Abstract

Investment plays an important role as one of the regional economic drivers. Likewise, a various development success is determined by the quality of planning and accurate data. In general, the development planning is highly specified by an ability to provide financing sources scenario where one of which is investment as it is impactful in increasing economic growth rate and community welfare level intended.This research aims at determining ICOR value and investment needs estimate in Gorontalo Province and at determining sectors with a higher or lower capital productivity in Gorontalo Province. The research employs ICOR analysis to measure certain amount as a comparison between growth of capital (investment) with production. Through these indicators, the economic development planners can determine investments needed to increase the economy in compliance with the predetermined target. The research findings reveal that: 1) ICOR value from 2018 to 2020 is 0.29 on average and it is impacted by annual capital change (∆K) and output change (∆Y), 2) food industry sector in Gorontalo Province indicates a sufficiently low value of ICOR, and it is good due to the economic runs efficiently. Meanwhile, the chemistry and pharmacy industry sector shows massive capital productivity where a higher value of ICOR indicates capital-intensive technology use. Also, an ICOR-based sectoral investment projection signifies that the researchers set top three of future leading sectors in 2025 for investment projection in Gorontalo. They are food and plantation crops; trade and repair; and construction, 3) a stay-at-home policy urged by the government during the covid-19 pandemic has led to a significant change in community’s consumption style for basic needs such as water, electricity, gas, food, and medication.

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 mengamanahkan agar pemerintah desa bisa mandiri dalam mengelola sistem pemerintahannya. Dalam perjalanannya, UU Desa memberi perubahan cukup signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa. Namun juga tidak dapat dipungkiri, banyak kepala desa beserta aparat desa yang mendapat sorotan disebabkan gagal mengemban amanah UU Desa ini. Penyebabnya karena belum memahami aturan serta rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang mengelola keuangan desa. Tujuan penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai kepada aparat desa dalam mengelola keuangan desa. Metode yang digunakan yakni pemberian teori, tanya jawab serta pendampingan langsung. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh hasil bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa serta memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that influence the performance-based budgeting Gorontalo provincial government by using descriptive research method approach. As for the background of this research is with the issuance of Law No. 17 of 2003 on State Finance which includes a variety of fundamental changes in the approach to budgeting. Such changes would require the support system that is more responsive budgeting, which could facilitate efforts to meet society's demands for improved government performance in the areas of development, quality of service and efficiency of resource utilization.Seeing the conditions in local and central government and supported by the applicable rules then it should budgeting system in Indonesia is still input-based budgeting system was replaced with that is able to respond to those changes. In its place is the State Budget Based on Job Performance or term that is more commonly used is the Performance-Based Budgeting. The process of drafting and targets to be achieved from performance-based budgeting system illustrates the opportunity for the regions to develop vision and mission and realize the wishes and expectations of society in accordance with the potential of the area in question.

Abstract

Fixed assets of motorized vehicles have a relatively short useful life compared assets such as structures and buildings. Besides from that, this object is very prone to loss, damage, and constant depreciation. To minimize the risk in estimating depreciation of fixed assets on a time frame scale, good asset plan is necessary. The goal of this article is to find out which Bone Bolango Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency manages the depreciation of motorized vehicle in the financial statements. The analysis tool use the straight-line method to assess fixed assets, as well as the method used is quantitative descriptive, the aim of obtaining an objective picture of the implementation of depreciation of fixed assets in accordance with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 based on financial statement data period 2020. From the results of the research showed that In the activity of determining the value of BPKAD Bone Bolango district not yet in accordance with Government Accounting Standards No. 07 contained in Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards. In principles of the accounting activity of depreciation of assets, primarily motorized vehicles, the activity of determining the useful life of assets and the depreciation of assets calculation activities of institutional motorized vehicle assets has matched PSAP number 7.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini yakni untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok masyarakat tentang mengolah tanaman singkong menjadi keripik daun singkong. Metode yang digunakan yakni pendekatan langsung kepada masyarakat dan mengundang masyarakat untuk mengikuti sosialisasi pembuatan keripik daun singkong. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni kelompok masyarakat mendapatkan pengalaman dan informasi baru tentang bagaimana mengolah tanaman lokal menjadi olahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Harapannya dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini maka tercipta kesadaran masyarakat untuk berinovasi memanfaatkan tanaman lokal sebagai alternatif usaha dan dengan usaha tersebut dapat meningkatkan penghasilan tambahan bagi masyarakat

