Abstract

The aim of the author in conducting this research is to analyze and study the positioning or market position of Pepsodent, Ciptadent and Close up brand toothpaste products based on consumer perceptions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study method. In general, Pepsodent, Ciptadent and Close-up toothpastes have the main characteristics of their contents. Pepsodent is the superior choice in terms of packaging size, while Ciptadent stands out in the attributes of taste, color, content, product design and packaging design. Close Up has similarities in terms of packaging attributes to Pepsodent

Abstract

This research uses a library research method with a library research approach. This research was designed to identify the strategies implemented by Go-Jek, the impact of implementing CRM, obstacles in implementing CRM, and solutions to overcome these obstacles. Gojek CRM is a company that has many enthusiasts and customers. This land transportation company operating in the service sector utilizes developments in information technology to market the service products it produces. CRM allows businesses to better understand what their customers need and want, preventing them from switching to other companies in today's digital era.

Abstract

The research uses a library study method which prioritizes literature review. This research was created with the aim of finding out the challenges and strategies in developing MSME businesses in the era of technological progress and digitalization. Digitalization is currently very important for MSME entrepreneurs, because increasingly advanced technology opens up great opportunities for MSME entrepreneurs to develop their business. However, even though there has been much progress, there are still challenges that MSMEs must face regarding the development of digitalization. Through the digital era, MSME marketing strategies and systems must be able to utilize their potential to the maximum extent possible in order to compete and develop sustainably. Manufacturers are getting closer to the daily lives of their consumers through contemporary marketing strategies in the current era of digitalization. Digital media strategy is a good choice because the marketing channel chain will get shorter. Since market control can be measured by share ownership, businesses should maintain share ownership as one of their strategies. An ineffective business strategy will result in losses for the business.

Abstract

Public Bookkeepers have a set of rules that directs the morals of the Public Bookkeeper calling which is distributed by IAMI, IAI, and by IAPI under the name Set of principles for the Public Bookkeeper Calling. The Public Bookkeeper proficient set of principles is utilized as a reason for public bookkeepers to have the option to act morally and become an assurance of value ethics in the public arena. Nonetheless, despite the fact that there is a general set of principles for the public bookkeeping calling that directs the activities of public bookkeepers, there are as yet numerous infringement committed by open bookkeepers, so this can cause outrages that discolor the great name of the public bookkeeping calling itself and diminish public confidence in open bookkeepers. This article means to make sense of narratively the utilization of standards and endeavors to uphold the implicit set of rules for the public bookkeeper calling so the review results are as per the proof found since there is no bookkeeping designing that is impeding to closely involved individuals. Not just that, it is suggested that all closely involved individuals mutually participate and cooperate to make upgrades to maintain the Set of rules for the Public Bookkeeper Calling.

Abstract

Loss of Aircraft Control incidents have occurred frequently in the past few years. In the last 7 years, 5 aircraft have experienced Loss of Aircraft Control. Loss of Aircraft Control itself is the disappearance of the aircraft from the monitoring radar. The causes of loss of aircraft contact include the effects of weather. In the aviation system, weather does have a very big influence. To minimize the loss of aircraft contact, each aircraft is equipped with a weather radar or what is known as the WX Radar System. WX Radar System is an example of the application of electromagnetic waves, namely radio waves that work with the principle of the doppler effect. Where the radar will emit electromagnetic waves with a low frequency which will then be reflected back by weather particles in the earth's atmosphere. The results of the reflection are then displayed in the cockpit of the aircraft so that the pilot knows the weather conditions outside the aircraft so as to avoid things that are not desired such as loss of aircraft contact or Loss of Aircraft Control.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model for estimating house prices in the Bandung area using the Multiple Linear Regression approach. House prices play a significant role in the decision-making process for purchases. The ability of this model to predict house prices with high accuracy provides significant benefits for potential buyers, sellers, and various stakeholders in the housing industry. Data on house prices and potential variables such as land area, building area, number of bedrooms, nearby facilities, and geographical location were collected for analysis. The use of Multiple Linear Regression allows for a deeper understanding of the relationships between these variables and the value of the house. The analysis results show a strong correlation between these variables and house prices in Bandung. The developed Multiple Linear Regression model can provide satisfactory predictions of house prices. This model can be used as a tool for both homebuyers and sellers to determine fair prices and assist property developers in identifying key factors influencing house prices in the Bandung region.

