Abstract

Food is a basic human need therefore food security has always been an interesting topic. However, realizing food security is often faced with many challenges. The agricultural sector and the tourism sector are very important for the Balinese economy, but since the Covid-19 pandemic the tourism sector has decreased. As a result of the decline in the tourism sector, many workers in the tourism sector have turned to the agricultural sector by cultivating fields or just using their yards. More and more people are interested in trying urban farming. However, there are many obstacles faced by urban farming, such as the absence of regulations on urban farming, and the absence of an institution that protect urban farming communities in the Bali region, and effective marketing methods. Abstract

In Bali, most of the cycles of religious life are controlled by ceremonial activities of a religious nature. Ceremonial activities are not only a necessity but also a necessity. It makes sense if later the Hindus in Bali became ceremonial people, they worshiped themselves, others, including nature and the environment. As a result of their very limited abilities, Hindus use facilities in the form of banten as a form of offering. Religious activities that use offerings are quite dense. The choice of "ready to serve offerings" is no longer taboo, it even tends to become a habit. The phenomenon of using ready-to-eat offerings is a representation of proof that Hindus, in terms of their corpses, almost never leave the smell and feel of a colossal-style ritual. As an inseparable part of modern society, Hindus in Bali inevitably fall into the trap of a global society's lifestyle which is full of materialism, capitalism, and consumerism. Their daily life is so busy competing for a living, so the availability of time for the business of making offerings is very limited. By earning money from the work, he takes a practical way by buying the ready-to-serve offerings.

Abstract

Ruwatan Desa offerings are a hereditary tradition in Javanese culture, especially in Kumendung Muncar Village, Banyuwangi, which is held once a year in the month of Sura (Javanese calendar) around August of the Gregorian calendar. The series of implementations begins with making donations to the needy and on the peak day, residents bring offerings in the form of tumpeng and other things to the village hall, followed by a prayer together and continued by parading the tumpeng around the village, at night doing gendurenan and wayang performances, the next morning after the puppet performance ends, it is filled with Pray together and then eat a cone with grilled chicken meat and vegetables. The event is over. This implementation is also from the theological view that as a form of petition to God in his manifestation as Lord Vishnu as the protector of the world, Dewi Sri the symbol of fertility and Hyang Bawu Rekso as the ruler of the region with the aim that the residents and the area of Kumendung Village always get harmony between humans and nature, humans and their environment, humans and humans with the environment. All these things are connected with humans and nature is a unity. In addition, as a form of gratitude for the gift of God Almighty, both in the form of where God is, God Almighty and God is most gracious, which is symbolized by abundant harvests, health and prosperity. The relationship between humans, God and nature is an element that cannot be separated from each other even though in modern times like today, nature seems to be an object to strengthen and continue human life throughout the ages. Abstract

This study aims to implement an e-learning model with an e-portfolio approach in the Taxation subjects at the International Business Management Program Study, Business Administration Department, in an effort to improve students level of understanding. The implementation of e-learning is carried out with various methods and it is necessary to change the way of teaching in order to attract attention and make students interested in learning and liking the concepts of the subjects being taught. In the process, an assessment process is also needed as an assessment of student learning outcomes. One that is implemented is an assessment portfolio which is currently supported by increasingly sophisticated technological advances so that it is called an electronic portfolio or termed an e-portfolio. The benefits of this e-portfolio for students include learning effectively and responsibly, collaborative learning opportunities, allowing creating more network connections, getting used to being critical in solving problems/cases so that if we will be able to shape the character of students who are professional and competitive in accordance with vision and mission of Politeknik Negeri Bali. The population in this study were students in the International Business Management study program in the Business Administration Department of Politeknik Negeri Bali, who were taking a Taxation subjects. The method used in this research is Design Based Research (DBR). The results of the needs analysis obtained from the questionnaire to students are used as a reference in forming the design of this model. a model that is a framework in 4 (four) stages of a framework in 2 (two) online learning environments, namely: synchronous and asynchronous. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of the model on students showed an increase in student learning outcomes and understanding of taxation subjects with an increase in the average score of students from 71.58 to 88.11. This is also supported by the feedback given by students and validators after the model implementation process is implemented.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has succeeded making education directed online (on the network). Online learning is as run as over time, raises several obstacles in the process of implementation. Reflecting on this, this study chose schools in the Denpasar city as a sample to identify obstacles during the online implementation. In this study, several problems were also formulated, namely related to the stage of implementing online learning in the Denpasar city during the pandemic, various obstacles faced, along with efforts to overcome them. The method used in this research was qualitative research types, with primary and secondary data sources. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection methods used was using observation techniques, interviews, document recording, and literature studies, and analysing the data using Miles and Huberman. The results of this study shown that, some of the obstacles faced during online learning are obstacles in terms of cellphones, quotas and networks, as well as the delivery and receipt of subject matter. The efforts have been done were providing learning package books, giving assignments through offline, maximizing internet quota distribution and establishing more intensive communication and flexibility teaching schedules. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be able to maintain the learning quality of Hinduism eduation and Budi Pekerti (Character) because all obstacles are known and faced.

