Abstract

Introduction: The elderly are one of the vulnerable populations so they are easy to experience various risks of cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension. Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that mostly affects the elderly in various countries. Hypertension is known as a silent killer because this disease can cause death without causing any symptoms. Objectives: To make an overview of isometric handgrip exercise which is one of the nursing interventions to control blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Methods: This report is a literature review, in which there are 10 articles taken from a computer database through ResearchGate, PubMed, PubMed, Elsevier, Semantic Scholar. Result: isometric handgrip exercise has an effect in lowering blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Conclusion: isometric handgrip exercise has an effect in lowering blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension

Abstract

Introduction: Cancer is one type of disease that is feared by many people in the world so it is better to prevent it. The results of the preliminary study after being asked questions to 10 female students about breast cancer showed that 6 female students knew about the definition of breast cancer, and how to detect it early and 4 other female students only knew about the definition of breast cancer. Objective: to determine the level of knowledge of female students about breast cancer at APIKES Citra Medika Surakarta. Methods: Using quantitative descriptive, the population is all female students of APIKES Citra Medika Surakarta obtained 87 respondents, the sampling technique uses probability sampling by simple random sampling, the research instrument uses a closed questionnaire and uses univariate analysis. Results: The level of knowledge about breast cancer is good, there are 50 respondents (57.5%), 29 respondents (33.3%), and 8 respondents (9.2%) have less knowledge. Conclusion: The level of knowledge about breast cancer is good, sufficient and lacking.

Abstract

Introduction: Diarrhea is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide. Diarrhea kills 2 million children in the world every year. Preliminary data in the village of Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, from 10 mothers, 9 mothers had sufficient knowledge, 1 mother did not know about diarrhea. Objective: to find out the Mother's Knowledge Level of Diarrhea in Toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency. Methods: This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample of mothers who have toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, is as many as 33 respondents, using saturated sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate analysis is presented in the frequency distribution table. Results: The results of this study are the knowledge of mothers about diarrhea in infants in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, 4 people (12.1%) have good knowledge, 24 people (72.7%) have sufficient knowledge, and 5 people (15.1%) have good knowledge. not enough . Conclusion: In the study of the mother's level of knowledge about diarrhea in toddlers in Gringging Village, Sragen Regency, it can be seen that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge.

Abstract

Introduction: The physical changes of puberty cause awkwardness for adolescents because they have to adjust to the changes that occur in them. Striking body growth, for example, rapid breast enlargement, makes teenagers feel ashamed and excluded from their friends. The results of the preliminary study on January 27, 2015 conducted interviews with 20 students of SMP Negeri 5 Sukoharjo 9 (33.3%) of whom only knew about the physical changes of puberty and were still embarrassed by the changes, 6 (23%) students only knew about puberty, and 5 (20%) students do not know anything about the physical changes of puberty Objective: to determine the level of knowledge of young women about the physical changes of puberty in SMP Negeri 5 Sukoharjo. Methods: The research design is descriptive quantitative. The sample is all students at SMP Negeri 5 Sukoharjo as many as 83 respondents. Sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique by means of saturated sampling (total sampling). The research instrument was a closed questionnaire using univariet analysis. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge of young women about physical changes in puberty in SMP Negeri 5 sukoharjo students in the good category was 7 students (8.4%), the sufficient category was 55 students (66.2%), and the poor category was 21 students ( 25.3%) Conclusion: The Knowledge Level of Young Women About Physical Changes in Puberty in SMP Negeri 5 Sukoharjo in good, sufficient and poor categories

Abstract

Introduction: The rationale for the birth of family planning in Indonesia is the population problem. The important aspects of population are the size of the population, the number of population growth, the number of deaths, and the number of population movements. Based on data from the Central Java Province BKKBN, the number of IUD KB participants in 2014 was 472,217. Objective: to describe the factors causing the low acceptors of intrauterine devices at BPM Suci Paimin, Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency. Method: This research method uses a single variable with a non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. Family planning acceptors at BPM Suci Paimin, Toriyo Village, Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency, were 57 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. Results: This study found that the factors that caused the low acceptors of intrauterine devices were elementary education at 42.1%, environmental factors did not support it at 86.0%, and husband's support 100% husband did not support or approve. Conclusion: The factors causing the low acceptors of intrauterine devices, the factor at BPM Suci Paimin, Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency, is the husband's most dominant support factor because 100% of husbands do not support or approve.