Abstract

VCO merupakan minyak kelapa murni yang berasal dari buah kelapa tua segar yang diolah secara sederhana tanpa proses pemutihan dan hidrogenasi. VCO tergolong ke dalam minyak yang tahan terhadap panas, cahaya, oksigen dan proses degradasi, karena struktur kimianya tidak mengandung ikatan ganda. Desa Lelato merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara Provinsi Gorontalo yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani dan pekebun. Salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang banyak dibudidayakan adalah kelapa, namun selama ini hasil kelapa hanya di jadikan sebagai kopra dan harga kopra saat ini turun drastis yakni 400.000 per 100 kilogram, sehingga tidak mampu menutupi biaya yang di keluarkan pada proses panen sampai pada tahapan kopra siap jual. Saat ini masyarakat Desa Lelato memilih untuk menjual kelapa dalam bentuk mentah dikarenakan jika di olah menjadi kopra maka pihak pekebun/ petani akan mengalami kerugian. Menjual kelapa mentah menjadi pilihan masyarakat karena masyarakat desa Lelato belum memahami cara mengelolah kelapa untuk menjadi sebuah produk yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Tujuan pendampingan pembuatan VCO adalah memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa Lelato. Metode  pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah;1) Sosialisasi, 2) Pendampingan pembuatan VCO, pengemasan produk dan pemasaran.  Kata kunci : Lelato, Kelompok Bugenvil, VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil)

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat masyarakat ditengah kehidupan bersosial adalah dengan memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran untuk menerapkan kepatuhan terhadap aspek-aspek yang berlaku ditengah masyarakat. Pada penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni masyarakat dibekali pengetahuan, pemahaman serta kesadaran tentang tiga aspek yakni aspek hukum, aspek kesehatan dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan yakni pemberian teori dan tanya jawab langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni adanya peningkatan pengetahuan individu maupun kelompok masyarakat tentang kesadaran hukum, pentingnya menerapkan pola hidup bersih, serta antusias masyarakat untuk mau memulai berwirausaha.

Abstract

Mangrove forests have a high value for the lives of coastal communities. Efforts to utilize the mangrove forest certainly need adequate knowledge so that the sustainability and existence of the mangrove forest is maintained. The purpose of this activity is to educate and provide knowledge to the community about utilizing mangrove fruit in mangrove coffee. The method used is to present theories about the stages of making mangrove coffee and direct questions and answers. From the implementation of the activity, it was found that the participants gained an understanding of processing mangrove fruit into mangrove coffee. It is hoped that this product will become an added value for the community around the coast in the Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency.Hutan mangrove memiliki nilai manfaat yang tinggi bagi kehidupan masyarakat pesisir. Upaya pemanfaatan ekosistem hutan mangrove tersebut tentu perlu pengetahuan yang memadai agar kelestarian dan keberadaan hutan mangrove tetap terjaga. Tujuan penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan buah mangrove menjadi kopi mangrove. Metode yang digunakan yakni pemberian teori tentang tahapan pembuatan kopi mangrove serta tanya jawab langsung. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh hasil bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang pengolahan buah mangrove menjadi kopi mangrove. Diharapkan produk ini menjadi nilai tambah bagi masyarakat sekitar pesisir pantai di Kecamatan Anggrek Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara.

Abstract

The use of reference manager software in writing a scientific paper is an obligation for students of the Postgraduate Program at the University of Gorontalo. Unfortunately, there are still many masters of management students who don't know how to use the application at all. The purpose of this activity is to train students to get used to using the Mendeley application in writing a scientific paper. The method used is by conducting a direct introduction and training on how to use Mendeley. The results of this activity are (1) Students get new information and knowledge about reference manager software and citation techniques. (2) Students can apply the use of Mendeley software when compiling scientific work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the budget for goods and services in the Tapa District Office, Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses the method of analysis of the effectiveness ratio. The data collection method used in this research is by means of documentation, interviews and observation.The results of this study indicate that the level or criteria for the effectiveness of the goods and services budget at the Tapa District Office, Bone Bolango Regency from 2018-2021 are classified as effective criteria. In 2018 the effectiveness rate was 97.22% (Effective). Then in the following year 2019, the level of effectiveness increased to 98.79% (Effective). Furthermore, 2020 is the year with the lowest level of effectiveness during the 2018-2021 period with an effectiveness rate of 93.31% but is still classified as Effective. Furthermore, 2021 will be the year with the highest level of effectiveness during the 2018-2021 period, namely 99.66% (Effective).