Abstract

Teachers do not only have a role as educators. However, through the driving teacher program, teachers also have a role as agents of change in realizing independent learning in a school climate. The driving teacher must be able to adapt in dealing with various situations that occur in the world of education. The role of the driving teacher in learning Hindu religious education is very strategic and important to improve the quality of learning. In learning Hindu religious education, the driving teacher must be able to shape the character of students with noble character in accordance with local wisdom. The role of the driving teacher in improving the quality of learning for Hindu religious education includes (1) the role of the driving teacher as a leader and facilitator in learning, (2) the role of the driving teacher in encouraging the growth and development of holistic learning, (3) the role of the driving teacher in becoming a trainer for other teachers. , (4) The role of the driving teacher as a swallower and motivator and (5) The role of the driving teacher in collaborating and agents of educational transformation. The role of the teacher will not be replaced by technology, even though various learning resources exist in today's digital technology. Because technology cannot sort out and teach good and bad things to students. While the teacher is able to educate, set an example and teach which things are good and bad things to do. Hindu religious teachers play an important role in the formation of noble character and student character.

Abstract

The quality of education is closely related to whether or not the national education objectives are achieved. Therefore, education is said to be good if it meets the national standards of education. The fulfillment of national standards of education, the minimum standard of education, is the initial requirement for improving the quality of education. Many schools do not meet national standards of education, including standards of skills and competencies, because teachers and educational personnel do not have adequate facilities and infrastructure. This article aims to explain the evaluation of quality assurance of education in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. This study uses qualitative methods. Data retrieval is done through interviews and documentation. The interview speaker took the object of the principal and the class teacher in the school. While related documentation taken from photos, evidence of school administration. The results obtained from this study that in the internal quality assurance system in schools have been good in its implementation because all processes have a clear basis and are consulted in the school forum. Several determining factors of success in the implementation of the internal quality assurance system are effective principal leadership, commitment and consistency of stakeholders, accountability, transparency and integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Katolik Swasta untuk mewujudkan dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mewujudkan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional dilakukan dengan membuat perencanaan rekrutmen SDM berdasarkan assessment kebutuhan dan menentukan prioritas rekrutmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Sedangkan upaya peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan untuk melakukan studi lanjut baik pada perguruan tinggi nasional dan internasional, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan diri sesuai dengan profesi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada tingkat lokal dan nasional, serta memfasilitasi pendidik (dosen) melaksanakan penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM).

Abstract

Shifting learning patterns during the early 2020 to the end of 2021, where face-to-face learning patterns in the classroom are used as online lectures from their respective homes. Starting from the level of kindergarten to college because of the case of the Covid-19 virus which was designated by the WHO as a pandemic. This is what underlies every country to make policies to reduce activities outside the home, such as offices and educational institutions. Especially in the field of education, this raises pros and cons among the community, especially for those who live in the middle to lower economic class, the costs they incur also increase to buy their children an Android phone, not to mention internet packages, so they have to teach children while taking care of household chores. , children are not disciplined because they play more outside the house, there is very little interaction at school with teachers even though this is very important to build the social spirit of students. With this condition, the perception of society, especially parents, prefers face-to-face schools because of the higher quality of knowledge gained than online.

Abstract

Higher education as one of the places where education is held is expected to always maintain its quality and quality. To see the quality or quality of higher education management can be assessed from two indicators, namely the fulfillment of quality standards and the achievement of customer satisfaction. Universities must be able to manage their service quality system and administration because if not, the trust of higher education users will decrease as well as the quality of students as one of the university's users, so that student satisfaction measurements need to be carried out regularly to be input and improvement for the university. Student satisfaction survey was conducted on aspects of academic and non-academic services at UIN Walisongo Semarang. Academic and academic service aspects are each measured by 8 indicators. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with service quality after participating in the learning process at UIN Walisongo Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey methods. The population of this survey is all students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. The results of the assessment of the student satisfaction index on academic services are as follows: the highest satisfaction is on the online guardianship indicator with an index of 2.99 and the lowest satisfaction is on the online lecture system (E-learning) indicator with an index of 2.27. Meanwhile, the results of the satisfaction index assessment on non-academic services are as follows: the highest indicators are; Religious guidance services for students (3.01), while the lowest index is; Career guidance and job information services (Walisongo Career Center) (2.69). All satisfaction results show high satisfaction criteria.