Abstract

Introduction: The common occurrence patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is an unstable blood pressure andpulse. Blood pressure and pulse increase in ICU patients due to increased vasomotor activity in the medulla andcauses vasoconstriction of arterioles. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the selection of interventions that havean influence on blood circulation, a good intervention given by nurses is foot massage.Objectives: This study was to conduct a systematic review of foot massage on blood pressure and pulse in ICUpatients.Methods: This study uses a Literature Review, with a systematic literature study in analyzing existing data with asearch method that involves a critical review process in selecting studies.Results: The data used by 10 national and international articles were obtained from the results of screening anumber of articles from Goggle Scholar, Search gate and PubMed. Based on the results of the journals collected,there is a significant effect of foot massages on blood pressure and pulse in ICU patients.Conclusions: Based on a literature review study, there is a significant effect of foot massage therapy on bloodpressure and pulse of patients in the ICU.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension and anemia are included in the focus of care in chronic renal failure patientsundergoing hemodialysis. This is because the incidence of hypertension and anemia can aggravate kidneydisease and can cause difficulties in kidney patients undergoing hemodialysis.Objectives: This study aims to determine the blood pressure and hemoglobin levels of patients with chronickidney failure undergoing hemodialysis therapy.Methods: This research is a descriptive study, with a total sample of 48 patients using a side probabilitytechnique with a purposive sampling type and with inclusion criteria: patients aged 18-65 years, male andfemale, patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy for more than 3 months, the patient received hemodialysistherapy twice a week, and the patient was willing to be a respondent.Results: The mean blood pressure of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy was 162.5mmHg (systolic) and 88.5 mmHg (diastolic). Meanwhile, the average hemoglobin level of patients with chronicrenal failure undergoing hemodialysis therapy was 10 g/dl.Conclusions: The blood pressure of patients with chronic renal failure was categorized as hypertension and thepatient's hemoglobin level was still normal. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it will become areference or reference for health workers and researchers in formulating interventions for patients in thefuture

Abstract

Introduction: Undergoing care in the ICU room can cause stressors for patients and families. Stressors that appearcan consist of physical stressors, the environment is also psychological. The factors that influence the incidence in ICUpatients discussed earlier, pain, difficulty, environment and difficulty. Relaxation is mental and physical freedomfrom rest and stress. Relaxation techniques provide self-control to individuals who feel uncomfortable, physical andemotional stress when sick. Relaxation techniques can be used when individuals are in a healthy or sick condition.Objectives: To identification, analysis and evaluation autogenic relaxation therapy on anxiety and pain in ICUpatients.Methods: This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR), with search method using Google scholar, PubMedand Science direct.Results: Based on the results of the analysis, there were 10 research articles and there was a significant effect ofautogenic relaxation therapy on patient anxiety and pain in the intensive care unit (ICU).Conclusions: There is a significant effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on the anxiety of patients being treated inthe ICU and there are some who explain that autogenic relaxation affects pain and blood pressure.

Abstract

Introduction: Juvenile delinquency is a negative behavior of young people and social symptoms (pathological) inchildren and adolescents caused by a form of social neglect, so they develop deviant forms of behavior.Objectives: To find out the relationship of parent patterns with adolescent violence in cokroaminoto vocationalschool in kotamobagu.Methods: This study used a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach with sample 40 students ofclass X and XI SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamoagu. The technique sampling used purposive sampling and analyzed usingchi-square test.Results : From 40 respondents, 26 respondents (65.0%) were not naughty and 14 respondents (35.0%) werenaughty with good parenting 20 respondents (50.0%) and poor parenting 20 respondents (50.0%). Based on theresults of the chi-square test showed both variables with a value <0.003.Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between parenting styles and juvenile delinquency in class x and xistudents of SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu.

Abstract

Introduction: Efforts to improve hospital quality need to be carried out to assess hospital services, namely by conducting quantitative analysis. Objectives: To find out the completeness of filling in and out summary forms for inpatients based on quantitative analysis of catarack disease, unspecified at the Amal Sehat Islamic Hospital, Sragen. Methods: This research is a descriptive study, using the method of observation and interviews. The population in this study were 616 medical records of inpatients with cataracts, unspecified by using a random sampling technique where the sample was taken randomly and the Slovin formula was used to determine the sampling. Result: analysis in the review of identification of the complete number of 240 documents with a percentage of 98.77% while those that were incomplete were 3 documents with a percentage of 1.23%, in the review of reporting the complete number of 123 documents with a percentage of 50 ,62% while the incomplete ones are 120 with a percentage of 49.38%, in the authentication review the complete number is 236 documents with a percentage of 97.12% while the incomplete ones are 7 documents with a percentage of 2.88% and in the recording review the total number is 2.88%. 236 complete documents with a percentage of 97.12% while 7 documents incomplete with a percentage of 2.88% Conclusion: the incompleteness of medical record documents at the Amal Sehat Hospital Sragen is still not optimal, medical and non-medical officers should be more careful in completing medical record documents.
