Abstract

Increasing the number of new students at each tertiary institution is very important, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of students decreased, where the number of students is an indicator of the success of tertiary management. So that in situations like this, what is also called strategic management is needed. Strategic management in the form of planning, organizing, acting and controlling, all of which are functions rather than management itself, must be used to ensure organizational goals are achieved with efficiency and effectiveness. The research design used was based on research and development and in this study it could only be at the product design stage which resulted in a planning strategy to increase the number of students at the LMII Indonesia Medan College of Economics. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of strategic management applied at the LMII Indonesia Medan College of Economics in increasing the number of new students starting from strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. This research is a qualitative research using data collection instruments through interviews, observation, FGD and studying documents. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis to analyze internal and external factors such as school climate, weaknesses, opportunities, and enrollment to develop strategies to increase the number of quality new students. The results of the SWOT analysis show that you are in a Strength Opportunity (SO) position, using an aggressive strategy by utilizing the internal network to pursue the goal of capturing certain opportunities from certain external networks. The suggested competitive strategies for planning educational institutions or schools are: 1) Promotion through online and offline media; 2) Organize high school/vocational school olympiad competitions at the local level; 3) Cooperation with the local village government; 4) Standard Lecturers have met the qualifications of Masters graduates in their respective Lecturer fields, 5) With high fighting spirit or commitment in teaching service for Lecturers, 6) Fairly complete facilities and infrastructure, 7) Good cooperation with the community environment, 8 ) waiver of registration fees, 9) giving rewards/awards to academics who have successfully registered new students; ) ease of registration process; and 10) providing scholarship assistance to underprivileged students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2020 period. The sample used consisted of 63 companies consisting of 21 companies from 45 companies listed in the LQ45 index during that period. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with purposive sampling. The results of the study show that together, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity (DER) have a significant influence on stock prices. Partially ROA and ROE do not affect stock prices, while DER affects stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and intensive on employee performance at pt karya teknik utama. The sampling technique in this study is a census, the entire population makes a sample of 72 people. Research instruments interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression tests, t tests, and f tests with spss version 23. The research results are as follows:  Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for the leadership variable of 9.745 greater than the t-table of 1.662 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Motivation has an effect and is significant on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for the motivation variable of 3.353 greater than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.012 less than 0.05. Incentives have no effect and are insignificant to the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for incentives of 1.295 smaller than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.136 greater than 0.05. Leadership, motivation and incentives together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with an f-count value of 120,116 greater than the f-table of 2,48 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and supervision affect employee work productivity and whether work discipline is able to mediate the effect of SOP and supervision on employee work productivity at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees of Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 42 employees. The sampling method used is total sampling, namely as many as 42 respondents. The results of this study are, (1) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and employee work productivity, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and employee work productivity, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and work discipline, (4) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and work discipline, (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, (6) There is a positive and significant influence on SOP on employee work productivity through work discipline and, (7) There is a positive and significant influence on supervision on employee productivity through work discipline.

Abstract

In the web-based ticket reservation framework through the Traveloka application, purchasers can make flight ticket reservations whenever and anyplace with a quick time so buyers will get back to utilizing the help when they are fulfilled. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether or not Traveloka's online ticket reservation service at Yogyakarta International Airport has an impact on passengers' intentions to repurchase tickets.100 people take part in this study's sampling. A questionnaire is used in this study to collect data. The data analysis strategy makes use of the T test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Descriptive Test from simple linear regression analysis.The findings of the study indicate that the variable offering online ticket reservation services through Traveloka has a positive effect on passenger repurchase intentions at Yogyakarta International Airport, as its regression coefficient value is 0.877. The determined T esteem is 10,576 with an importance worth of 0.000 0.05 which shows that Ho is dismissed and Ha is acknowledged. The fact that the significant value is less than 0.005 indicates that Traveloka's provision of online ticket reservation services has a positive impact on passenger intent to repurchase tickets. The coefficient of determination is 0,528; consequently, Passenger Interest (Y) is influenced by the variable Service Provision (X) by 51.8 percent, while other variables not included in the research model are responsible for the remaining 47.2 percent. The engaging test shows that Help Arrangement (X) is 55,73. The typical worth of Traveler Interest (Y) is 55,24. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that passengers at Yogyakarta International Airport are more likely to repurchase their tickets if they can book them online using the Traveloka app. This is built up by certain respondents communicating their arrangement.
