Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui pengaruh peran peran masyarakat da pemerintah terhadap pariwisata Curug klawas di Lampung Utara, Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena dan aktivitas sosial, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual dan kelompok. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara dengan para informan atau partisipannya dengan menggunakan instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data, Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; peranan masyarkat berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sektor pariwisata. Kedua peran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sektor pariwisata. Ketiga peran masyarakat dan peran pemerintah secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap sektor pariwisata. Abstract

Exchange Market Pressure is defined as the occurrence of excess supply or disequilibrium in the money market, which is indicated by the depreciating value of a country's currency and reducing foreign exchange reserves. This study aims to analyze the Exchange Market Pressure in Indonesia by looking at the relationship, impulse response function, and variance decomposition. This study uses secondary data taken from the website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical tool used is the Vector Error Correction Model. The results show that in the long-term relationship, domestic credit growth and the BI rate have a significant positive relationship, GDP growth has a significant negative relationship, while the current account balance is not significant to Exchange Market Pressure. And the results of the study show that in the short term, domestic credit growth has a significant positive relationship, GDP growth, current account balance, and the BI rate have a significant negative relationship. Meanwhile, the EMP responded negatively to the shock of the BI rate, while based on variance decomposition, the biggest influence came from the GDP growth variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction on the quality of services carried out by the village apparatus of Bangunrejo sub-district, Semaka district, Tanggamus district in providing services for making SKTM (Certificate of Disability). The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe and describe the conditions that occur in the field. The research technique uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the people of Bangunrejo village who have taken care of the SKTM for the last 2 years (2020-2021), as many as 369 residents. The theory used is Hardiansyah (2011) which states that community satisfaction is formed because of good service quality where the service is in accordance with community expectations. Good service quality consists of 5 dimensions, namely: responsiveness, reliability, attention, assurance, and physical ability. The results of the respondents' responses to the highest community satisfaction came from the dimensions of reliability and attention. While the dimension that has the lowest level of satisfaction comes from the dimension of physical ability.

Abstract

Tⱨis study aims to determine the effect of SUN, SBSN, Inflation, Excⱨange Rate, Economic Growtⱨ on the APBN deficit in Indonesia for the 2009Q1-2021Q4 period. This study uses tⱨe Error Correction Model (ECM) as the method of analysis. By using quarterly time series data from 2009Q1 – 2021Q4. Tⱨe results in this study indicate tⱨat the SUN variable has a negative and significant effect on the APBN deficit in Indonesia. SBSN sⱨows a positive and insignificant relationsⱨip to the APBN deficit in Indonesia. Inflation is positively and not significantly related to the APBN deficit in Indonesia. Tⱨe excⱨange rate is positively and significantly related to the APBN deficit in Indonesia. Economic growtⱨ has a negative and significant effect on the APBN deficit in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bank size, bank intermediation function and monetary variables on Indonesia's economic growth in the long and short term. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data with quarterly data format for the period 2015 – 2020. This research uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The variables used in this research are bank total assets, loan to deposit ratio (LDR), Bank Indonesia's Interest Rate and inflation. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation, bank total assets and the reference interest rate have a significant negative effect on Indonesia's economic growth in the long term and the loan to deposit ratio and inflation variables have a significant positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth in the long term. Based on the results of the cointegration test, it has been stationary at the level, so that cointegration occurs between variables. Based on the results of the short-term ECM test, the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) variable and inflation have a significant positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of economic value added, leverageand profitability on firm value. The study was conducted on consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, the research sample was 38 companies with a total of 190 observations for 5 years. The data analysis method in this study uses path analysis with IBM SPSS 20 software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it can be seen that economic value added and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while the leverage variable has no effect on firm value as measured using Tobin's ratio Q.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur pasar, capaian kinerja usaha dan pengaruh kebijaksanaan perusahaan seperti harga, produk, pemasaran dan promosi, kerjasama, dan pelayanan terhadap kinerja usaha pada industri papan bunga florist di Kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain; struktur pasar industri papan bunga florist di Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Indeks Herfindahl sebesar 0,019430461 mendekati nol. Menunjukkan apabila IH mendekati 1/n dan mendekati nol yang berarti pangsa pasar industri papan bunga florist di Kota Bandar Lampung mengarah ke persaingan murni. Capaian kinerja usaha pada industri papan bunga florist di kota Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa Kensha Florist mempunyai kinerja tertinggi dibandingkan industri papan bunga florist di Kota Bandar Lampung lainnya dengan nilai penjualan sebesar 401.500.000 per bulan, dengan market share 4,202772%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk variabel kebijaksanaan perusahaan seperti harga, produk, pemasaran dan promosi, kerjasama, dan pelayanan terhadap kinerja usaha pada industri papan bunga florist di Kota Bandar Lampung secara parsial dan atau secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, activity and profitability on company growth in LQ 45 companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The population in this study are LQ 45 manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The sample of this research is 29 companies selected by purposive sampling method and using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The measuring instrument of the independent variable is the current ratio, inventory turnover and return on equity, while the dependent variable is asset growth. The conclusion of this research is that the current ratio, inventory turnover and return on equity has a positive effect on company growth with a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

The trend of increasing educated unemployed people is an indication of low entrepreneurial interest. From the demand, the unemployment rate is related to the number of job opportunities available in the global era. Meanwhile, from the supply, the unemployment rate is a number of qualified workers in Indonesia. Responding today and future business world competition which relies more on knowledge and intellectual capital, in order to become the nation's competitiveness, development of young entrepreneurs needs to be directed at a group of educated (intellectual) people, namely students. Entrepreneurship education has been developed in almost all universities in Indonesia with very varied process at creating entrepreneurship. This study took a population of all students at the Unila with sample of 154 respondents. This research is included the research design of a causal study that proves a causal or relationship's influenced and affects between entrepreneurial learning, career planning and entrepreneurial interests. results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship learning methods that are applied effectively in the university environment can affect students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study also shows the existence of good career planning can affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, good entrepreneurship learning and career planning are needed to entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public share ownership and corporate social responsibility with capital structure and activity control variables on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2020. The variable used to measure profitability is Return On Equity (ROE). The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely sampling using certain criteria. The criteria used are companies in the manufacturing category, before and until the end of the research year are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), manufacturing companies that have regular financial reports and have complete financial statements and provide all the data needed regarding research variables. Based on these criteria, the number of samples is 110 manufacturing companies. The test results show that public ownership affects the company's profitability, corporate social responsibility affects the company's profitability, capital structure affects the company's profitability, and activities affect the company's profitability. With an R2 value of 77.6 %.
