Abstract

Nowaday there is widespread coverage in the mass media regarding one of the institutions tasked with enforcing the law in the country of Indonesia related to cases of law violations committed by its own members, namely the Indonesian National Police. The police whose duty is to protect, protect and serve the community in carrying out their work must be directed to the community they serve so that their work can run well. However, the fact is that there are many cases of law violations committed by unscrupulous members of the police as well as the abuse of the functions and duties of the Police which have been regulated in the law which directly tarnishes the name of the Police tasked with protecting, nurturing and serving the community. Purpose: This research aims to determine the level of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of the Police in the eyes of students. Method: The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive methods. The data uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and literature studies such as books, journals and literature sources. Results: There are three aspects examined in source credibility, namely trustworthiness, expertise and attractiveness. The interval scale of the trustworthiness aspect is at a low level of trust where the dominant respondent who answered 54.72%. A total of 51.18% of respondents considered that the expertise aspect fell into a high category.. Regarding the attractiveness aspect of Polri, 61.02% of respondents considered that this aspect of Polri's attractiveness was in the moderate category.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2022, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Central Java is 98.6 cases, while the infant mortality rate (IMR) is 8.30/1000 live births. Paguyangan Community Health Center is the center of Brebes Regency in Central Java which contributed 1 case of MMR and 1 case of IMR. One of the reasons for this is Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK), and a height of less than 140 cm, which occurs during pregnancy. One of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR is by providing comprehensive midwifery care with a continuity of care approach. The aim of this research is to implement comprehensive midwifery care services starting with pregnant women, giving birth, new-borns, postpartum and family planning.

Abstract

Go-Food is the most popular food delivery service in Indonesia with the largest number of users. Go-Food seeks to develop effective advertising to increase consumer awareness of food delivery services. On the other hand, price is an important factor in influencing the affordability and attractiveness of these services for students. This research aims to analyze how advertising and price influence Go-Food purchasing decisions among D4 Marketing Management students at Malang State Polytechnic. Quantitative research uses two independent variables: advertising and price and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. Using incidental sampling approaches, 75 respondents were given questionnaires to complete in order to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis together with hypothesis testing is the analytical technique employed. Promotion and price have a favorable and considerable impact on purchasing decisions, according to the outcomes of data analysis conducted through hypothesis testing. This research hopes that Gojek can provide the latest innovations for its advertising so that it can fulfill consumers' culinary tastes and desires for purchasing Go-Food and is expected to increase intensity and quantity in providing discounts in order to attract the attention of potential consumers.