Abstract

Facial expression recognition is an important research area in the advancement of machine learning. This research uses Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as a method for recognizing facial expressions with a fairly high level of accuracy. This research uses a dataset obtained from Kaggle in the form of images of facial expressions, including surprised, happy, sad, afraid, angry and neutral. The MobilenetV2 CNN model was trained and tested using this dataset. The research results show that the model is able to recognize facial expressions with 78% accuracy on test data. It can be concluded that the MobilenetV2 model is quite capable of recognizing facial expressions.

Abstract

In managing village finances, reliable human resources, accountability and transparency are needed because considering that the funds disbursed by the central government are very large in amount for each village, reaching hundreds of millions of rupiah and if they are not managed well, there are concerns about the development that was originally planned and deliberation at the village level will fail miserably. This research was conducted using the saturated sample method, resulting in 59 respondents who knew village financial management. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. Where the results of the research show that Human Resources (X1) partially have a significant influence on village financial management (Y) with a tcount value of 2.12 > ttable of 2.00 with a significance value of 0.03 < 0.05, accountability (X2) partially has a significant influence on village financial management (Y) tcount value of 2.16 > ttable of 2.00 with a significance value of 0.02 < 0.05. transparency (X3) partially has a significant influence on village financial management (Y) tcount value of 2.34 > ttable of 2.00 with a significance value of 0.02 <0.05 and simultaneously the human resources variable (X1) , accountability (X2) and transparency (X3) have a significant influence on village financial management (Y) amounting to 20.78 > 5.68 with a significance value of 0.04 < 0.05.

Abstract

Supervision is an activity of providing assistance and guidance for teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The leadership role of the Junior School head as a supervisor is very important in providing assistance and guidance as well as services to teachers including PAI teachers in improving their pedagogical competence. The leadership role of the Junior principal enables the implementation of an optimal learning process in Junior School. This is also a concern for the head of UPTDSDN 2 Raman Utara Kec. Raman Utara Lampung Timur Regency, Lampung Province in carrying out its supervisory role in order to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers, including PAI teachers so that the quality of education in the Junior School they lead can develop and excel in both academic and non-academic fields. This study discusses the "Leadership Role of Junior School Heads as Supervisors in Improving the Pedagogic Competence of PAI Teachers at UPTD SDN 2 Rama Puja Kec. Raman Utara Lampung Timur Regency Lampung Province” with the formulation of the problem: How is the Leadership Role of Junior School Heads as Supervisors in Improving the Pedagogic Competence of PAI Teachers at UPTD SDN 2 Rama Puja Kec. Raman Utara, Lampung Timur Regency, Lampung Province ?. The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership role of the Junior School head as a supervisor in improving the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at UPTD SDN 2 Rama Puja Kec. Raman Utara, Lampung Timur Regency, Lampung Province. The results of the analysis show that the leadership role of the Junior School head as a supervisor in improving the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at UPTD SDN 2 Rama Puja Kec. Raman Utara Kab. Lampung Timur, Lampung Province is to create an atmosphere of teaching and learning process that meets standards or aspects of pedagogic competence so as to improve the quality of education both in quality and quantity. This is done by the Head of Junior School through assistance and guidance as well as using existing supervision techniques, thereby motivating the teacher himself in improving his pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia until now, is still running slowly, like an old car running in the middle of traffic flow and on the highway, because education in Indonesia is still plagued by very big problems. The major problems faced by education in Indonesia according to Suparno, SJ include: 1) The quality of education in Indonesia is still low, 2) The learning system in schools is inadequate, 3) The moral crisis that hit Indonesian society. The efforts of the principal of SMK Praja Utama Sribhawono Kec. Bandar Sribhawono Kab. East Lampung in improving the quality of education quite good, because judging from the graduates, alumni of SMK Praja Utama Sribhawono Kec. Bandar Sribhawono Kab. Lampung Timr can compete with graduates from other schools. The location where this research is located is SMK Praja Main Sribhawono, Bandar Sribhawono District, East Lampung Regency. Researchers seek to describe and interpret the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM, both in terms of implementation of the principal's efforts, as well as supporting factors and hinder the improvement of KBM quality comprehensive. The general step, the data about the efforts of the head schools in improving the quality of KBM that has been concluded, arranged, explained, then discussed according to the reality that actually in order.
