Abstract

This research aims to determine and to evaluate the moderating effects of the relationship between Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Agility. This study surveyed 146 consumers in the city of Semarang, Central Java, who met specific requirements, including being female and at least 17 years old. By visiting women's forums and groups and completing online (Google form) and offline (print out sheets) questionnaires, primary data was collected directly from the source. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 as its data analysis approach. Intellectual Capital has a significant, positive, and powerful effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. It is acknowledged that Intellectual Capital has a strong, positive, and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that as Intellectual Capital increases, so will Knowledge Sharing. Organizational Agility has a strong, positive, and significant relationship with Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. Knowledge Sharing mediates the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Agility to a moderate degree.

Abstract

Utilization and use of social media, especially Instagram as something common thing _ used many people for share things in nature positive . Sangabuana Karawang coffee village is one of the areas that save beauty nature , so therefore as aim tourism , whose potential no only for visitors local , however can also be developed for traveler foreign . Adapan aim study this is for reviewing the development strategy for Coffee - Based Villages Ecotourism in Mekarbuana Village , Karawang. As well as reviewing the strategy matrix SWOT analysis ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). Then followed by local coffee village managers . 1) How how to copywriting 2) when perfect time _ in promotion on social media 3) how method make market. Method used that is approach characteristic persuasive educative with lectures , discussions . Expected results form understanding and skills startgi in use social media for promotion development of the Sangabuana coffee village .

Abstract

Financial governance in the management of the expenditure budget is a planning tool to indicate targets to be achieved and a control tool to indicate the allocation of funds. The budget that has been set can be used as a standard for performance measurement activities, so every organization is expected in controlling or supervising to pay attention to and improve performance with value for money, namely effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze: (1) measure the effectiveness and efficiency of budget absorption at Universitas Negeri Malang for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year, (2) analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of budget absorption at Malang State University for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research method using non-statistical qualitative research techniques. The results showed that there were expenditure programs that were not realized and several other programs whose realization was not optimal so they did not reach the target.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of members' savings and non-performing loans on the performance of business capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. This research uses descriptive research method.And.verification with a quantitative approach. The objects in this study were members of the Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24. The results of the study found that members' savings, non-performing loans and working capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between members' savings and non-performing loans simultaneously on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. There is a significant influence between member savings partially on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. Non-performing loans have no significant effect on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung simultaneously. Therefore this can be used by the cooperative as an evaluation material for the performance results so that it can be taken into consideration for making decisions in improving the performance of venture capital in cooperatives. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who have examined specifically members' savings and problem loans on business capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung, besides that indicators of member savings variables have a greater value and influence than problem credit variables

Abstract

Democratic reform, to make employers more clean and responsible, professional to make an efficient and effective bureaucracy, and to create prime for the people. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and incentives on motivation in the Garut Regency Regional Secretariat Office. This research is then carried out quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. Intention is the most powerful motivator variable. Employee motivation can be increased if the intention is carried out correctly. The t test results also show that incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Garut Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotions on Instagram, prices and menu variety on purchasing decisions for Hanan Catering in Bandung City. This research approach uses the approachscientificto test the justification of the proposed hypothesis. The population in this study were all consumers of homemade birthday cakes in Bandung. The sampling technique for determining the sample to be used in this study uses the techniquenon probability sampling, that ispurposive sampling. Then the total sample in this study was 91 respondents. The results of the study found that promotions on Instagram, prices and menu variety both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PDAM Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of clean water supply services. One of the goals in the form of PDAM is to meet the community's need for clean water, including the provision, development of facilities and infrastructure services and the distribution of clean water, while another goal is to participate in developing the economy to support regional development by expanding employment opportunities, and seeking profit as the main source. regional financing.PDAM Surabaya as one of the BUMDs is expected to be able to provide adequate marketing. Only companies that have advantages at the global level are able to satisfy and meet consumer needs and are able to produce quality products and are cost effective (Mulyadi, 2001). In order to achieve excellent marketing services, companies are faced with. The determination of the marketing strategy will serve as the basis and framework for realizing the work targets determined by management. Therefore we need a tool to determine the marketing strategy so that it can be seen to what extent the strategy and what has been determined can be achieved. Assessment of marketing targets plays an important role in the business world, due to the evaluation of the marketing strategy can be seen the effectiveness and determination of a strategy and its application within a certain time. The marketing strategy can approach the weaknesses and deficiencies that are still present in the company, for further improvements to be made in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of financial leverage, earnings per share (EPS) and asset growth on beta stocks. Samples of this study are seven companies LQ45 index listed in Indonesian stock Exchange period 20 20 -20 2 1. The model used is multiple linear regression. The results show that asset growth has a significant effect on beta stocks, but financial leverage and earnings per share have no positive effect on beta stocks. While earnings per share have no significant effect on beta stocks and have a negative effect on beta stocks. The results in the study also show that financial leverage, earnings per share and asset growth have a significant effect on beta stocks simultaneously. The results have implications for prospective investors who want to invest in the stock market, especially in buying shares, should first consider asset growth factors because these factors prove to have a significant impact on stock beta.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the performance of conventional foreign exchange banks and conventional non-foreign exchange banks in Indonesia during 20 20 -20 2 1 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This study using ROA, NPL, CAR, LDR, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and the Commissioner of the Independent variable Samples were selected in this study with purposive sampling method amounted to 105 foreign banks and 15 non-bank foreign exchange during 20 20 -20 2 1. Analysis that using Independent t-tests on the data were normally distributed and the Mann Whitney-U test on the data is not normally distributed. In the test results stated that there are no differences in the financial performance of foreign exchange banks and non-foreign exchange banks if in view of the ratio of ROA, NPL , CAR, and LDR. And there are differences in the level of performance when viewed in terms of ownership and leadership.