Abstract

Students' success in completing education can be seen from their learning achievement, so learning achievement is a benchmark for educational outcomes in school. Considering that learning achievement is one measure of a student's learning success, the ability to listen itself has a big influence on learning achievement. In this regard, here the researcher wants to implement learning counseling services based on students' learning styles to overcome the problem of students' listening abilities. This Guidance and Counseling Action Research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Dolok Masihul. The time and activities of this research are from September to November 2022. This research approach uses a quantitative qualitative approach. The population of this research is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Dolok Masihul for the 2021/2022 academic year, while the sample for this research is students from class VIII only, that is, only 24 students were taken. This research instrument includes: observation sheet, interview guide and documentation. In the initial conditions, researchers had not implemented learning counseling services based on students' learning styles. In the pre-cycle, researchers looked for data on student learning scores in 1 subject area. The results of the pre-cycle research were 8 students who got a score of 50-74, and 16 students who got a score of 75-100. The results of the first cycle of research can be seen that students whose grades were completed (KKM=75) had increased, namely 17 students (70.83%), while those who did not complete were 7 students (29.16%). The results of the second cycle of research of students whose grades were completed (KKM=75) had increased, namely 24 students (100%), while those who did not complete were 0 students (0%). The final result of this research is that learning counseling services based on student learning styles can improve the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Dolok Masihul.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether positive reinforcement technique group counseling services can improve the interpersonal communication skills of class VIII-1 students at Nur Azizi Private Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses research in counseling guidance (PTBK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 5 students in class VIII-1 of Nur Azizi Private Middle School who had interpersonal communication skills scores in the low category obtained from the questionnaire that had been distributed. This research data was collected using an interpersonal communication skills questionnaire with 31 statement items which were valid and reliable with a score of 0.771. Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the percentages achieved before and after group counseling. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that before being given positive reinforcement technique group counseling, the average level of students' interpersonal communication skills was 55.8 in the low category. After being given positive reinforcement technique group counseling in cycle I, the average score of students' interpersonal communication skills level increased to 70.2 in the medium category with a success achievement of 60% and in cycle II the average score of students' interpersonal communication skills level increased to 106. 2 in the high category with 100% success. So there was a significant increase in interpersonal communication skills after group counseling was carried out using positive reinforcement techniques for class VIII-1 students at Nur Azizi Private Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' self-confidence by implementing assertive technical group counseling for class XI-2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Dolok Merawan. The method used in this research is counseling guidance action research (PTBK). The subjects in this research were 10 students in class XI-2 of SMK Negeri 1 Dolok Merawan who had high, medium and low self-confidence so that group dynamics occurred within them. The research was carried out in 2 cycles consisting of 3 meetings in cycle I and 2 meetings in cycle II. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire instruments and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in students' self-confidence through assertive technique group counseling, this can be seen from the results of the results of the self-confidence scores of students in class post action cycle II. This shows that assertive technical group counseling services can increase the self-confidence of class XI-2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Dolok Merawan for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri Bintang Bayu students through the implementation of content mastery services in the field of tutoring. The population in this study were all class Samples were taken using a purpose sampling technique, namely taking samples according to the research objectives. In determining the sample, we used classes whose student learning outcomes in science subjects were relatively low compared to other classes. The number of samples taken was 30 people. This research uses a type of action research. This research uses two cycles. The data analysis technique used is to find the percentage using the formula, P= f/n x 100%. The research results show that content mastery services in the field of tutoring can be applied in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri Bintang Bayu. This is known based on the comparison of student learning outcomes which increased after receiving content mastery services. In cycle I, students whose learning outcomes increased by 41.65% (fair), while in cycle II students whose learning outcomes increased by 73.35% (good), which means the action hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Vocational education in maritime business science is not only an obligation, but also an important foundation in preparing quality human resources capable of facing the complexity and dynamics that are developing rapidly in the maritime industry in Indonesia. This article is committed to diving deeply into the urgency and relevance of vocational education in building competencies that suit the needs of the maritime business sector, carefully analyzing the challenges that are obstacles, and offering solid solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of vocational education in order to answer the industry's call with effective. In order to holistically understand Indonesia's maritime potential, which includes all aspects such as sea transportation, export-import, fisheries sector, and marine tourism, this article highlights the important role of vocational education in forming a competitive workforce on the globalization stage. While the opportunities are wide open, this article also highlights a number of challenges that lie ahead, including limited educational infrastructure, the irrelevance of the curriculum to industry needs, and the lack of technology integration in the learning process. By formulating strategic steps, this article hopes to formulate a strong solution, ensure that maritime business vocational education becomes more adaptive and responsive to industry dynamics, and ensure that Indonesia continues to move forward on the global competition map

Abstract

Islamic education can be described as a process that combines knowledge with spiritual strength to preserve individuals to become a fullest human beings against the norms of Islam with this important importance of Islamic values such as faith, worship, and good behavior by emphasizing parent roles in teaching children about God, prayer and moral behavior to form obey and obeyed human beings. The purpose of this study is to discuss the perfect policies and purposes of the Himist and the Qur'an produce individuals committed to Islam with faith, knowledge, work ethics, and noble characters in order to fulfill their role as the servant of the earth and the servant of Allah swt. This research uses a qualitative research method with library approach or library research (data library,) data collection by finding sources and mercryuctions from various sources such as books, journals, articles and existing research. The results of the study show that the purpose of Islamic education is the effort of each individual to defend their identity and help them develop their full potential for the good and perfection of this world and then based on the Qur'an and Hadist and Islamic education can be fundamental components from the education

Abstract

Success in transmitting spiritual values ​​(faith and devotion to God Almighty) to students is related to the elements of the education system, especially the way educators convey God's message. The aim of this research is to find out various types of educational methods that can be used according to Hadith. This article will present the hadiths of the Prophet SAW regarding the educational methods implemented by the Prophet. This research uses a qualitative method, a literature approach. Emphasis is placed on qualitative research using a variety of methods, including interpretive and naturalistic approaches to research subjects. This article will present hadiths about the educational methods implemented by the Prophet. The result achieved is that we can find out various kinds of educational methods from the Prophet Muhammad, as well as the story of him teaching educational methods to his friends. Hadiths related to educational activities carried out by the Prophet include: kindness/compassion method, deductive method, parable method, allegorical method, method of providing comparison facilities, method, questioning method, iterative method, demonstration method, experimental method, solution method problems, methodology for giving praise/pleasure.
