<![CDATA[The development of technology, information and communication resulted in the globalization of the world which took place quickly and dynamically. Globalization brings changes in various everyday issues such as social, monetary, and cultural. Especially in the economic field which has major consequences for changes in the governance of business cooperation and competition as well as the duties of governments in various parts of the world. Therefore, this requires business people to continue to innovate in the face of increasingly fierce competition, because competition does not only come from local business competition but has penetrated world associations. The components that drive this paper are to analyze and find out the understanding and what are the scopes faced by business people in entering the world of global marketing, which is to help the world export and import between countries. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the method used in writing this scientific work is to use the library study method. Where researchers look for discussion material from the internet and books obtained from the official website and other supporting documents. Through this research, it is hoped that problems or obstacles from the marketing strategy used and alternative solutions to existing problems can be identified to achieve a better performance improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembelajaran berbasis masalah terdiri dari menyajikan kepada siswa situasi masalah yang autentik dan bermakna yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada mereka untuk melakukan penyelidikan dan inkuiri Mereka diberi kebebasan dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas tersebut, namun harus bertanggung jawab akan kebersihan setiap anggota kelompoknya dalam memahami informasi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan: Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) dalam meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar PAI Pada Siswa di X IPS 1 Semester I di SMAN 1 Tulungagung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penelitian adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan datanya adalah metode tes dan observasi. Dari metode observasi diperoleh data untuk mengamati sejauhmana penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan interaksi antara guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung sebagaimana ditetapkan selama penelitian. Dari metode tes diperoleh data yang berupa nilai belajar siswa yang untuk selanjutnya digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi bahwa aktifitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 78%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 81%. Dengan demikian, berarti pada siklus II minat belajar siswa sudah meningkat dibanding dengan siklus I. Peningkatan tersebut juga tampak pada prestasi belajar siswa dari hasil tes awal 49.2 menjadi meningkat menjadi 74.48 pada siklus I dan 92 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar khususnya analisis tentang kontrol diri (mujahadah an-nafs), prasangka baik (husnuzan), dan persaudaraan (ukhuwah) sehingga penerapan pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai variasi dalam pembelajaran PAI.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance English test in school examination in Indonesia education system through students’ perception. The school examination is a test to determine whether students can pass and continue to higher education. The goal held in the school Examination English test is a measure of success or failure of students in academic performance. research describe is closely related to the performance of 3rd graders of senior high school in performing English test in the school examination. Overall the students showed their performance in the English language test of school examination according to their intellectual ability. It consists of 15 students (4 males and 11 females) at Annida Al Islamy Junior High School who were passed school examination in 2021-2022 academic years. The participants were selected through convenient (availability) sampling procedure. This study was designed as qualitative study. In collecting the data, the writer used online questionnaire to identify students’ perception on English school examination in Indonesia education system. The findings show that the writers get some students’ perception on performance English test in school examination of school students in three aspects. They are psychologies and social domain, behaviour domain, and cognitive domain. In psychologies and social domain showed 13% the participants disagree, 54% the participants agree, and 33% the participants strongly agree that performance English test in school examination is able to measure ability in writing. There are 80% the participants also agree and 20% the participants strongly agree that performance English test in the texts of monologue such as narrative, recount, descriptive, report are very important as a student.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using scrabble game in students’ vocabulary mastery in seventh grade of junior high school. The study was carried out at SMPN 1 Gudo Jombang. Pre-experimental research techniques and a quantitative research design were used in this study. A one-group pretest-posttest design was adopted by the researcher. Thirty students from class VII-H of SMPN 1 Gudo made up the sample for this study. Tests were utilized by the researcher to gather data. The findings of this study suggest that playing scrabble can help students learn more vocabulary. The significant value obtained from the data analysis utilizing the paired sample t-test and normality test in SPSS version 25 statistics supports this. From normality test a significance result of 0.106 > 0.05, indicating that the data are normal. The paired sample t-test additionally displays a significance value of 0.000 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Given that the scrabble game has a considerable impact on students' vocabulary knowledge, it is advised that it be used to help students learn vocabulary.]]>

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui media story telling ini dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa khusunya pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan analisis data dan fakta lapangan dengan mewawancarai narasumber yang melibatkan guru taman kanak-kanak. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwasannya media story telling dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa pada anak usia dini, namun tidak luput dari kreatifitas guru itu sendiri dalam penyampaian pembelajaran dalam media ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik berfokus pada solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Al-Uswah Kuala. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-4 MTs Al-Uswah Kuala yang berjumlah 8 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK) dengan dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tentang motivasi belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tes, dan observasi. Hasil instrumen angket yang diberikan sebelum dilakukan tindakan sebesar 13% dengan kategori motivasi belajar masih rendah setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 63% dan pada siklus ke II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 88%. Jadi hasil peningkatan yang dilakukan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 25%, dengan kriteria berhasil dan sudah mencapai dari target yang teleh ditetapkan yaitu 75%. Artinya bahwa siswa yang diberikan layanan konseling kelompok berfokus solusi mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to provide information related to the concept of literacy that has been implemented in learning activities in schools. How literacy activities are carried out in accordance with the concept that has been understood and whether the concept of literacy is in accordance with the actual concept. Secondly, this article will also contain information about the understanding of the concept of literacy based on the results of the literature review. In addition, this writing will provide the results of studies and analyses, how the implementation of literacy activities in schools, and how the impact is in improving the literacy skills of students, especially in elementary schools. The writing of this article is based on a literature review and observation results by conducting interviews and direct observation of literacy activities carried out, the data obtained from various sources is then analy kozed and discussed descriptively exploratively. From the data obtained, information is obtained that, there are already literacy activities carried out in elementary schools, literacy activities carried out are in accordance with the concept of literacy, but the main concern is that literacy activities carried out are not optimal and not sustainable, so they are less able to build a culture of literacy in schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to (1) describe the concepts of literacy in elementary schools, (2) describe the implementation of literacy activities in elementary schools, (3) describe the problems of literacy movement in the field in elementary schools. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is literature review and observation. The results showed that literacy activities at SD Negeri 2 Palangka were implemented in three stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage and the learning stage. However, the implementation of the literacy movement program in schools, especially in SD Negeri 2 Palangka, is not free from various problems. Based on observations, these problems come from 2 factors, that is called internal factors and external factors. The internal factors that cause problems in the literacy movement in SD Negeri 2 Palangka include the readiness of students, infrastructure and availability of funds. Meanwhile, the external factors that cause problems in literacy movement activities in SD Negeri 2 Palangka include community support and government support.]]>

This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being the principal, teachers and students of grade 5 SD Islam Terpadu Al Ghazali Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Based on the data obtained, it shows that: (1) The literacy culture applied in schools plays an important role in students' interest in reading, (2) The lack of infrastructure owned by schools is an obstacle in literacy activities.]]>
