Nur Hidayah Hospital.

Abstract

At the Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul, the delay in returning inpatient medical records was found to be a problem, namely from the human labor factor, the ward officer forgot to fill in the medical record if there was a delay it would affect the service. To identifity the problem factors that cause delays in inpatient medical records at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. This researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method. Research subjects ward officers, assembling, head of medical records. Medical record objeck in the form of inpatient data using an expedition book. The delay in returning medical record was caused by the man factor, the lack of ward admin officers. Money factor has no reward. The method factor for the return of the officer’s SOP has not been implemented. The SIMRS mechine factor in the ward for control has not been carried out. The impact of delays in service at the poly and data management. The return of inpatient medical recird at the Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul is still not optimally carried out due to several factors that make medical records late and the impact of delays in medical record can hider data management and delay occur.

Abstract

Health center health workers are the main resource to create a healthy community. Medical and non-medical personnel also play an important role in public health services. The Banguntapan II Health Center in Bantul has a wide working area so that it will be correlated with the availability of human resources at the Puskesmas both for the number of human resources, performance and productivity of the health services provided by the Puskesmas to the community, especially considering the current state of the COVID pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work productivity of medical and non- medical personnel with the time and motion study method at the Banguntapan II Health Center, Bantul, Yogyakarta in 2021. This type of research uses a combination method (Mixed Method Research) with quantitative and qualitative approaches with Explanatory Sequential Design. The number of respondents who were studied by total sampling technique was 41 people and the research subjects who were examined by quota sampling technique were 12 people, taken from medical and non-medical personnel at Banguntapan II Public Health Center, Bantul Yogyakarta. Work productivity at Banguntapan II Public Health Center is seen from the standard time for medical personnel totaling an average of 7 hours 3 minutes, and non- medical personnel totaling an average of 6 hours 39 minutes. The factor that affects the work productivity of medical and non-medical workers is the work environment. The results showed that medical and non-medical personnel at Banguntapan II Health Center had good work productivity. However, the Puskesmas needs to pay attention to the needs of non- medical personnel to maximize the program from Public Health Center.

Abstract

Background: The safety of patient was important component in quality of service in health. The hospital of Wonosari was belongs to the government districts of Gunung Kidul type C whom has contribution in services of health for people. In 2016 facilities like barcode not yet in all rooms, human resources have not consistenly reported KTD, the bathroom floor was slippery so that it can cause an incidence of patient safety risk. Now overall the implementation of patient safety has been running optimally, such as the availability of supporting facilities and later of SOP, socoalization and training on evaluation and supervision have been held. The aims of this study to analyze the implementation of patient safety goals based on the hospital accreditation standards (KARS) at RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. Methods: this studied used qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data collection was done by interviewing 5 informants Results: Identification of patients using two identities, effective communication with SBAR and TBaK, stores medications that need to be watched out in a separate place, tagging used checklist patient at surgery, applied 6 steps and 5 handwashing moments from WHO, conduct initial assessment and reassessment of patients at risk of falled. Conclusion: the implementation of patient safety goals based on the KARS standard in RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta has been running optimally. Key words: analysis, implementation, patient safety
